本发明公开了一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,所述食品包装纸包括:基纸和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层复合于所述基纸的一面或者两面,所述抗氧化层由天然粘合剂和包括抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊混合而成,所述天然粘合剂和抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊的比为100:5-18;所述天然粘合剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶8%-10%、麦芽糊精45%-65%、松香8%-8.5%、氧化钠5.5%-7.5%,其余为水,所述氧化钠以离子态存在;所述抗氧化剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸25%-35%、维生素E?10-15%、淀粉30%-50%和纤维素10%-30%。本发明长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,效果佳,时效长。

一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸
技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,特别是涉及一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸。
背景技术
食品包装纸的品种规格繁多,按照包装位置分为内包装用及外包装用两大类。外包装纸主要为了美化和保护商品,除要求一定物理强度外,还需洁净美观,适于印刷多色的商品图案和文字。直接接触食品的称为内包装纸,要求较高,主要要求清洁,不带病菌,根据所包装的食品种类还需具有防潮、防油、防粘、防霉等特性。
现有的抗氧化食品纸主要是在包装纸基材上喷洒抗氧化学药剂处理后的加工纸。用这种纸来包装食品时,可以形成包装内的“抗氧化环境”,使食品特别是水果之类保鲜时间更加长。但是这些化学药剂或多或少都有些副作用,不可大量长期使用,且时效短。
因此,亟需一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,效果佳,时效长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,所述食品包装纸包括:基纸和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层复合于所述基纸的一面或者两面,所述抗氧化层由天然粘合剂和包括抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊混合而成,所述天然粘合剂和抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊的比为100:5-18;
所述天然粘合剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶8%-10%、麦芽糊精45%-65%、松香8%-8.5%、氧化钠5.5%-7.5%,其余为水,所述氧化钠以离子态存在;
所述抗氧化剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸25%-35%、维生素E10-15%、淀粉30%-50%和纤维素10%-30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述天然粘合剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶9.5%、麦芽糊精62%、松香8%、氧化钠6.5%,其余为水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧化剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸32.5%、维生素E10.5%、淀粉40%和纤维素17%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,效果佳,时效长。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明提供一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,所述食品包装纸包括:基纸和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层复合于所述基纸的一面或者两面,所述抗氧化层由天然粘合剂和包括抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊混合而成,所述天然粘合剂和抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊的比为100:5-18;
所述天然粘合剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶8%-10%、麦芽糊精45%-65%、松香8%-8.5%、氧化钠5.5%-7.5%,其余为水,所述氧化钠以离子态存在;
所述抗氧化剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸25%-35%、维生素E10-15%、淀粉30%-50%和纤维素10%-30%。
实施例1
(1)选取基纸:选取牛皮纸为基纸;
(2)制作天然粘合剂:在水中加入氢氧化纳,加热至85℃,搅拌至所述氢氧化纳在水中全部溶解;保温,继续加入桃树胶粉末、松香粉末搅拌均匀;将混合溶液降温至常温,然后加入盐酸,搅拌至混合液呈弱酸性,接着加入糊精搅拌均匀,最后对混合液进行蒸馏,使水分含量在20%以下;
(3)在天然粘合剂中混合抗氧化剂:在步骤(2)所得到的天然粘合剂中加入包括抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊,加入比例为所述天然粘合剂和抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊的比为100:5-18,搅拌均匀;
(4)形成天然抗氧化层:将步骤(3)所得到的混合抗氧化剂的天然粘合剂涂覆在所述基纸的内表面,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,然后进温室烘干,得到成品。
本发明长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,采用天然抗氧化剂和天然粘合剂,安全可靠,无毒无害。

1.一种长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述食品包装纸包括:基纸和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层复合于所述基纸的一面或者两面,所述抗氧化层由天然粘合剂和包括抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊混合而成,所述天然粘合剂和抗氧化剂的缓释微胶囊的比为100:5-18;
所述天然粘合剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶8%-10%、麦芽糊精45%-65%、松香8%-8.5%、氧化钠5.5%-7.5%,其余为水,所述氧化钠以离子态存在;
所述抗氧化剂主要包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸25%-35%、维生素E10-15%、淀粉30%-50%和纤维素10%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述天然粘合剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:桃树胶9.5%、麦芽糊精62%、松香8%、氧化钠6.5%,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长效抗氧化的食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:α-硫辛酸32.5%、维生素E10.5%、淀粉40%和纤维素17%。
