Abstract
本发明公开了一种微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,以45um<b>~</b>106um区间的碳化硼粉体为原料,将粉体经两次破碎;加酸除铁,将反应后料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,并用水冲洗,直到冲洗出的水PH值为6.5<b>~</b>7.5;压滤机中取出滤饼加水搅拌形成碳化硼含量15<b>~</b>20%、分散剂含量0.3<b>~</b>0.5%的料浆,送入水力分级机中,保持入口压力0.4mp<b>~</b>0.5mp,将微米级碳化硼料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,使用微波设备干燥,得到微纳米级的碳化硼粉体,D50<b>﹤</b>2um,D3<b>﹤</b>7um,纯度<b>﹥</b>95%的微米级碳化硼粉体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,属于碳化硼陶瓷材料生产领域。
背景技术
目前,国内市场还未见针对防弹陶瓷产品专门生产微米级碳化硼粉体的报道,生产碳化硼制品多采用D50在3um-5um之间的微粉,其来源多为生产其它粒度产品的副产品,粉体数量少,纯度低,料质颗粒形状不规则,生产的碳化硼制品质量不稳定;国外发达国家采用D50在65um-70um区间的高振实密度(1.7g/cm3)碳化硼制粉体制造抗弹产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,得到微纳米级的碳化硼粉体,D50﹤2um,D3﹤7um,纯度﹥95%的微米级碳化硼粉体。
本发明的技术方案为:一种微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,选用45μm~106μm区间的碳化硼粉体为原料,经过两次破碎制浆,加酸除铁,反应后将料浆移入压滤机中压滤,并用水冲洗直至冲洗水pH值为6.5~7.5,将滤饼加水搅拌形成碳化硼含量15~20%、钠基分散剂含量0.3~0.5%的料浆,送入水力分级机中,全开排渣口、溢流口,渣料返回球磨,分离后将溢流口D50≤2μm料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,使用微波设备干燥。
进一步地,所述两次破碎制浆为:先在立式搅拌球磨机中球磨,其中料:球:磨介比为1:4:1.5的比例,球磨14小时,钢球配比∮2mm~∮8mm,∮2mm钢球含量大于40%,磨介为水,将碳化硼磨至2μm含量大于85%;然后将料浆移入卧式球磨机,料浆与钢球按1:2比例,钢球为∮1.5mm~∮2mm,球磨10小时。
进一步地,在压滤机滤布内侧贴网孔为0.5μm滤膜防止微米级粉体流失。
进一步地,保持水力分级机入口压力0.4~0.5MP。
本发明的有益效果为:可以批量制备用于防弹产品的料源,产品粒度细,纯度高,而且质量稳定,粉体颗粒形状呈类球状多棱体,有利于毛坯成型及获得理想致密度的陶瓷制品,满足了抗弹产品批量大,质量均匀稳定性好的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
实施例1:以60~80μm区间的碳化硼粉体为原料,将粉体投入立式搅拌球磨机中,按着料:球:磨介比为1:4:1.5的比例,球磨14小时,钢球配∮2~∮8mm,磨介为水,将料浆从立式搅拌球磨机中移入卧式球磨机,料浆与钢球按1:2比例,钢球为∮2mm,球磨10小时;加酸除铁,将反应后料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,并用水冲洗,直到冲洗出的水PH值为6.5~7.5;压滤机中取出滤饼加水搅拌形成碳化硼含量15~20%、分散剂含量0.3~0.5%的料浆,送入水力分级机中,保持入口压力0.4~0.5MP,将微米级碳化硼料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,使用微波设备干燥,得到D50﹤2μm,D3﹤7μm,纯度﹥95%的微米级碳化硼粉体。
实施例2:以70~90μm区间的碳化硼粉体为原料,将粉体投入立式搅拌球磨机中,按着料:球:磨介比为1:4:1.5的比例,球磨14小时,钢球配∮2~∮8mm,磨介为水,将料浆从立式搅拌球磨机中移入卧式球磨机,料浆与钢球按1:2比例,钢球为∮2mm,球磨10小时;加酸除铁,将反应后料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,并用水冲洗,直到冲洗出的水PH值为6.5~7.5;压滤机中取出滤饼加水搅拌形成碳化硼含量17~18%、分散剂含量0.4~0.5%的料浆,送入水力分级机中,保持入口压力0.45~0.5MP,将微米级碳化硼料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,使用微波设备干燥,得到D50﹤2μm,D3﹤7μm,纯度﹥95%的微米级碳化硼粉体。
图1是本发明方法制备的微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的粒度分布图。

1.一种微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,选用45μm~106μm区间的碳化硼粉体为原料,经过两次破碎制浆,加酸除铁,反应后将料浆移入压滤机中压滤,并用水冲洗直至冲洗水pH值为6.5~7.5,将滤饼加水搅拌形成碳化硼含量15~20%、钠基分散剂含量0.3~0.5%的料浆,送入水力分级机中,全开排渣口、溢流口,渣料返回球磨,分离后将溢流口D50≤2μm料浆移入压滤机中压入滤饼,使用微波设备干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述两次破碎制浆为:先在立式搅拌球磨机中球磨,其中料:球:磨介比为1:4:1.5的比例,球磨14小时,钢球配比∮2mm~∮8mm,∮2mm钢球含量大于40%,磨介为水,将碳化硼磨至2μm含量大于85%;然后将料浆移入卧式球磨机,料浆与钢球按1:2比例,钢球为∮1.5mm~∮2mm,球磨10小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,在压滤机滤布内侧贴网孔为0.5μm滤膜防止微米级粉体流失。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微米级碳化硼防弹陶瓷粉体的制备方法,其特征在于,保持水力分级机入口压力0.4~0.5MP。
