Abstract
本发明提供一种降噪的发动机润滑油,包括基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、抗氧剂、乙烯基树脂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉、极压抗磨剂。其具有韧性高、粘度高,粘温性能好,能够有效减少磨损,并有效的降低噪音;在金属表面承受很高的负荷时,极压抗磨剂与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊,能够有效保护发动机。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油,具体设计一种发动机用的降噪润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑油,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
对于发动机来说,是运转以及维护过程中必不可少的化学物品,发动机得不到适当的润滑,会产生干摩擦。干摩擦在短时间内产生的热量足以使金属熔化,造成机件的损坏甚至卡死。因此必须对发动机中的摩擦部位给予良好的润滑。但现有的润滑油在恶劣的环境下使用效果并不好,噪音也非常大。发动机在运转时,部件间的摩擦力、撞击力或非平衡力都会使其部件和壳体的发声体产生无规律的振动而辐射出的噪声,对工作环境甚至生活环境产生很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发动机用的降噪润滑油,该润滑油能形成保护膜,有效保护机械、减少磨损,还可以高效降低噪音。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种降噪的发动机润滑油,所述润滑油包括基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、抗氧剂、乙烯基树脂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉、极压抗磨剂。
进一步,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:基础油80~100质量份、柠檬酸单甲酯10~15质量份、石油磺酸钡10~15质量份、聚氨酯8~15质量份、抗氧剂8~15质量份、乙烯基树脂8~15质量份、分散剂4~8质量份、硅烷偶联剂4~8质量份、癸二酸钠4~8质量份、纳米粒子镁粉3~8质量份、极压抗磨剂3~5质量份。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为二叔丁基对甲酚或亚磷酸酯。
进一步,所述极压抗磨剂为有机氯化物、有机硫化物、有机磷化物、有机金属盐、硼酸盐和硼酸脂的一种或几种。
在金属表面承受很高的负荷时,大量的金属表面直接接触,产生大量的热,而抗磨剂形成的膜也被破坏时,不再起保护金属表面的作用,局部产生金属表面之间的直接接触,极压抗磨剂可以在这种边界润滑中起保护作用。在边界润滑中,极压抗磨剂与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊。氯类、硫类可提高润滑脂的耐负荷能力,防止金属表面在高负荷条件下发生烧结、卡咬、刮伤;而磷类、有机金属盐类具有较高的抗磨能力,可防止或减少金属表面在中等负荷条件下的磨损。通过一定极压抗磨剂的组合,可以使润滑油既具有极压性,又具有抗磨性。
由于聚氨酯含有强极性氨基甲酸酯基团,调节配方中NCO/OH的比例,可以制得热固性聚氨酯和热塑性聚氨酯的不同产物。体型结构中由于交联密度不同,可呈现硬质、软质或介乎两者之间的性能,具有高强度、高耐磨和耐溶剂等特点。产品无污染,无毒无味,其制品具有耐磨、耐温、密封、隔音、加工性能好、可降解等优异性能。
硅烷偶联剂是一类在分子中同时含有两种不同化学性质基团的有机硅化合物,其经典产物可用通式YSiX3表示。式中,Y为非水解基团,包括链烯基(主要为乙烯基),以及末端带有碳官能基;X为可水解基团。由于这一特殊结构,在其分子中同时具有能和无机质材料、化学结合的反应基团及与有机质材料化学结合的反应基团,可以用于表面处理。
按以下步骤制得:
(1)将配方量的基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、乙烯基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉混合,在80~120℃下混合搅拌1小时;
(2)加入配方量的抗氧剂、分散剂、极压抗磨剂,搅拌30分钟;
(3)冷却至室温过滤。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的发动机用的降噪润滑油,韧性高、粘度高,油品粘度受温度的影响小,粘温性能好,能够有效减少磨损,并有效的降低噪音;在金属表面承受很高的负荷时,极压抗磨剂与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊,能够有效保护发动机。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种降噪的发动机润滑油,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:基础油100质量份、柠檬酸单甲酯15质量份、石油磺酸钡15质量份、聚氨酯15质量份、抗氧剂15质量份、乙烯基树脂15质量份、分散剂8质量份、硅烷偶联剂8质量份、癸二酸钠8质量份、纳米粒子镁粉8质量份、极压抗磨剂5质量份。
按以下步骤制得:
(1)将配方量的基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、乙烯基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉混合,在110℃下混合搅拌1小时;
(2)加入配方量的抗氧剂、分散剂、极压抗磨剂,搅拌30分钟;
(3)冷却至室温过滤。
实施例2
按照实施例1的方法进行,所不同的是,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:基础油90质量份、柠檬酸单甲酯10质量份、石油磺酸钡10质量份、聚氨酯8质量份、抗氧剂10质量份、乙烯基树脂10质量份、分散剂8质量份、硅烷偶联剂8质量份、癸二酸钠5质量份、纳米粒子镁粉6质量份、极压抗磨剂5质量份。
实施例3
按照实施例1的方法进行,所不同的是,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:基础油80质量份、柠檬酸单甲酯10质量份、石油磺酸钡15质量份、聚氨酯8质量份、抗氧剂15质量份、乙烯基树脂12质量份、分散剂7质量份、硅烷偶联剂6质量份、癸二酸钠7质量份、纳米粒子镁粉4质量份、极压抗磨剂3质量份。

1.一种降噪的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑油包括基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、抗氧剂、乙烯基树脂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉、极压抗磨剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:基础油80~100质量份、柠檬酸单甲酯10~15质量份、石油磺酸钡10~15质量份、聚氨酯8~15质量份、抗氧剂8~15质量份、乙烯基树脂8~15质量份、分散剂4~8质量份、硅烷偶联剂4~8质量份、癸二酸钠4~8质量份、纳米粒子镁粉3~8质量份、极压抗磨剂3~5质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为二叔丁基对甲酚或亚磷酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降噪的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,按以下步骤制得:
(1)将配方量的基础油、柠檬酸单甲酯、石油磺酸钡、聚氨酯、乙烯基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、癸二酸钠、纳米粒子镁粉混合,在80~120℃下混合搅拌1小时;
(2)加入配方量的抗氧剂、分散剂、极压抗磨剂,搅拌30分钟;
(3)冷却至室温过滤。
