本发明涉及一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于,所述细梗香草保健香皂的组合物以如下重量份组成:细梗香草40-55、苛性钠5-8、硬脂酸3-5、橄榄油20-25、椰子油5-7、棕榈油6-10、甜杏仁油5-7、荷芭油3-5,水为溶剂。本发明合成的了一种具有细梗香草特殊香味及药用保健作用的香皂,将细梗香草的药用保健与香皂的去污能力结合起来,提高了产品的品质。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及了一种细梗香草保健香皂。
背景技术
细梗香草又名细梗香、满山香、排草、香草等,报春花科、珍珠菜族,其茎叶含芳香油。细梗香草精油经本人用气质联用色谱法分析,获得28种化合物,其中包括大茴香脑、咖啡碱等大量芳香物质和细梗香草皂苷等药用成分。文献称细梗香草皂苷类成分有很大的药用价值,具有抗肿瘤、治疗冠心病的作用。民间实用细梗香草作为中药配方和食品增香剂。但目前还没有采用细梗香草提取液或精制作为香皂原料的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是生产一种具有细梗香草特殊香味及药用保健作用的香皂。本发明的技术方案如下:一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于,所述细梗香草保健香皂的组合物以如下重量份组成:细梗香草40-55、苛性钠5-8、硬脂酸3-5、橄榄油20-25、椰子油5-7、棕榈油6-10、甜杏仁油5-7、荷芭油3-5,水为溶剂。
所述的一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于,用超临界二氧化碳法萃取细梗香草精油。其过程是:将细梗香草粉碎成过60目筛的粗粉;将细梗香草粉放入萃取釜,打开二氧化碳使其与细梗香草粉充分接触并保持12小时-20小时,再进行超临界萃取;在超临界萃取过程中将夹带剂无水乙醇由副泵打入萃取釜中。
所述的超临界萃取中,二氧化碳流体的萃取温度为40-55℃,压力为12-35MPa;分离釜的分离温度为35-50℃;压力为8-10MPa;主泵流量为60-120kg/hr;副泵流量为30-90kg/hr;萃取时间为60-120min。所获细梗香草提取液冷却备用。
所述的一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于:有以下步骤:(1)将苛性钠和纯净水按照40:100比例混合搅拌溶化备用;(2)将植物油和硬脂酸混合放在锅中以隔水加热的方式加热至硬脂酸溶化,形成混合油;(3)皂化:待混合油和苛性钠水溶液温度都成差不多45℃左右,快速搅拌35-40分钟左右;(4)成型:待以上混合材料成粘稠时,加入0.5-0.7%的细梗香草提取液,添加后续继搅拌均匀即可倒模。
上述步骤(2)中的植物油为橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、甜杏仁油、荷芭油。
发明的有益效果:(1)添加天然提取物,对皮肤刺激性小。(2)具有温中、逐热、除湿、杀菌、和防癌等药用保健功效。(3)具有特殊的细梗香草香味,色泽淡绿,无需额外添加着色剂和芳香剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式进一步的说明,但是下文中的具体实施方法不应当被理解为对本发明的限制。本领域普通技术人员能够在本发明基础上显而易见地作出的各种改变和变化,应该均在本发明的范围之内。
实施实例:细梗香草鲜叶10公斤,杀青、烘干、粉碎,将细梗香草粉放入萃取釜,打开二氧化碳使其与细梗香草粉充分接触并保持12小时-20小时,再进行超临界萃取;在超临界萃取过程中将夹带剂无水乙醇由副泵打入萃取釜中。二氧化碳流体的萃取温度为40-55℃,压力为12-35MPa;分离釜的分离温度为35-50℃;压力为8-10MPa;主泵流量为60-120kg/hr;副泵流量为30-90kg/hr;萃取时间为60-120min。所获细梗香草提取液冷却备用。将苛性钠和纯净水按照40:100比例混合搅拌溶化备用。将橄榄油80g、椰子油25g、棕榈油65g、甜杏仁油25g、荷芭油10g、硬脂酸10g按照80:25:65:25:10:10的比例混合放在锅中以隔水加热的方式加热至硬脂酸溶化。待混合油和苛性钠水温度都成差不多45℃左右,将两者混合,快速搅拌35分钟,待以上混合材料成粘稠时,加入0.5%的细梗香草提取液,搅拌均匀后倒模成型。

1.一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于,所述细梗香草保健香皂的组合物以如下重量份组成:细梗香草40-55、苛性钠5-8、硬脂酸3-5、橄榄油20-25、椰子油5-7、棕榈油6-10、甜杏仁油5-7、荷芭油3-5,水为溶剂。
2.如权利要求1一种细梗香草保健香皂,其特征在于,由如下步骤组成:(1)用超临界二氧化碳法提取细梗香草精油;(2)苛性钠水溶液:将苛性钠和纯净水按照40:100比例混合搅拌溶化备用;(3)植物油加热混合:将植物油和硬脂酸混合放在锅中以隔水加热的方式加热至硬脂酸溶化,形成混合油;(4)皂化:待混合油和苛性钠水溶液温度都成差不多45℃左右,将两者混合,快速搅拌35-40分钟左右;(5)成型:待以上混合材料成粘稠时,加入0.5-0.7%的细梗香草提取液,搅拌均匀后倒模。
