随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在各个行业、领域中都得到广泛的应用。随着电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。电缆燃烧时释放出大量烟雾和有毒的、腐蚀性的气体是火灾中危险因素,在火灾中妨碍了人们的安全撤离和灭火工作,使生命财产遭到严重损失。同时随着通讯事业、汽车工业和计算机工业的发展,特别是航空导线、汽车用线、高温仪表电缆、石油钻井平台电缆等许多场合,越来越需要使用阻燃耐火电力电缆料。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种控制型电力阻燃电缆配方。

本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,制备方法简单,本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,组成原料配方合理,制得的电缆料不仅环保,而且具有良好耐热油性与抗热氧老化等性能。低烟阻燃、避免了缆芯温度过高而引发安全事故,使用效果明显,保证了特征电缆的合理使用。
