技术领域
本发明属于农用杀菌剂领域,具体的说是一种杀真菌组合物。
背景技术
新型杀菌剂唑菌酯具有高效、广谱的杀菌活性,其结构式如下:
在该化合物的进一步研究过程中,发明人发现上述化合物(及其通式化合物)的制备过程中生成的异构体及其类似物(如通式Ⅰ所示的化合物)对多种真菌病害如炭疽病、叶斑病、立枯病、锈病、白粉病等具有很好的保护效果,并且具有良好的治疗效果。

通式Ⅰ中R1=H、R2=CH3、R3=CH3、Q=Q1的化合物(A1)对一些作物病害防治效果见表1-3。

取代苯类及其盐的杀菌剂如百菌清、甲基硫菌灵、五氯硝基苯等是农业生产中广泛使用的一类杀菌剂;其杀菌谱广,但活性不高,用量大,对病害的治疗作用较弱,一般在病菌侵害寄主植物前使用才能得理想的防治效果。
在杀菌剂应用的实践中,通过将具有不同作用方式的杀菌剂组合使用,除了提高施药适期,扩大药剂的杀菌谱外,有时会产生意想不到的效果。如几种杀菌剂配伍使用,可显著提高药效,即使在降低用药量时,同样可以达到防治目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有通式I所示的吡唑类化合物为活性组分之一的杀真菌组合物,以提高对农作物病害的防治效果,降低组合物使用剂量,更重要的是拓宽组合物的使用适期,亦即在病害发生前、初发期和发病期使用,均可以达到防治目的。
通过大量试验和研究,确定了以通式I所示的吡唑类化合物与取代苯类及盐的杀菌剂为活性组分的杀真菌组合物适宜的混配比例,得到了一种具有突出增效作用的杀真菌组合物,从而实现了本发明的目的,并完成了本发明。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用技术方案为:
一种杀真菌组合物,含有A、B两种活性组分,组分A和组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:100-100:1;
组分A选自如下通式Ⅰ所示的化合物:
式中:R1选自H、2-Cl、2-CH3、2-OH、4-Cl、4-CH3、4-OCH3、4-OH、2,4-2Cl或2,4-2CH3;R2选自CH3或C2H5;R3选自H、Cl、CH3或C2H5;Q选自结构如下所示的Q1、Q2或Q3;
其中,
组分B选自取代苯类及其类似物的杀菌剂中的一种或几种。
本发明较优选的技术方案为:上述杀真菌组合物中,活性组分A选自通式Ⅰ中R1=H、R2=CH3、R3=CH3、Q=Q1的化合物(A1),结构式如下:
组分B取代苯类及其类似物的杀菌剂选自百菌清B1、敌克松B2、甲基硫菌灵B3、五氯硝基苯B4或邻苯基苯酚钠B5。
本发明进一步优选的技术方案为:上述杀真菌组合物中,活性组分A选自化合物(A1);活性组分B选自百菌清B1、敌克松B2、甲基硫菌灵B3或五氯硝基苯B4;所述A、B两种活性组分之间的重量比为1:50-50:1。
本发明再进一步优选的技术方案为:上述杀真菌组合物中,活性组分A选自化合物(A1);活性组分B选自百菌清B1、敌克松B2或甲基硫菌灵B3;所述A、B两种活性组分之间的重量比为1:20-20:1。
本发明更进一步优选的技术方案为:所述的杀真菌组合物中,活性组分A选自化合物A1;活性组分B选自百菌清B或敌克松B2;A、B两种活性组分之间的重量比为1:10-10:1。
本发明组合物协同增效作用明显,对多种病原真菌引起的病害尤其是果树(苹果、梨、柑橘、香蕉等)、藤蔓植物(葡萄、猕猴桃等)、瓜菜类(黄瓜、西瓜、番茄等)、禾谷类(水稻等)、豆类(菜豆、大豆等)中的炭疽病、叶斑病、青霉病、绿霉病、霜霉病、白粉病、猝倒病、立枯病、纹枯病、根腐病等具有很好的防治效果。
本发明杀真菌组合物特别适合防治下列植物病害:苹果炭疽病、苹果白粉病、梨炭疽病、柑橘炭疽病、柑橘叶斑病、柑橘白粉病、柑橘青霉病、柑橘绿霉病、香蕉叶斑病、葡萄炭疽病、葡萄霜霉病、猕猴桃炭疽病、黄瓜炭疽病、甜瓜炭疽病、西瓜炭疽病、番茄炭疽病、番茄猝倒病、番茄立枯病、辣椒猝倒病、辣椒疫病、茄子立枯病、水稻猝倒病、水稻立枯病、菜豆炭疽病、菜豆立枯病、菜豆叶斑病、芸豆炭疽病、芸豆立枯病、芸豆叶斑病、大豆根腐病等。
根据农作物病害的发生程度,本发明组合物在农作物种植区域的使用浓度为5-1500mg/L(有效成分含量,下同),优选50-1000mg/L。
本发明的技术方案还包括该组合物作为杀真菌剂的用途和防治上述病害的使用方法,即组分A和至少一种组分B按照本发明提供的合适配比预先配制好或在使用现场配制或者单独依次使用,均呈现出显著的防病效果或明显扩大病害的防治种类。
本发明组合物可制成含有0.1-95%(重量)活性组分的制剂,优选含有5-80%(重量)活性组分的制剂。
本发明的杀真菌组合物可加工成直接使用或兑水后使用的水性或油性悬浮液,粉末、颗粒物等多种剂型。上述各种制剂均可用已知方式配制。例如将活性组分与溶剂和/或载体混合而制备,若需要,可加入乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂等助剂以及表面活性剂。这些制剂包括液体制和固体制剂,如可分散液剂(DC)、水乳剂(EW)、悬浮剂(SC)、水分散粒剂(WG)、可湿性粉剂(WP)等常见的农药剂型。
合适的溶剂或助剂主要为水、苯、二甲苯、甲苯、烷基苯、脂肪族烃、醇类、酯类、酮类,还有植物油和甲基溶纤维等。同时,不同液体的混合物也是适用的。
合适的表面活性剂为木质素磺酸、萘磺酸、苯酚磺酸、二丁基萘磺酸的碱金属盐、碱土金属盐和铵盐,烷基芳基磺酸盐,烷基硫酸盐,烷基磺酸盐,脂肪醇硫酸盐等。
合适的湿润剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯基醚等。
部分制剂的制备实例列举如下,其中所述的活性组分即为本发明的杀真菌组合物中的吡唑类化合物A1与取代苯类及盐的杀菌剂B,A、B两种活性组分之间的适宜配比如前所述。
悬浮剂(SC)
在搅拌的球磨机中,加入已粉碎的20%组合物活性组分,5%份萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物,0.08%黄原胶,0.1%白碳黑,4.0%农乳0201B,4%乙二醇,少许消泡剂,最后用水补足至100%,制得细碎活性组分悬浮剂。用水稀释得到悬浮液,用于茎叶喷雾或土壤浇灌。
水分散粒剂(WG)
将已细碎研磨的50%组合物活性组分,12%蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物,2%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,烷10%基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐,2.8%酚醛树脂,23.2%石膏混合,借助挤出机、喷雾塔、流化床,制成水分散性或水溶性颗粒剂。用水稀释得到分散体或溶液,用于茎叶喷雾或土壤浇灌。
可湿性粉剂(WP)
将40%组合物活性组分在转子-定子研磨机中研磨并加入1.8%月桂醇硫酸钠、10%白碳黑、8%木质素磺酸钠、6%双(烷基)萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、34.2%轻质碳酸钙,制成粉末状制剂。用水稀释得到分散体或溶液,用于茎叶喷雾或土壤浇灌。
另外,多种类型的油、湿润剂、辅助剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、其它农药可加入本发明组合物中。这些成分通常与本发明组合物以1:30~30:1的重量比混合。
具体实施方式
本发明组合物对有害真菌的协同增效作用可通过下列实施例作进一步说明,但本发明绝非仅限于此。其中所述的活性组分即为本发明的杀真菌组合物中的吡唑类化合物之一的化合物A1与取代苯类及盐的杀菌剂部分杀菌剂B。
测试方法及评价方法如下:
待测活性样品分别为化合物A1、百菌清B1、敌克松B2、甲基硫菌灵B3、五氯硝基苯B4、邻苯基苯酚钠B5;化合物A1与百菌清B1,化合物A1与敌克松B2,化合物A1与甲基硫菌灵B3,化合物A1与五氯硝基苯B4、化合物A1与邻苯基苯酚钠B5。
具体方式:
将活性化合物样品或组合物样品按上述制剂的制备实例列举的方法制备成有效含量为40%的可湿性粉剂;称取适量制剂样品,加水后配制成所需浓度待测液。
在作物喷雾机上,将上述待测液喷施于病害寄主植物上,24小时后进行病害接种。依据病害特点,将需要控温保湿培养的病害植物接种后放在气候室中培养,待病害完成侵染后,移入温室培养。待对照充分发病后,测定病原物侵染作物叶面积百分数,使用Abbot公式计算,即得到观察效力(W):
W=(1-α/β)×100
式中:
α:处理作物的真菌侵染百分数;
β:未处理(空白对照)作物的真菌侵染百分数;
效力为“0”表示处理作物的侵染水平与未处理对照作物的侵染水平相同;效力为“100”表示处理作物未受侵染。
组合物的预期效力(计算效力)使用Colby公式(见R.S.Colby,杂草(Weeds),1967,15,20-22)确定,并与观察效力比较。

E:使用浓度为a和b的活性组分A和B的组合物时的预期效力(以下各表中的计算效力),以未处理对照的%表示;
X:使用浓度为a时的活性组分A的效力,以未处理对照的%表示;
Y:使用浓度为b时的活性组分B的效力,以未处理对照的%表示。
当观察效力值大于计算效力值时,表示组合物具有增效作用;当观察效力值等于计算效力值时,表示组合物为加合作用;当观察效力值小于计算效力值时,表示组合物为拮抗作用。
实施应用例1防治梨炭疽病试验
本试验采用含毒介质法,即将熔好的PDA培养基冷却至60℃-70℃,按所设浓度加入定量的待测活性样品组合物的待测液,制成含有不同浓度待测活性样品组合物的含毒培养基,待其充分冷却后,接种直径5mm的供试病原菌菌片,置于培养箱中培养(22℃±1℃),7d后进行调查。调查时,分别测量每个处理的供试病原菌菌落直径,根据下式计算抑菌率。组合物互作关系分析采用前面所述的Colby公式。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治梨炭疽病的活性数据结果见表6和表7。
结果显示,组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施应用例2防治柑橘青霉病试验
本试验采用孢子萌发法,即按设计浓度,取高浓度待测活性样品组合物的待测液与孢子悬浮液混合,得到测活性样品组合物--孢子混合液,并加入96孔培养板中,然后置于培养箱中培养(24℃±1℃),4h后镜检。根据下式得到组合物和各单独的活性组分的孢子萌发抑制率。组合物互作关系分析采用前面所述的Colby公式。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治柑橘青霉病的活性数据结果见表8和表9。
结果显示,组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施应用例3防治水稻猝倒病试验
本试验采用盆栽幼苗法,即将带有水稻猝倒病菌的水稻(感病品种)播种于盆钵内,然后按设计浓度,每盆钵浇灌20ml待测活性样品组合物的待测液,然后置于光照培养箱内培养(18℃±1℃),14天后调查稻苗发病情况。根据下式得到组合物和各单独的活性组分的防治效果。组合物互作关系分析采用前面所述的Colby公式。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治水稻猝倒病的活性数据结果见表10和表11。
结果显示,组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施应用例4防治菜豆立枯病试验
本试验采用盆栽幼苗法,即将带有菜豆立枯病菌的菜豆(感病品种)播种于盆钵内,然后按设计浓度,每盆钵浇灌20ml待测活性样品组合物的待测液,然后置于光照培养箱内培养(26℃±1℃),15天后调查菜豆苗发病情况。根据下式得到组合物和各单独的活性组分的防治效果。组合物互作关系分析采用前面所述的Colby公式。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治菜豆立枯病的活性数据结果见表12和表13。
结果显示,组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施应用例5对黄瓜叶斑病治疗试验
将品种为“新泰密刺”的盆栽两叶期黄瓜幼苗用黄瓜叶斑病菌的孢子悬浮液接种,置于温度为24±1℃和相对湿度为90±5%的气候室中培养,2天后,用待测活性样品组合物的待测液(浓度如下所述)喷雾处理,然后移入温室正常管理。5天后目测叶片上病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独活性组分及本发明组合物防治黄瓜叶斑病的活性数据结果见表14和表15。
结果显示,组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:组合物为A、B两种活性组分;其中,组分A和组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:100~100:1;
组分A选自如下通式Ⅰ所示的化合物:

2.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A选自通式Ⅰ中R1=H、R2=CH3、R3=CH3、Q=Q1的化合物(A1),结构式如下:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A选自化合物(A1);活性组分B选自敌克松B2;所述A、B两种活性组分之间的重量比为1:50~50:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A选自化合物(A1);活性组分B选自敌克松B2;所述A、B两种活性组分之间的重量比为1:20~20:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合物的用途,其特征在于:所述杀真菌组合物用于制备防治植物病原性真菌病害的药物。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的杀真菌组合物的用途,其特征在于:所述的杀菌真组合物作为有效成分,杀菌真组合物的重量含量为0.1~95%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合物的用途,其特征在于:所述杀真菌组合物配制成可分散液剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的杀真菌组合物的用途,其特征在于:所述杀真菌组合物用于防治植物炭疽病、叶斑病、青霉病、根腐病、猝倒病或立枯病。
