Abstract

本发明涉及一种高松厚度壁纸原纸的制备方法。本发明第一步先制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料,即在碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~6:1的水溶液中加入氢氧化钙乳液,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,充分反应,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料。第二步,将此填料加入含有20%~40%化机浆的混合浆料中,填料加入量为10%~30%,然后,加入湿强剂、阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(均为相对于混合绝干浆料的质量百分比),混合均匀,在纸机上抄造成形,压榨,干燥,制得壁纸原纸。该壁纸原纸比传统原纸松厚度提高了约20%以上,且保持了传统壁纸原纸的强度性能。

一种高松厚度壁纸原纸制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高松厚度壁纸原纸制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸,也称为墙纸,是一种应用相当广泛的室内墙面装饰材料。壁纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,已得到越来越广泛的应用。壁纸分为很多类,如涂布壁纸、覆膜壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再以树脂、塑料为粘合成膜剂,并加入填料、颜料及其他辅助材料制成热塑性涂料,然后通过涂布与原纸结合,再经压花、印花或者发泡等美术装饰而制成。由于后段加工的复杂性,对壁纸原纸提出了很高的质量要求,如基重、厚度、干强度、湿强度、平滑度、松厚度、白度、不透明度、吸水性及湿变形率等。
壁纸原纸好坏直接影响壁纸的后期整饰加工和使用。壁纸原纸通常采用100%漂白化学木浆为原料,采用游离状打浆,轻度施胶,少加填料,在长网造纸机上抄制成纸。目前,国产的原纸存在厚度低、紧度大、松厚度小、拉力小等缺点,影响了壁纸的加工和使用性能,特别是厚度低、紧度大、松厚度小直接影响了壁纸的加工性能以及质感。
发明内容
针对目前壁纸原纸普遍存在厚度低、紧度大、松厚度小的问题,本发明提出了一种高松厚度壁纸原纸制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
首先,制备出一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料,即在碳酸钠溶液中加入一定比例的硅酸钠,混合均匀,然后,加入足量的氢氧化钙乳液,充分反应,制得碳酸硅钙填料。
漂白化学木浆中加入一定比例的化学机械浆(简称化机浆),加入碳酸硅钙填料,然后,加入增干强剂、增湿强剂、施胶剂、助留剂等,在纸机上抄造成形,压榨,干燥,得到壁纸原纸。
本发明具体方法:
首先,制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料:生石灰与水混合,配成浓度为20%~50%(质量浓度)的乳液,搅拌均匀,反应10~60min,反应温度50~100℃,使之消化完全,制得氢氧化钙乳液。碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~6:1,在水中溶解,混合均匀,配成浓度为10%~40%(质量浓度)的溶液。将氢氧化钙乳液加入碳酸钠与硅酸钠的混合液中,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,反应温度为60-100℃,反应时间60-180min,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料(比未加硅酸钠的比表面积增加300%以上)。
漂白针叶木化学浆和漂白阔叶木化学浆按比例20~40:80~60(质量比)在水中混合分散,浆浓为2%-4%。然后,进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在30-40oSR。在上述混合浆料中加入20%~40%打浆度为40-55oSR的化机浆(相对于上述混合绝干浆料的质量百分比),混合均匀,加入10%~30%碳酸硅钙填料、0.2%-2.0%的湿强剂(湿强剂为脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷等)。混合浆料加水稀释至浓度为0.08%-0.8%,然后,依次加入1.0%-3.0%阳离子淀粉,0.1%-0.3%的AKD施胶剂、0.01%-0.05%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(均为相对于混合绝干浆料的质量百分比)。把此浆料在纸机网部抄造成形,然后,压榨,干燥,制得壁纸原纸。该壁纸原纸比传统原纸松厚度提高了约20%以上,且保持了传统壁纸原纸的强度性能。
本发明的有益效果:显著提高了壁纸原纸的松厚度,改善了壁纸的加工性能和质感。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明方法的原理:传统填料碳酸钙、滑石粉密度大,质重;因此,其加填的壁纸原纸紧度大,松厚度低。本发明制备出了一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料,其密度小,质轻,因此,其加填可以获得高松厚度的纸。另外,原纸中加入高松厚度的化机浆,进一步提高了壁纸原纸的松厚度。
实施例1:
首先,制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料:生石灰与水混合,配成浓度为20%(质量浓度)的乳液,搅拌均匀,反应10~60min,反应温度50℃,使之消化完全,制得氢氧化钙乳液。碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~6,在水中溶解,混合均匀,配成浓度为40%(质量浓度)的溶液。将氢氧化钙乳液加入碳酸钠与硅酸钠的混合液中,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,反应温度为100℃,反应时间180min,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料(比未加硅酸钠的比表面积增加300%以上)。
漂白针叶木化学浆和漂白阔叶木化学浆按比例20:80(质量比)在水中混合分散,浆浓为4%。然后,进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在30-40oSR。在上述混合浆料中加入40%打浆度为50oSR的化机浆(相对于上述混合绝干浆料的质量百分比),混合均匀,加入20%碳酸硅钙填料、1.8%的湿强剂(湿强剂为脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷等)。混合浆料加水稀释至浓度为0.08%,然后,依次加入1.8%阳离子淀粉,0.1%的AKD施胶剂、0.01%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(均为相对于混合绝干浆料的质量百分比)。把此浆料在纸机网部抄造成形,然后,压榨,干燥,制得壁纸原纸。该壁纸原纸比传统原纸松厚度提高了约20%以上,且保持了传统壁纸原纸的强度性能。
实施例2:
首先,制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料:生石灰与水混合,配成浓度为35%(质量浓度)的乳液,搅拌均匀,反应35min,反应温度80℃,使之消化完全,制得氢氧化钙乳液。碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~2,在水中溶解,混合均匀,配成浓度为25%(质量浓度)的溶液。将氢氧化钙乳液加入碳酸钠与硅酸钠的混合液中,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,反应温度为85℃,反应时间125min,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料(比未加硅酸钠的比表面积增加300%以上)。
漂白针叶木化学浆和漂白阔叶木化学浆按比例35:65(质量比)在水中混合分散,浆浓为2.5%。然后,进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在30-40oSR。在上述混合浆料中加入36%打浆度为40oSR的化机浆(相对于上述混合绝干浆料的质量百分比),混合均匀,加入10%碳酸硅钙填料、0.2%的湿强剂(湿强剂为脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷等)。混合浆料加水稀释至浓度为0.62%,然后,依次加入1.0%阳离子淀粉,0.25%的AKD施胶剂、0.05%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(均为相对于混合绝干浆料的质量百分比)。把此浆料在纸机网部抄造成形,然后,压榨,干燥,制得壁纸原纸。该壁纸原纸比传统原纸松厚度提高了约20%以上,且保持了传统壁纸原纸的强度性能。
实施例3:
首先,制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料:生石灰与水混合,配成浓度为50%(质量浓度)的乳液,搅拌均匀,反应60min,反应温度100℃,使之消化完全,制得氢氧化钙乳液。碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~1,在水中溶解,混合均匀,配成浓度为10%(质量浓度)的溶液。将氢氧化钙乳液加入碳酸钠与硅酸钠的混合液中,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间60min,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料(比未加硅酸钠的比表面积增加300%以上)。
漂白针叶木化学浆和漂白阔叶木化学浆按比例40:60(质量比)在水中混合分散,浆浓为2%。然后,进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在30-40oSR。在上述混合浆料中加入20%打浆度为55oSR的化机浆(相对于上述混合绝干浆料的质量百分比),混合均匀,加入30%碳酸硅钙填料、2.0%的湿强剂(湿强剂为脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷等)。混合浆料加水稀释至浓度为0.8%,然后,依次加入3.0%阳离子淀粉,0.3%的AKD施胶剂、0.03%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(均为相对于混合绝干浆料的质量百分比)。把此浆料在纸机网部抄造成形,然后,压榨,干燥,制得壁纸原纸。该壁纸原纸比传统原纸松厚度提高了约20%以上,且保持了传统壁纸原纸的强度性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种高松厚度壁纸原纸制备方法,其特征在于该方法具体是:
第一步,制备一种高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料:碳酸钠与硅酸钠质量比为2~6:1,在水中溶解,混合均匀,配成质量浓度为10%~40%的混合溶液,备用;生石灰与水混合,配成质量浓度为20%~50%的氢氧化钙乳液;将氢氧化钙乳液加入到碳酸钠与硅酸钠的混合液中,两者的摩尔比为1:2,即当量比为1:1,反应温度为60-100℃,反应时间60-180min,然后,过滤,干燥,得到高比表面积、多孔性的碳酸硅钙填料;
第二步,漂白针叶木化学浆和漂白阔叶木化学浆按质量比20~40:80~60在水中混合分散,打浆;在上述混合浆料中加入20%~40%打浆度为40-55oSR的化机浆,混合均匀,加入10%~30%碳酸硅钙填料,0.2%-2.0%的湿强剂,1.0%-3.0%阳离子淀粉,0.1%-0.3%的AKD施胶剂、0.01%-0.05%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀,在纸机上抄造成形,然后,压榨,干燥,制得高松厚度壁纸原纸。
