Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于生物标本保存的生物塑化硅胶,其特征是它的成份重量配比,主料∶引固剂∶柔软剂∶稀释剂=100∶0.1-5∶5-50∶10-100,主料∶促固剂=100∶0.5∶10,其中主料为聚二甲基硅氧烷,引固剂为氯铂酸或有机锡金属化合物,柔软剂为复合改性有机硅氧烷,稀释剂为非极性溶剂,促固剂为有机烷氧基硅烷。具有无毒、无害、无味、透明、无污染;标本真实性强,手感好;确保生物标本制作可在常温下进行,成本大幅度降低,经塑化后标本可长期保存,形态栩栩如生等优点。

Description

一种用于生物标本保存的生物塑化硅胶
本发明涉及的是一种用于生物标本保存的生物塑化硅胶。
目前,用于生物标本的保存主要是用甲醛(福尔马林)泡浸,由于甲醛有毒、有味,有损使用者的健康,同时保存时间短,容易变形,特别是对微细部位的观察有困难。
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷的用于生物保存的塑化硅胶。
本发明技术解决方案:它的成份重量配比,主料∶引固剂∶柔软剂∶稀释剂=100∶0.1-5∶5-50∶10-100,
主料∶促固剂=100∶0.5-10,
其中:主料为聚二甲基硅氧烷,其化学结构式为:

式中R1、R2、R3各自为H、CH3、CH2=CH、OH、OCH3、OC2H5基团中之任意一种,m+n=100-500;
引固剂为氯铂酸H2PtCl6或有机锡金属化合物(R′COO)2SnR″2其中R′为C1-C11的烷基基团,R″为C2-C8的烷基基团;
柔软剂为复合改性有机硅烷,其化学结构为:
            CH3   CH3   CH3   CH3
式中R1、R2各自为H、CH3、CH2=CH、OH、OCH3、OC2H5、CH2CH2CH2NH2、R3为C1-C16烷基,R4为CH2CH2CH2NH2、CH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2CH2NH2,m+n=2-100,p+q=0-50;
稀释剂为非极性溶剂,选自乙醚、乙烷、庚烷、石油醚、汽油、甲苯、二甲苯中的一种;
促固剂为有机烷氧基硅烷R′nSi(OR″)4-n
式中R′为:H、CH3、CH2=CH基团,
    R″为:H、CH3、C2H5、i-C3H7基团,n=0-2。
    基团名注释:
H:氢                                CH3:甲基
CH2=CH:乙烯基                     OH:羟基
OCH3:甲氧基                         OC2H5:乙氧基
i-C3H7:异丙基                      CH2CH2CH2NH2氨丙基
CH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2:β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基。
生物塑化硅胶配制工艺为:
(1)主料与引固剂混合均匀;
(2)在(1)中加入稀释剂混合均匀;
(3)在(2)中加入柔软剂混合均匀;
(4)生物标本放在(3)中真空浸渍,待浸渗饱和后再用促固剂使其
自然硬化成型。
  本发明的优点:
1、无毒、无害、无味、透明、无污染。
2、标本真实性强,手感好。
3、确保生物标本制作可在常温下进行,成本大幅度降低。
4、经塑化后的标本可长期保存,形态栩栩如生。
实施例1(三个)
取主料聚二甲基硅氧烷,3公斤均分在容器A、B、C内,分别取氯铂酸0.001公斤、0.026公斤、0.05公斤对应加入容器A、B、C中,混合均匀,取乙醚0.1公斤加入A内,汽油0.5公斤加入B内,石油醚0.5公斤加入C内,各混合均匀,分别取复合改性有机硅氧烷,0.05公斤、0.25公斤、0.5公斤对应加入A、B、C三个容器内,混合均匀。经固定、脱水后的人体肾脏放入A内,人体心脏放入B内,人体肝脏放入C内,肾脏真空浸渗12天,心脏真空浸渗16天,肝脏浸渗25天,然后分别取有机烷氧基硅烷0.005公斤、0.05公斤、0.1公斤对应放入A、B、C三个容器内,同其中物料混均,一周后取出,将标本悬空搁置在常温下,湿度控制在60~70%的条件下自然硬化约15天左右。
上述实施例均在常温下进行。

1、一种用于生物标本保存的生物塑化硅胶,其特征是它的成份重量配比为:主料∶引固剂∶柔软剂∶稀释剂=100∶0.1-5∶5-50∶10-100,
主料∶促固剂=100∶0.5-10,
其中:主料为聚二甲基硅氧烷,其化学结构式为:

式中R1、R2、R3各自为H、CH3、CH2=CH、OH、OCH3、OC2H5基团中之任意一种,m+n=100-500;
引固剂为氯铂酸H2PtCl6或有机锡金属化合物(R′COO)2SnR″2其中R′为C1-C11的烷基基团,R″为C2-C8的烷基基团;
柔软剂为复合改性有机硅烷,其化学结构为:

稀释剂为非极性溶剂,选自乙醚、乙烷、庚烷、石油醚、汽油、甲苯、二甲苯中的一种;
促固剂为有机烷氧基硅烷R′nSi(OR″)4-n
式中R′为:H、CH3、CH2=CH基团,
R″为:H、CH3、C2H5、i-C3H7基团,n=0-2。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生物标本保存的生物塑化硅胶的配制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)主料与引固剂混合均匀;
(2)在(1)中加入稀释剂混合均匀;
(3)在(2)中加入柔软剂混合均匀;
(4)生物标本放在(3)中真空浸渍,待浸渗饱和后再用促固剂使其
自然硬化成型。
