Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型金属切削液,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠20~35份、乳化硅油15~25份、木糖醇酯15~18份、硼砂15~25份、碳酸钠10~15份、混合植物油8~15份、甘油8~15份、抗静电剂8~12份和丙烯腈10~15份。该发明提供的环保型金属切削液,有良好的散热性,清洗性,且环保,对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型金属切削液。
背景技术
传统的金属切削加工采用矿物油或植物油或切削液进行大量冲淋式润滑,润滑剂的使用量大,不仅浪费资源,造成加工场所和环境的巨大污染,同时还会严重影响操作工人的身体健康。按切削液组成分类,水基切削液分为三类,即乳化型切削液、微乳型切削液(亦称半合成型切削液)和合成型切削液。乳化液把油的润滑性和防锈性与水的极好冷却性结合起来,同时具备较好的润滑冷却性,因而对于大量热生成的高速低压力的金属切削加工很有效。与油基切削液相比,乳化液的优点在于较大的散热性,清洗性,用水稀释使用而带来的经济性以及有利于操作者的卫生和安全而使他们乐于使用。实际上除特别难加工的材料外,乳化液几乎可以用于所有的轻、中等负荷的切削加工及大部分重负荷加工,乳化液还可用于除螺纹磨削、槽沟麻削等复杂磨削外的所有磨削加工,乳化液的缺点是空易使细菌、霉菌繁殖,使乳化液中的有效成分产生化学分解而发臭、变质,所以一般都应加入毒性小的有机杀菌剂。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供一种环保型金属切削液。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:该环保型金属切削液包括石油磺酸钠、乳化硅油、木糖醇酯、硼砂、碳酸钠、混合植物油、甘油、抗静电剂和丙烯腈。
优选的,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠20~35份、乳化硅油15~25份、木糖醇酯15~18份、硼砂15~25份、碳酸钠10~15份、混合植物油8~15份、甘油8~15份、抗静电剂8~12份和丙烯腈10~15份。
优选的,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠25份、乳化硅油20份、木糖醇酯16份、硼砂18份、碳酸钠12份、混合植物油10份、甘油10份、抗静电剂10份和丙烯腈12份。
更优选的,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠20份、乳化硅油15份、木糖醇酯15份、硼砂15份、碳酸钠10份、混合植物油8份、甘油8份、抗静电剂8份和丙烯腈10份。
更优选的,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠35份、乳化硅油25份、木糖醇酯18份、硼砂25份、碳酸钠15份、混合植物油15份、甘油15份、抗静电剂12份和丙烯腈15份。
制备环保型金属切削液的方法为:将石油磺酸钠、乳化硅油、木糖醇酯、硼砂、碳酸钠、混合植物油、甘油、抗静电剂和丙烯腈复配而成。
所述抗静电剂为两性离子型抗静电剂。
本发明的有益效果是:方案完整,工艺简单;生产成本低;有良好的散热性,清洗性,且环保,对环境无污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
石油磺酸钠25kg、乳化硅油20kg、木糖醇酯16kg、硼砂18kg、碳酸钠12kg、混合植物油10kg、甘油10kg、抗静电剂10kg和丙烯腈12kg。
将以上各原料按比例复配即可。
实施例2
石油磺酸钠20kg、乳化硅油15kg、木糖醇酯15kg、硼砂15kg、碳酸钠10kg、混合植物油8kg、甘油8kg、抗静电剂8kg和丙烯腈10kg。
将以上各原料按比例复配即可。
实施例3
石油磺酸钠35kg、乳化硅油25kg、木糖醇酯18kg、硼砂25kg、碳酸钠15kg、混合植物油15kg、甘油15kg、抗静电剂12kg和丙烯腈15kg。

1.一种环保型金属切削液,其特征在于,包括石油磺酸钠、乳化硅油、木糖醇酯、硼砂、碳酸钠、混合植物油、甘油、抗静电剂和丙烯腈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠20~35份、乳化硅油15~25份、木糖醇酯15~18份、硼砂15~25份、碳酸钠10~15份、混合植物油8~15份、甘油8~15份、抗静电剂8~12份和丙烯腈10~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠25份、乳化硅油20份、木糖醇酯16份、硼砂18份、碳酸钠12份、混合植物油10份、甘油10份、抗静电剂10份和丙烯腈12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠20份、乳化硅油15份、木糖醇酯15份、硼砂15份、碳酸钠10份、混合植物油8份、甘油8份、抗静电剂8份和丙烯腈10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述各物料的重量份为:石油磺酸钠35份、乳化硅油25份、木糖醇酯18份、硼砂25份、碳酸钠15份、混合植物油15份、甘油15份、抗静电剂12份和丙烯腈15份。
6.一种制备如权利要求1所述的环保型金属切削液的方法,其特征在于,将石油磺酸钠、乳化硅油、木糖醇酯、硼砂、碳酸钠、混合植物油、甘油、抗静电剂和丙烯腈复配而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备环保型金属切削液的方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为两性离子型抗静电剂。
