本发明涉及一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,其特征它包括固定架、滑动连接杆、固定座、固定螺栓、底槽板和压槽板;在压槽板表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔,在底槽板的上表面设有与压槽板大小对应的凹槽,在凹槽内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔,半圆形底槽板凹孔从两侧向外延伸至底槽板侧表面外;底槽板与固定架平行设置,底槽板两端通过滑动连接杆连接到固定架的固定座上,固定螺栓设置在固定座上以固定滑动连接杆;压槽板放置在底槽板的凹槽中,半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成一钢丝通孔。本发明具有能使抹锌方法生产工艺简单、操作流程简单及能降低生产成本的优点。

一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种抹锌用装置,尤其是涉及到一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置。
背景技术
钢丝热镀锌是金属制品行业广泛应用一项生产技术,经表面清洗的钢丝涂上助镀剂后进入锌锅,在引出锌液面时通过抹拭的方式,使钢丝表面的锌层均匀光滑,以便于下道进一步加工。目前常用的抹锌方式有以下三种,一种是在锌锅钢丝出口处覆盖一层油木碳,通过木碳抹拭钢丝表面锌液,称为木碳抹锌法;第二种为气体抹锌法,在锌锅钢丝出口处采用气体吹锌的方法去除钢丝表面的锌液;第三种为电磁抹锌法,利用磁力原理去除钢丝表面的锌液。这三种抹锌方法生产工艺均比较复杂,操作流程烦琐,生产成本高。
发明内容
针对上述的缺点,本发明的目的在于提高一种能使抹锌生产工艺简单、操作流程简单及能降低生产成本的钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置。
本发明的技术内容为,一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,其特征它包括固定架、滑动连接杆、固定座、固定螺栓、底槽板和压槽板;在压槽板表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔,在底槽板的上表面设有与压槽板大小对应的凹槽,在凹槽内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔,半圆形底槽板凹孔从两侧向外延伸至底槽板侧表面外;底槽板与固定架平行设置,底槽板两端通过滑动连接杆连接到固定架的固定座上,固定螺栓设置在固定座上以固定滑动连接杆;压槽板放置在底槽板的凹槽中,半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成一钢丝通孔。
本与现有技术相比所具有的优点为,通过本发明钢丝在抹锌时不需要许多额外的辅助材料以及复杂的工艺控制,只需通过纤维绳与钢丝接触,在纤维绳的抹拭下,将钢丝表层多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅,使钢丝表面锌层均匀光滑,操作简单方便,生产效率高。镀锌过程中,只通过纤维绳与钢丝接触,克服了现有木碳、气体、电磁等方法镀锌时生产条件复杂、需要专人监控的问题,从而降低了生产成本和劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,其特征它包括固定架1、滑动连接杆2、固定座3、固定螺栓4、底槽板6和压槽板7;在压槽板7表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔7.1,在底槽板6的上表面设有与压槽板7大小对应的凹槽6.1,在凹槽6.1内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔7.1对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔6.2,半圆形底槽板凹孔6.2从两侧向外延伸至底槽板6侧表面外;底槽板6与固定架1平行设置,底槽板6两端通过滑动连接杆2连接到固定架1的固定座3上,固定螺栓4设置在固定座3上以固定滑动连接杆2;压槽板7放置在底槽板6的凹槽6.1中,半圆形压槽板凹孔7.1与半圆形底槽板凹孔6.2对应形成一钢丝通孔5。
本发明的工作原理为,如图1和图4所示,钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置9通过固定架1安装到锌锅10后端,先松开固定螺栓4,使滑动连接杆2在固定座3中滑动来调节底槽板6的位置,调节好后拧紧螺栓4来固定住滑动连接杆2;钢丝11表面经锌锅10涂覆熔融态锌液后,钢丝11从半圆形压槽板凹孔7.1与半圆形底槽板凹孔6.2对应形成的钢丝通孔5中通过,在钢丝11通入钢丝通孔5时在钢丝11上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳12;由纤维绳12将钢丝11表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅10完成钢丝11表面的抹锌;其中耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳为硅化物纤维、碳纤维或陶瓷纤维。

1.一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,其特征它包括固定架、滑动连接杆、固定座、固定螺栓、底槽板和压槽板;在压槽板表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔,在底槽板的上表面设有与压槽板大小对应的凹槽,在凹槽内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔,半圆形底槽板凹孔从两侧向外延伸至底槽板侧表面外;底槽板与固定架平行设置,底槽板两端通过滑动连接杆连接到固定架的固定座上,固定螺栓设置在固定座上以固定滑动连接杆;压槽板放置在底槽板的凹槽中,半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成一钢丝通孔;该钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置通过固定架安装到锌锅后端,钢丝从半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成的钢丝通孔中通过,在钢丝通入钢丝通孔时在钢丝上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳;由纤维绳将钢丝表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅完成钢丝表面的抹锌。
