Abstract

本发明公开了湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺。本发明在反应槽外设置一个稀释换热装置及两个分配调节器,93-98%的浓硫酸经过硫酸分配器均匀分流与经过稀释物料分配器分配均匀的稀释物料混合稀释,并冷却至70-74℃后再进入反应槽参与反应。本发明在槽外将稀释热移走,降低了反应槽的热负荷,改善了石膏结晶,提高了生产能力。

Description

湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺
本发明涉及一种湿法磷酸生产工艺,具体涉及一种湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺。
在现有的湿法磷酸生产工艺中,一般都是将92-98%的浓硫酸直接加入反应槽内的料浆中参与反应,反应过程中会产生大量的稀释热,反应体系内形成局部过热及局部过浓的现象,因而会产生约占反应产物重量16%的半水石膏及大量的二水石膏晶核,由于大量微小结晶核的存在,降低了石膏的过滤性。为解决上述问题,改善加料方式,移走反应槽内产生的大量稀释热,通常是采用真空冷却法即用泵将反应槽内的料浆送入真空冷却器冷却后,再返回反应槽,但该方法需要一台扬程和流量较大的料浆泵,设备投资大,安装工期长。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺,该工艺在现有技术的基础上,在反应槽外增设一个稀释换热装置及两个分配调节器,浓硫酸与稀释物料分别经各自的分配器调节后混合而得到稀释,并冷却后再进入反应槽参加反应。
下面结合附图及附图所示的实施例对本发明的内容作详细描述。
图1是本发明的工艺流程示意图。

本发明的生产工艺是在反应槽外增设一个稀释换热装置和两个分配调节器,93-98%的浓硫酸经过硫酸分配器均匀分流与经过稀释物料分配器均匀分配的稀释物料(稀释物料一般只需加入反应槽的回磷酸,如回磷酸的量不够时,可以加工艺水,低浓度废硫酸、含少量磷酸及硫酸的废水)混合稀释,并冷却至70-74℃后再进入反应槽。上述硫酸的稀释浓度为68-75%。
本发明的湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺,在原有工艺的基础上增加了稀释装置后,按硫酸需要稀释的程度,按比例加入硫酸及稀释物料,各种物料的加入量可通过流量计测量控制,另外,因为硫酸的稀释热在反应槽外已被移走,使反应槽的热负荷降低了25-28%,还由于参与反应的硫酸的浓度降低,改善了石膏结晶的均匀性,与传统工艺相比可提高生产能力30%左右。
本发明工艺路线短,只需将硫酸及稀释物料比值串联调节,操作简单方便,能有效地改善石膏结晶的均匀性,提高生产能力,有效降低生产成本。

Claims (1)

1、一种湿法磷酸生产中硫酸的槽外稀释工艺,其特征在于该工艺在反应槽外设置了一个稀释换热装置及两个分配调节器,93%~98%的浓硫酸经过硫酸分配器均匀分流,然后与经过稀释物料分配器分配均匀的稀释物料一起进入稀释换热装置混合稀释,并冷却至70℃~74℃后,再进入反应槽参与反应;硫酸的稀释浓度为68%~75%;所用的稀释物料可以是工艺水或者低浓度硫酸或者含少量磷及硫酸的废水。
