Abstract
本发明涉及TPU鞋材领域,尤其是一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法,该方法通过将七彩粉的引入,并固化在TPU表面,附于TPU表面色泽具有七彩效果,高物性七彩TPU具有色彩艳丽,颜色变化多,且轻量化,可以为运动鞋提供完美的制鞋原料。高物性七彩TPU同时还具备高耐磨、高耐寒,能做无车缝TPU的优点,适用于鞋的任何部件,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及TPU鞋材领域,尤其是一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法。
背景技术
随着市场需求的变化,越来越多的客户对运动鞋追求不单单像以前那样要求耐穿,而更注重于表观效果及舒适度。高物性七彩TPU具有色彩艳丽,颜色变化多,且轻量化,可以为运动鞋提供完美的制鞋原料。高物性七彩TPU同时还具备高耐磨、高耐寒,能做无车缝TPU的优点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是改变传统运动鞋材合成革的生产方法,提供一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法是通过如下步骤来实现的:
1)面料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,七彩粉0.3份,均匀混合得到面层浆料备用;七彩粉由粒径在20-40um有变色效果的玻璃微珠组成;
2)面料的刮涂
将镜面离型纸通过一号涂布头,在其表面涂上一层粘度为2500-300cps的面层浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在80-100℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
3)中料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,彩色色片12-15份,均匀混合得到中料浆料备用;
4)中料的刮涂
将按照步骤2)制备的涂有面层浆料的离型纸经二号涂布头,涂上一层粘度为2500-3000cps的中料浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在90-110℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
5)底料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂45份,可塑性聚胺酯颗粒33份,二甲基甲酰胺20份,丁酮70份,聚胺酯粘合剂5份,聚胺酯固化剂4份,均匀混合得到底料浆料备用;
6)底料的刮涂
将涂有面层浆料及中料浆料的离型纸经三号涂布头,涂上热塑性底料浆料,涂布量控制在100g/m2,并在15米烘箱中以80-90℃的温度预烘至二甲基甲酰胺、丁酮完全挥发后贴合高低温TPU膜,贴合压力为40KG,贴合间隙控制在TPU总厚度的50-60%,其中高低温TPU膜经预热辊软化,预热辊温度控制在100-120℃,从而保证高低温TPU膜更好的与底料浆料粘合,贴合后制得七彩TPU半成品;
7)将步骤6)中所述的七彩TPU半成品,经过40米的烘箱进行预熟化处理,预熟化时间为6-8分钟,熟化温度控制在70-90℃之间;预熟化后的TPU经过冷却辊冷却后与离型纸分离、收卷;
8)收卷后的七彩TPU经后处理机固化,固化温度控制在120°C-130℃,烘3-4分钟至TPU表面残留的部分溶剂完全烘干。
本发明的积极效果:
本发明所述一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法通过将七彩粉的引入,并固化在TPU表面,附于TPU表面色泽具有七彩效果,高物性七彩TPU具有色彩艳丽,颜色变化多,且轻量化,可以为运动鞋提供完美的制鞋原料。高物性七彩TPU同时还具备高耐磨、高耐寒,能做无车缝TPU的优点,适用于鞋的任何部件,适合推广。
具体实施方式
作为具体的实施案例,本发明所述的一种动态防水深压花合成革的生产方法包括如下步骤:
1)面料、中料及底料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,七彩粉0.3份,均匀混合得到面层浆料备用;七彩粉由粒径在20-40um有变色效果的玻璃微珠组成;
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,彩色色片12-15份,均匀混合得到中料浆料备用;按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂45份,可塑性聚胺酯颗粒33份,二甲基甲酰胺20份,丁酮70份,聚胺酯粘合剂5份,聚胺酯固化剂4份,均匀混合得到底料浆料备用;
2)面料的刮涂
将镜面离型纸通过一号涂布头,在其表面涂上一层粘度为2500-300cps的面层浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在80-100℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
3)中料的刮涂
将按照步骤2)制备的涂有面层浆料的离型纸经二号涂布头,涂上一层粘度为2500-3000cps的中料浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在90-110℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
4)底料的刮涂
将涂有面层浆料及中料浆料的离型纸经三号涂布头,涂上热塑性底料浆料,涂布量控制在100g/m2,并在15米烘箱中以80-90℃的温度预烘至二甲基甲酰胺、丁酮完全挥发后贴合高低温TPU膜,贴合压力为40KG,贴合间隙控制在TPU总厚度的50-60%,其中高低温TPU膜经预热辊软化,预热辊温度控制在100-120℃,从而保证高低温TPU膜更好的与底料浆料粘合,贴合后制得七彩TPU半成品;
5)将制备的七彩TPU半成品,经过40米的烘箱进行预熟化处理,预熟化时间为6-8分钟,熟化温度控制在70-90℃之间;预熟化后的TPU经过冷却辊冷却后与离型纸分离、收卷;
6)收卷后的七彩TPU经后处理机固化,固化温度控制在120℃-130℃,烘3-4分钟至TPU表面残留的部分溶剂完全烘干。
Claims (1)
1.一种高物性七彩TPU的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)面料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,七彩粉0.3份,均匀混合得到面层浆料备用;七彩粉由粒径在20-40um有变色效果的玻璃微珠组成;
2)面料的刮涂
将镜面离型纸通过一号涂布头,在其表面涂上一层粘度为2500-300cps的面层浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在80-100℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
3)中料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺40份,丁酮40份,彩色色片12-15份,均匀混合得到中料浆料备用;
4)中料的刮涂
将按照步骤2)制备的涂有面层浆料的离型纸经二号涂布头,涂上一层粘度为2500-3000cps的中料浆料,涂布量控制在100-120g/m2,烘干温度控制在90-110℃,烘干时间为3-4分钟;
5)底料的制备
按照重量组分选择聚氨酯树脂45份,可塑性聚胺酯颗粒33份,二甲基甲酰胺20份,丁酮70份,聚胺酯粘合剂5份,聚胺酯固化剂4份,均匀混合得到底料浆料备用;
6)底料的刮涂
将涂有面层浆料及中料浆料的离型纸经三号涂布头,涂上热塑性底料浆料,涂布量控制在100g/m2,并在15米烘箱中以80-90℃的温度预烘至二甲基甲酰胺、丁酮完全挥发后贴合高低温TPU膜,贴合压力为40KG,贴合间隙控制在TPU总厚度的50-60%,其中高低温TPU膜经预热辊软化,预热辊温度控制在100-120℃,从而保证高低温TPU膜更好的与底料浆料粘合,贴合后制得七彩TPU半成品;
