本发明属于中药技术领域。本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对眩晕一症的准确认识进而提供一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物经采用传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁而成：茯苓20-40份、人参10-20份、甘草3-9份、桂枝5-15份、柴胡10-20份、黄柏20-30份、芍药10-20份、旋复花25-45份、泽泻10-20份、黄连20-30份、牡蛎15-25份、龙骨15-25份、豆蔻10-20份、金银花10-20份、琥珀5-15份、白术10-20份。该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物。
背景技术
眩晕是一种临床症状。引起眩晕的疾病很多，除耳鼻咽喉科疾病外，还涉及到内科、神经内科及骨科的疾病。眩晕是一种运动性和位置性的幻觉。包括病人感到周围物体旋转或病人本身在旋转，如起伏波动感、不稳感、摇摆感、头重脚轻感等。这些感觉中，凡是
有旋转感觉的，为前庭系统受累，统称为真性眩晕(Vertigo)。而无旋转感觉的，即波浪起伏感、不稳感、摇摆感、头重脚轻感等。除前庭系统可能受累外，常因视觉系统或本体感觉系统受累而引起，这些感觉称为眩晕(dizziness)。对于眩晕的定义也各有不同解释。但总的说来，由于前庭末梢感受器是在内耳迷路，故眩晕在耳鼻咽喉科范围内，以研究真性眩晕为主要对象。
祖国医学认为，眩晕可由风、痰、虚引起，故有“无风不作眩”、“无痰不作眩”、“无虚不作眩”的说法。由此可见，在面对眩晕一症时需要准确辩证，对症下药方能取得疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对眩晕一症的准确认识进而提供一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物经采用传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁而成：茯苓20-40份、人参10-20份、甘草3-9份、桂枝5-15份、柴胡10-20份、黄柏20-30份、芍药10-20份、旋复花25-45份、泽泻10-20份、黄连20-30份、牡蛎15-25份、龙骨15-25份、豆蔻10-20份、金银花10-20份、琥珀5-15份、白术10-20份。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的原料药物混合后采用常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。
组方分析：祖国医学认为痰饮所致眩晕一症根本在于饮食失节，过食肥甘，使脾胃运化失常而聚湿生痰，痰饮停淤胃口，土湿则木郁，木郁风起而胆经不降，甲木不降，君火升腾，是以发为眩晕。因此治疗时，应注重培中土、泄湿气、疏肝清风、清胆降火为主。基于上述认识，在本发明所提供的中药组合物中，取茯苓、人参、甘草、白术、泽泻、豆蔻泻湿培土、行气温中；取桂枝、柴胡、白芍养血柔肝、疏肝解郁，更加以琥珀、金银花凉肺清肝，安魂定魄；取黄柏、黄连降其胆火；旋复花消痰下气；牡蛎、龙骨平肝潜阳、镇静安神。上述诸药合用，则中焦土健、乙木畅发而风消，甲木以降而君火下潜，眩晕一症自解。由此可见，该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明所提供的中药组合物做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物经采用传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁而成：茯苓30g、人参15g、甘草6g、桂枝15g、柴胡15g、黄柏25g、芍药15g、旋复花30g、泽泻15g、黄连25g、牡蛎20g、龙骨20g、豆蔻15g、金银花15g、琥珀10g、白术15g。
本发明所提供的中药组合物于2012年至2014年临床观察痰饮所致眩晕患者86例患者，临床报告如下：
一、一般资料
临床观察病例共86例，其中治疗组、对照组各43例、年龄为23-68岁的痰饮所致眩晕患者且符合中医痰浊中阻证分型标准，典型症状为眩晕兼有胸胁偏支胀满、眼花、纳食差、持续饱闷。组间患者的年龄、病程以及眩晕程度基本一致，无显著性差异，具有可比性。
二、治疗方法
本试验治疗组采用服用本实施例所提供的中药组合物方法进行治疗，1周为1个疗程。对照组1日3次，1次服5粒抑眩宁胶囊，同时加服l包内含淀粉及辅料制成的空白晕可定颗粒。口服给药，1周为一个疗程。全部患者在治疗期间停止使用与治疗本病相关的药物与其它治疗方法。
三、疗效评定标准：
痊愈：治疗后眩晕等症状消失。
显效：治疗后眩晕等症状明显减轻，头微有昏沉，或头晕目眩轻微但不伴有自身及景物的旋转、晃动感，可正常生活和工作。
有效：治疗后头昏或眩晕减轻，仅伴有轻微的自身或景物的旋转、晃动感，虽能坚持工作，但生活和工作受到影响。
无效：头昏沉及眩晕等症状无改善或加重。
四、治疗结果
临床观察结果表明，治疗组43例，痊愈30例，约占69.77%，显效4例约占9.30%，
有效7例约占16.28%，无效2例，约占4.65%，临床总有效率约95.35%。对照组
治疗组43例，痊愈18例，约占41.86%，显效5例，约占11.63%，有效7例，约占16.28%，无效13例，临床总有效率约69.77%。两组比较，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。
实施例2
一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物经采用传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁而成：茯苓20份、人参20份、甘草3份、桂枝15份、柴胡10份、黄柏30份、芍药10份、旋复花45份、泽泻10份、黄连30份、牡蛎15份、龙骨25份、豆蔻10份、金银花20份、琥珀5份、白术20份。
实施例3
一种治疗痰饮所致眩晕的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物经采用传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁而成：茯苓40份、人参10份、甘草9份、桂枝5份、柴胡20份、黄柏20份、芍药20份、旋复花25份、泽泻20份、黄连20份、牡蛎25份、龙骨15份、豆蔻20份、金银花10份、琥珀15份、白术10份。
