具体实施方式
图1至3中示出的气体供应装置1以常规方式包括支承框架2,该支承框架包括例如容纳多个加压流体气瓶3的平行六面体构架。
例如,气瓶3以一阵列竖直地布置在底部(在该非限制性示例中为16个气瓶3)。气瓶3的孔口连接至流体线路4、5,用于从气瓶3抽取/排放或填充气瓶3。
线路4、5包括第一连接端6,其经由第一隔离阀7连接至气瓶3以便允许填充气瓶3和从气瓶3排放。该线路包括不同的第二连接端8,其经由第二隔离阀9和压力调节器10连接至气瓶3的孔口。
如图1中的示例所示,调节器10和隔离阀9以所示顺序串联设置在气瓶3和第二连接端8之间。当然,可以设计成将第二隔离阀9定位在调节器10的上游(即在气瓶3和调节器10之间)。第二连接端8在此处允许抽取流体。
支承框架2在其一个面(称为“正面”)上包括用于用户的接口面板20,其包括至少一个用于接近/访问线路4、5的开口。
该装置包括用于手动操作第二隔离阀9的控制构件,该控制构件包括枢转杆柄。例如,尽管是非限制性的,控制杆柄16及其相关联的阀可具有文献FR2735209A1、FR2828922A1或FR2970314A1中描述的装置的全部或一些特征。
此外,接口面板20包括用于接近杆柄16的槽21。杆柄16可在其位于阀体部或塞子体部上的一端处旋转。杆柄16特别是能够穿过槽21在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,在第一位置,杆柄16位于接口面板20的平面中或者从接口面板后退至框架2的体积内部(参见图5和7),在第二位置,杆柄16的至少一部分相对于接口面板20朝向框架2的外侧并且穿过槽21突出(参见图6)。
这意味着,在其第一位置,杆柄16能够处于接口面板20的平面中或者从接口面板后退至框架2的体积内部。在其第二位置,至少杆柄16的末端相对于面板20朝向框架2的外侧突出。
第一位置优选对应于关闭第一隔离阀7的指令,而在第二位置,杆柄命令打开第一隔离阀7。
该构型为用户提供了关于隔离阀9的打开/关闭状态的视觉信息(从数米的距离可见)。
如图3中所示,杆柄16可具有杆的总体形式(在图3中,杆柄同时被示出为分别处于两个、即向下和向上的极端位置)。作为替代,并且如图4至7所示,杆柄16可包括一本体,该本体的总体形式为杆,其自由端部包括一头部,该头部相对于本体的其余部分增大。因此,在其第二位置,杆柄16的头部相对于接口面板20穿过槽21突出。例如,杆柄16的头部具有环的形式,该环在其中心可包括十字肋/交叉肋。
当然,杆柄16可具有任何其它适当的形状。
优选地,槽21的总体形状对应于杆柄16的轮廓的形状(例如,在杆柄16的边缘和槽21的边缘之间存在几毫米或几厘米的间隙)。
如图4中所示,当杆柄16处于其第一位置时,例如当装置被输送时,可设置保证密封件22以便确保在填充气瓶3之后该装置未被使用。
保证密封件22例如具有扁平薄片的形式,并且包括用于手动抓握的端部。
在其对应于图4的第一构型中(密封件22未被移除),密封件22的第一端在槽21处固定到面板20,密封件的第二端固定到位于其第一位置的杆柄16。在该第一构型中,密封件22形成一机械端部止挡件,阻止杆柄16从第一位置移动到其第二位置。
密封件22通过弹性变形或粘结或任何其它适当方式固定到面板20和杆柄。
密封件22可包括破裂区,该破裂区构造成手动将密封件22置于移除的第二构型,在该第二构型中将密封件22附接到接口面板20和/或杆柄16的连接部被破坏。这意味着,在其第二构型,杆柄16能够被移动。优选地,密封件22的移除导致密封件的完整性的不可逆转的破坏。这意味着,密封件22被破坏并且不再能够定位回第一构型。
有利地,杆柄16可包括弱化区,诸如局部厚度减小,以使得其在敲击的情况下更容易断裂,并且限制传递到第二阀9的力(特别是当杆柄处于其第二位置的情况下)。
杆柄16的该弱化区可特别允许杆柄16当相应的阀9打开时、在横向撞击的情况下破裂,而不会影响装置的完整性。在破裂后,杆柄16可保持残留长度,允许杆柄在降级模式中操作(用手或使用工具)。
如图4至7中可见,第一连接端6优选地包括面向接口面板20定位的填充接头,并且该面板20包括专用于第一连接端6的第一接近/访问开口23。
同样,第二连接端8可具有面向面板20的第二开口24定位的抽取接头18。该抽取接头旨在接纳抽取软管17的互补接头(参见图4至6)。
面板20可包括至少一个可动盖27(例如滑动或枢转盖),以允许到达第一连接端6或第二连接端8的通路以窗口的方式打开(参照图4,5,6和图8的右侧部分)或关闭(参见图7和图8的左侧部分)。
线路优选地包括压力表26,其可面对面板20的第三开口25定位。
如图1中借助示例所示,线路4、5可包括在压力调节器10和第二连接端8之间串联定位的安全泄压阀11,该安全泄压阀11当经受高于一确定阈值的压力时通向大气。如图1所示,泄压阀11位于第二隔离阀9的下游,即位于第二隔离阀9和第二端8之间。当然,作为替代,该泄压阀11可定位在调节器10和第二隔离阀9之间。
安全泄压阀11被额定设计为例如当经受介于50和310bar(或4500psi)之间并且优选介于150和200bar之间的阈值压力时打开通向大气的气体通道。
因此容易理解的是,该装置尽管具有简单而且廉价的结构,但是允许用户容易地识别各种部件和接口(接头、阀等)以及非常符合人体工程学地和在高度安全性的情况下使用这些部件和接口。
特别地,接口面板20可清楚地分隔开线路的填充和抽取部分。这使得可以限制在连接和阀的致动中混淆的风险。为此,接口面板20可包括带有文字、符号和颜色的区域,以使得更加容易使用。
盖27使得可以限制接近填充接头。该盖27限制了无意中使用第一隔离阀7的风险。这种接近可能是源于用户在具有对高于压力调节阀所能提供的压力或流量的特定需求的情况下的故意行为。损坏和污染的风险也降低了。
接口面板20具有这样的优点,即,在维护的情况下并且其已被移除后,允许接近/到达在使用加压气体中涉及的所有元件,由此使得操作者易于拆除它们,而操作者不必采取例如有损于其肢体的不舒服的姿势。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于供应气体的装置,包括容纳多个加压气瓶(3)的支承框架(2),所述加压气瓶连接到流体线路(4,5)用于从气瓶(3)抽取或填充气瓶(3),所述线路(4,5)包括第一连接端(6)和不同的第二连接端(8),所述第一连接端经由第一隔离阀(7)连接到气瓶(3)以便允许填充气瓶(3)和从气瓶(3)抽取,所述第二连接端(8)经由第二隔离阀(9)和压力调节器(10)连接到气瓶(3)以便允许抽取流体,所述支承框架(2)在其一个面上包括接口面板(20),所述接口面板包括向用户提供接近所述线路(4,5)的通路的至少一个开口,其特征在于,所述装置包括用于手动操作第二隔离阀(9)并且包括枢转杆柄的控制构件(16),所述接口面板(20)包括提供到达杆柄(16)的通路的槽(21),所述杆柄(16)能够穿过所述槽(21)在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,在第一位置,所述杆柄(16)位于接口面板(20)的平面中或者从接口面板后退至框架(2)体积内部,在第二位置,所述杆柄(16)的至少一部分相对于接口面板(20)朝向框架(2)的外侧并且穿过所述槽(21)突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述杆柄(16)包括总体形式为杆的本体,所述本体的自由端部具有头部,该头部相对于本体的其余部分增大,在所述杆柄的第二位置,杆柄(16)的头部相对于接口面板(20)穿过所述槽(21)突出。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述槽(21)的总体形状对应于杆柄(16)的轮廓的形状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括保证密封件(22),在第一构型中,所述保证密封件的第一端固定到接口面板(20),第二端固定到置于其第一位置的杆柄(16),处于其第一构型的所述密封件(22)形成端部止挡件,阻止杆柄(16)从第一位置移动到其第二位置,所述密封件(22)包括破裂区,该破裂区构造成手动将密封件(22)置于第二构型,在该第二构型,将密封件(22)附接至接口面板(20)和/或杆柄(16)的连接部被破坏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密封件(22)具有扁平薄片的形式,并且包括用于抓握的端部。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述杆柄(16)包括弱化区,以使得其在敲击的情况下更容易断裂,并且限制传递到第二阀(9)的力。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接端(6)包括面向接口面板(20)定位的填充接头,所述接口面板(20)包括用于接近所述第一连接端(6)的第一开口(23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括用于打开或关闭所述第一开口(23)的可动盖(27)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接端(8)包括面向所述接口面板(20)定位的抽取接头(18),所述接口面板(20)包括用于接近第二连接端(8)的第二开口(24)。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述线路包括面向接口面板(20)定位的压力表(26),所述接口面板(20)包括用于接近所述压力表(26)的第三开口(25)。
11.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弱化区是局部厚度减小。
