Abstract

一种保护套，用于收容并保护一电子装置。该保护套包括一第一壳体及一第二壳体，该第二壳体能够相对该第一壳体向外旋转而与该第一壳体之间形成一夹角，从而使该保护套形成一立起的座体，用于支撑套设于该第一壳体上的电子装置。该第一壳体及第二壳体采用软性材质制成。该保护套还包括设于该第二壳体上的一第三壳体，该第三壳体采用硬性材质制成。本发明的保护套，既能够以较好的缓冲减震效果来保护套设于该保护套内的电子装置，又能够在使用过程中以足够的支撑力来支撑该电子装置，从而在增加该保护套的功能性的同时也给用户提供便利。

保护套
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护套，特别涉及一种能够同时实现保护电子装置和支撑电子装置两个功能的保护套。
背景技术
随着社会的进步，便携式电子装置，例如手机，平板电脑等，在人们生活中的使用越来越普及。为了保护电子装置，用户通常将电子装置装设于保护套中。而为了便于用户使用电子装置，保护套还通常会被当作支撑架使用以便支撑电子装置。现有的保护套多为单层的硬质壳体或软质壳体，然而，硬质壳体的保护套无缓冲减震功能或缓冲减震效果不明显，不利于保护电子装置，而软质壳体的保护套虽然具有缓冲减震功能，却无法实现支撑电子装置的功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种可同时实现保护电子装置和支撑电子装置两个功能的保护套。
一种保护套，用于收容并保护一电子装置。该保护套包括一第一壳体及一第二壳体，该第二壳体能够相对该第一壳体向外旋转而与该第一壳体之间形成一夹角，从而使该保护套形成一立起的座体，用于支撑套设于该第一壳体上的电子装置。该第一壳体及第二壳体采用软性材质制成。该保护套还包括设于该第二壳体上的一第三壳体，该第三壳体采用硬性材质制成。
本发明的保护套，既能够以较好的缓冲减震效果来保护套设于该保护套内的电子装置，又能够在使用过程中以足够的支撑力来支撑该电子装置，从而在增加该保护套的功能性的同时也给用户提供便利。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2，提供一种保护套100，用于收容并保护一电子装置200。该保护套100包括一第一壳体31及一第二壳体32，该第二壳体32能够相对该第一壳体31向外旋转而与该第一壳体31之间形成一夹角，从而使该保护套100形成一立起的座体，用于支撑套设于该第一壳体31上的电子装置200。
在本实施方式中，该第一壳体31及第二壳体32采用软性材质，例如热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(Thermoplasticpolyurethanes，TPU)制成。
该保护套100还包括设于该第二壳体32上的一第三壳体33，其中，该第三壳体33采用硬性材质，例如聚碳酸酯（Polycarbonate）材料制成。这样，采用硬性材质的该第三壳体33设于采用软性材质的该第二壳体32上，从而使该第二壳体32既能够以较好的缓冲减震效果来保护该电子装置200，又能够在使用过程中以足够的支撑力来支撑该电子装置200。
请参阅图3，在本实施方式中，该第三壳体33的多个边缘分别向外延伸形成有多个凸块331。在本实施方式中，该凸块331的自由端两侧分别向相邻的凸块331的方向形成倒钩332。该凸块331上还形成有一个或多个通孔333。
在一种实施方式中，请一并参阅图4，该第二壳体32的外表面设有一形状与该第三壳体33相匹配的凹槽321，该凹槽321的侧壁向内延伸形成有多个与该第三壳体33上的多个凸块331形状相匹配的凹陷部322。该凹陷部322内还形成有与该凸块331上的通孔333形状相匹配的凸起323。装配时，该第三壳体33上的凸块331插入该第二壳体32上的相应的凹陷部322内，且凸块331上的倒钩332用于抵持该凹陷部322的开口处，该凹陷部322内的凸起323插入该凸块331上的相应的通孔333中，从而将该第三壳体33安装于该第二壳体32的凹槽321内。在本实施方式中，该第三壳体33通过该凸块331、倒钩332及通孔333与该第二壳体32上的凹陷部322及凸起323配合，从而可增大该第三壳体33与该第二壳体32之间的接触面积，并增大两者之间的粘合力。
在另一种实施方式中，在该第二壳体32注塑成型的过程中放入该第三壳体33，该第二壳体32的注塑材料，例如软胶流入该第三壳体33上的相邻的凸块331之间及流入该凸块331上的通孔333中，从而使注塑成型的第二壳体32与该第三壳体33紧密融合在一起。
本发明的保护套，既能够以较好的缓冲减震效果来保护套设于该保护套内的电子装置，又能够在使用过程中以足够的支撑力来支撑该电子装置，从而在增加该保护套的功能性的同时也给用户提供便利。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到，以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明，而并非用作为对本发明的限定，只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内，对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种保护套，用于收容并保护一电子装置，该保护套包括一第一壳体及一第二壳体，该第二壳体能够相对该第一壳体向外旋转而与该第一壳体之间形成一夹角，从而使该保护套形成一立起的座体，用于支撑套设于该第一壳体上的电子装置，其特征在于：该第一壳体及第二壳体采用软性材质制成，该保护套还包括设于该第二壳体上的一第三壳体，该第三壳体采用硬性材质制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的保护套，其特征在于：该第三壳体的多个边缘分别向外延伸形成有多个凸块，该第二壳体的外表面设有一形状与该第三壳体相匹配的凹槽，该凹槽的侧壁向内延伸形成有多个与该第三壳体上的多个凸块形状相匹配的凹陷部，该第三壳体上的凸块能够插入该第二壳体上的相应的凹陷部内。
3.如权利要求2所述的保护套，其特征在于：该凸块的自由端两侧分别向相邻的凸块的方向形成倒钩，该倒钩用于抵持该凹陷部的开口处。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的保护套，其特征在于：该凸块上还形成有一个或多个通孔，该凹陷部内形成有与该凸块上的通孔形状相匹配的凸起，该凸起能够插入该凸块上的相应的通孔中。
5.如权利要求1所述的保护套，其特征在于：该第三壳体的多个边缘分别向外延伸形成有多个凸块，该凸块的自由端两侧分别向相邻的凸块的方向形成倒钩，该第二壳体的注塑材料在该第二壳体注塑成型的过程中流入该第三壳体上的相邻的凸块之间及流入该凸块上的通孔中，从而使注塑成型的第二壳体与该第三壳体紧密融合在一起。
6.如权利要求5所述的保护套，其特征在于：该凸块上还形成有一个或多个通孔，该第二壳体的注塑材料还流入该凸块上的通孔中。
7.如权利要求1所述的保护套，其特征在于：该第一壳体及第二壳体的材质采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的保护套，其特征在于：该第三壳体的材质采用聚碳酸酯材料。
