本发明公开了一种镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成。五层外保护层由内而外依次为乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镍塑铝带复合包带层、镀锌钢带铠装层、硅橡胶绝缘层以及低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部,每组导体线芯内部挤包十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝。该种电缆防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电缆内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120℃,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆广泛用于各个领域,涉及人民生活、工业生产各个领域,目前,特别在工业设备上使用的电缆,质量要求特别高,现在有一种电缆,防油,耐酸碱,线芯位置稳定,可适合石油化工领域使用或者其他发动机上使用。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电缆内的稳定性强,不易旋转的镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镍塑铝带复合包带层、镀锌钢带铠装层、硅橡胶绝缘层以及低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部,每组导体线芯是由十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体、一根铝合金丝引流丝、镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层组成,十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,两组导体线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层之间安装有一根镀锌抗拉钢丝,镀锌抗拉钢丝穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯之间安装一根镀银铝金属软管,镀银铝金属软管穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层于内。
所述镀锌抗拉钢丝的横截面直径长为0.5㎜。
所述镀银铝金属软管的横截面直径长为0.75㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电缆内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120℃,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

如图1所示,一种镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆,它是由导体线芯1以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为乙丙橡胶绝缘层4、镍塑铝带复合包带层5、镀锌钢带铠装层6、硅橡胶绝缘层7以及低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层8,所述导体线芯1设置有两组,两组导体线芯1挤包在乙丙橡胶绝缘层4内部,每组导体线芯1是由十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体11、一根铝合金丝引流丝12、镀银铜丝屏蔽层13以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层14组成,十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体11以及一根铝合金丝引流丝12均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层13内部,两组导体线芯1的镀银铜丝屏蔽层13以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层14之间安装有一根镀锌抗拉钢丝2,镀锌抗拉钢丝2穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯1之间安装一根镀银铝金属软管3,镀银铝金属软管3穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层13于内。
具体实施方式:所述镀锌抗拉钢丝2的横截面直径长为0.5㎜。
所述镀银铝金属软管3的横截面直径长为0.75㎜。
所述乙丙橡胶绝缘层4之外包裹一层镍塑铝带复合包带层5,所述镍塑铝带复合包带层5之外包裹一层镀锌钢带铠装层6,所述镀锌钢带铠装层6之外包裹一层硅橡胶绝缘层7,所述硅橡胶绝缘层7之外包裹一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层8。

1.一种镍塑铝带包带铠装电缆,它是由导体线芯以及五层外保护层组成,其特征在于:五层外保护层由内而外依次为乙丙橡胶绝缘层、镍塑铝带复合包带层、镀锌钢带铠装层、硅橡胶绝缘层以及低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在乙丙橡胶绝缘层内部,每组导体线芯是由十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体、一根铝合金丝引流丝、镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层组成,十一根镀锌退火铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,两组导体线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层之间安装有一根镀锌抗拉钢丝,镀锌抗拉钢丝穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯之间安装一根镀银铝金属软管,镀银铝金属软管穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层于内。
