本发明公开了一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合电线,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成。五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层、镀银钢带铠装层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有四组,四组导体线芯挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体线芯内部挤包十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体,每组导体线芯上安装有两根镀锌退火铜金属软管。该种电线防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电线内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120℃,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

背景技术
电线广泛用于各个领域,涉及人民生活、工业生产各个领域,目前,特别在工业设备上使用的电线,质量要求特别高,现在有一种电线,防油,耐酸碱,线芯位置稳定,可适合石油化工领域使用或者采矿领域上使用。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电线内的稳定性强,不易旋转的镀锌铜塑铜带复合电线。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合电线,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层、镀银钢带铠装层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有四组,四组导体线芯挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体线芯是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管、硅橡胶绝缘层、铝带铠装层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一根镀锡铝丝引流丝组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管一侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层于内,所述镀锡铝丝引流丝挤包在铝带铠装层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之间。
所述镀锌退火铝合金导体的横截面直径长为0.3㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电线防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电线内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120℃,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

如图1所示,一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合电线,它是由导体线芯1以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层2、乙丙橡胶绝缘层3、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层4、镀银钢带铠装层5以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层6,所述导体线芯1设置有四组,四组导体线芯1挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层2内部,每组导体线芯1是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体11、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管12、硅橡胶绝缘层13、铝带铠装层14、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15以及一根镀锡铝丝引流丝16组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体11挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层13内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管12一侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层13于内,所述镀锡铝丝引流丝16挤包在铝带铠装层14以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15之间。

进一步的,所述镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层2之外包裹一层乙丙橡胶绝缘层3,所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层3之外包裹一层镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层4,所述镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层4之外包裹一层镀银钢带铠装层5,所述镀银钢带铠装层5之外包裹一层镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层6。
所述硅橡胶绝缘层13之外包裹一层铝带铠装层14,所述铝带铠装层14之外包裹一层聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15。

1.一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合电线,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,其特征在于:五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层、镀银钢带铠装层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有四组,四组导体线芯挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体线芯是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管、硅橡胶绝缘层、铝带铠装层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一根镀锡铝丝引流丝组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管一侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层于内,所述镀锡铝丝引流丝挤包在铝带铠装层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之间。
