Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺,其包括支撑层和低温热封合层,低温热封合层可经过100℃以下的热辊滚压直接与纸材、预印纸材、塑料薄膜、预印塑料薄膜或自身热封合,所述的支撑层可以是一层或二层或三层或四层共挤出双向拉伸而成,所述的低温热封合层是只经横向拉伸,不经纵向拉伸的薄膜。该薄膜与纸张或其它薄膜复合时,不用涂布胶水,复合时不会产生有毒气体,减少了生产环节而提高了生产效率和降低生产成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺。
背景技术:
目前,工业上应用于纸张与塑料薄膜或塑料薄膜之间复合的办法主要有以下几种:(1)胶水法(干法复合和湿法复合),然而这种方法对大气排放较多的有毒溶剂从而严重污染环境;(2)无溶剂复合法,该法所得复合产品的初粘力极低;(3)预涂法,这种方法虽然可不用溶剂,但工序较多,增加成本。另外,上述方法所得复合产品粘接层剥离强度时间依赖性较明显;(4)中国专利ZL03226653.7和200620154717.2以及200710006100.5公开的无胶复合膜及其纸塑或塑塑复合结构是一种较环保的工业方法,但其纸塑结构对纸张的适应性较差,适用范围窄,无胶复合膜加工成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用性更广,成本更低的纸张与塑料薄膜或塑料薄膜之间低温热封合的拉伸薄膜,该薄膜与纸张或其它薄膜复合时,不用涂布胶水,通过低温热封层与被复合的对象接触热压即可完成复合,复合时不会产生有毒气体。
本发明的发明目的是这样实现的:
一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺,其特征在于包括支撑层和低温热封合层,低温热封合层为经过100℃以下的热辊滚压直接与纸材、预印纸材、塑料薄膜、预印塑料薄膜或自身热封合。
所述的支撑层为一层或二层或三层或四层共挤出双向拉伸的薄膜。
所述的低温热封合层为单向拉伸薄膜。
本发明有益效果是提供了一种适用性更广,成本更低的纸张与塑料薄膜或塑料薄膜之间低温热封合的拉伸薄膜;该薄膜与纸张或其它薄膜复合时,不用涂布胶水,通过100℃以下的热辊滚压(低温热封层与被复合的对象接触)即可完成复合,复合时不会产生有毒气体,因不用涂布胶水而提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式:
参照图1、图2可以看出一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺包括:支撑层1和低温热封合层2,低温热封合层2可经过100℃以下的热辊滚压直接与纸材、预印纸材、塑料薄膜、预印塑料薄膜或自身热封合。
所述的支撑层1是一层或二层或三层或四层共挤出双向拉伸薄膜,所述的低温热封合层2为单向拉伸薄膜。

1.一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺,其特征在于包括支撑层和低温热封合层,低温热封合层为经过100℃以下的热辊滚压直接与纸材、预印纸材、塑料薄膜、预印塑料薄膜或自身热封合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺,其特征在于:支撑层为一层或二层或三层或四层共挤出双向拉伸的薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料薄膜的热压工艺,其特征在于:低温热封合层为单向拉伸的薄膜。
