[0003]为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电线内的稳定性强,不易旋转的镀锌铜塑铜带复合铠装特种电线。
[0004]本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合铠装特种电线,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层、非磁性金属铠装层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有四组,四组导体线芯挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体线芯是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管、硅橡胶绝缘层、镍带屏蔽层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一根镀锌铜丝引流丝组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管一侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层于内,所述镀锌铜丝引流丝挤包在镍带屏蔽层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之间。
[0005]所述镀锌退火铝合金导体的横截面直径长为0.35mm。
[0006]综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电线防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电线内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120°C,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15°C。

[0008]如图1所示,一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合铠装特种电线,它是由导体线芯I以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层2、乙丙橡胶绝缘层3、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层4、非磁性金属铠装层5以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层6,所述导体线芯I设置有四组,四组导体线芯I挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层2内部,每组导体线芯I是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体11、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管12、硅橡胶绝缘层13、镍带屏蔽层
14、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15以及一根镀锌铜丝引流丝16组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体11挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层13内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管12—侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层13于内,所述镀锌铜丝引流丝16挤包在镍带屏蔽层14以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层15之间。

1.一种镀锌铜塑铜带复合铠装特种电线,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,其特征在于:五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层、乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镀锌铜塑铜带复合包带层、非磁性金属铠装层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有四组,四组导体线芯挤包在镀锌铝合金丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体线芯是由十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体、两根镀锌退火铜金属软管、硅橡胶绝缘层、镍带屏蔽层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一根镀锌铜丝引流丝组成,十八根镀锌退火铝合金导体挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部,每根镀锌退火铜金属软管一侧穿过线芯的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层于外,对称的另一侧穿过线芯的硅橡胶绝缘层于内,所述镀锌铜丝引流丝挤包在镍带屏蔽层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌铜塑铜带复合铠装特种电线,其特征在于:所述镀锌退火铝合金导体的横截面直径长为0.35mm。
