本发明公开了一种易清洁油墨分散机，包括支架和底座，所述支架上安装有升降机，所述升降机上安装有分散轴，分散轴底端固定安装有分散盘，所述底座上固定安装有分散桶，所述分散桶从内至外依次为陶瓷层、铝材层和外壳，所述铝材层与所述外壳为可拆卸连接，在所述分散桶的正中间开设有出料孔。本发明粘附的涂料较少，同时也能够最大程度的收集涂料和清理残余涂料。

易清洁油墨分散机
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料生产设备领域，特别是涉及一种分散机。
背景技术
涂料分散机主要是针对不同粘度浆状的液体原料进行粉碎、分散、乳化、混合，通过分散盘上下锯齿的告诉运转的新型高效搅拌设备，对物料进行告诉的强烈的剪切、撞击、粉碎、分散，达到迅速混合、溶解、分散、细化的功能。但是作为涂料分散机，制成的半成品涂料粘附于分散桶的内壁上，不易清洗。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种易清洗分散机，粘附的涂料较少，同时也能够最大程度的收集涂料和清理残余涂料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：
提供一种易清洁油墨分散机，包括支架和底座，所述支架上安装有升降机，所述升降机上安装有分散轴，分散轴底端固定安装有分散盘，所述底座上固定安装有分散桶，所述分散桶从内至外依次为陶瓷层、铝材层和外壳，所述铝材层与所述外壳为可拆卸连接，在所述分散桶的正中间开设有出料孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述陶瓷层的底部为半圆球形曲面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述铝材层与所述外壳通过卡壳连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述出料孔下方连接出料管。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明易清洁油墨分散机，其中分散桶从内至外依次为陶瓷层、铝材层和外壳，并且铝材层与外壳为可拆卸连接，陶瓷层的设置使涂料不易粘附在内壁上，且铝材层可从外壳中脱卸，便于清洗。

一种易清洁油墨分散机，包括支架1和底座6，所述支架1上安装有升降机2，所述升降机2上安装有分散轴3，分散轴3底端固定安装有分散盘4，所述底座6上固定安装有分散桶5，所述分散桶5从内至外依次为陶瓷层51、铝材层52和外壳53，所述铝材层52与所述外壳53为可拆卸连接，在所述分散桶5的正中间开设有出料孔54。其中，所述陶瓷层51的底部为半圆球形曲面，所述铝材层52与所述外壳53通过卡壳连接，所述出料孔54下方连接出料管。
本发明在工作时，铝材层52与外壳53通过卡壳固定，分散盘4对分散桶5中的物料进行分散，分散完成之后，出料孔54打开，通过与出料孔54连接的出料管收集涂料，其中陶瓷层51为半圆形曲面，涂料不易粘附，更易收集其中的涂料。在分散不同成分的涂料时，需要进行分散桶5的清洗，只需将分散桶5中的铝材层52从外壳53中脱卸下来，即可进行清洗。

1.一种易清洁油墨分散机，包括支架和底座，所述支架上安装有升降机，所述升降机上安装有分散轴，分散轴底端固定安装有分散盘，所述底座上固定安装有分散桶，其特征在于，所述分散桶从内至外依次为陶瓷层、铝材层和外壳，所述铝材层与所述外壳为可拆卸连接，在所述分散桶的正中间开设有出料孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁油墨分散机，其特征在于，所述陶瓷层的底部为半圆球形曲面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁油墨分散机，其特征在于，所述铝材层与所述外壳通过卡壳连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洁油墨分散机，其特征在于，所述出料孔下方连接出料管。
