Abstract

本发明公开了一种嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,其副轨道架在前臂两侧的端部安装有导轮,在后臂两侧的中部安装有同轴可转双滚轮组件。当前臂、后臂曲折时,在转轴的自动摆动下,后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件的两个滚轮始终保持与滑槽的双点接触,并与前臂的导轮的方向能保持在滑槽平行的一条直线上,从而使副轨道架在曲折的同时仍可沿主轨道架的滑槽移动。其在前、后臂曲折的同时,保证了副轨道架在主轨道架内的顺畅滑动,提高了滑行机构的可靠性和安全性,同时也使漂浮物的收放操作更加简单、方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种艉滑道式海上漂浮物收放装置的嵌套式的主、副轨道架滑行机构。
背景技术
公务船作为海上执行公务的船只,经常需配置体积相对较小且灵活的工作艇,便于在公务船行驶至浅水域或狭窄水域内无法继续行驶时,通过体积小且灵活的工作艇继续行驶执行公务。目前,在公务船上收放工作艇的常规方式有拖带式、吊机式、吊艇架式及艉滑槽式,其中,吊机式和吊艇架式海上工作艇收放装置,一般通过吊机、吊艇架进行收放作业,因此,工作速度慢、操作麻烦且不够安全,无法在海况恶劣或母船航行时进行收放工作,不能满足公务船执法时对其快速性和安全性的要求;而艉滑槽式漂浮物收放装置,特别是对海上小艇的收放,主要是以船体艉部作为辅助滑道,在船体艉部设置“凹”形滑槽,靠海上小艇冲排或牵引方式来实现海上小艇的收放,由于其艉滑道只设置单一的倾斜轨道,依靠海上小艇的快速冲排至轨道上,然后通过牵引方式完成回收,海上小艇的冲排过程中,冲击力大,容易对小艇和艉滑道上的轨道造成损坏,另外,在高海况的环境下,海上小艇也难以对准倾斜的轨道,也给回收海上小艇带来不便。
为解决上述问题,中国专利201410207371.7公开了一种艉滑道式水上浮体收放装置,其在船体艉部设置有斜向下的槽道,槽道内有由第一驱动机构驱动沿槽道上下移动的主轨道架和副轨道架,主轨道架两侧设置导槽,副轨道架分为前后两段,前段与后段相铰接,前段两侧的端部安装导轮,后段两侧的中部安装导轮,通过前、后两段安装的导轮置于主轨道架的导槽内,使副轨道架可相对主轨道架移动 ;副轨道架上还安装放置水上浮体的托架;主轨道架的两侧还安装有用于驱动副轨道架沿铰接处向下曲折和将曲折后的副轨道架向上拉直的第二驱动机构。该收放装置安全性高、操作简便、快速性好,可有效降低海上漂浮物对艉滑道上轨道的冲击、降低维护成本。
上述专利结构,其在收放漂浮物的过程中,副轨道需要曲折,采用现有的主、副轨道滑行机构,无法保证在副轨到曲折时,主副轨道间的副轨顺畅滑行,在收放过程中容易出现故障,影响漂浮物的收放,给收放操作带来危险。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种安全、可靠的嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,其能够保证嵌套于主轨道架中的副轨道架,在整个收放过程,既可实现曲折功能,又可顺畅滑行。
本发明所述的一种嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,包括设置于船艉滑道内两侧的主轨道架,在两侧主轨道架上均设置滑槽,副轨道架位于主轨道架内,其包括前臂和后臂,前臂一端与后臂一端铰接连为一体,由驱动机构驱动器前、后臂相对铰轴曲折或者伸直;在前臂两侧的端部安装有导轮,在后臂两侧的中部安装有同轴可转双滚轮组件,所述同轴可转双滚轮组件包括两个滚轮,两个滚轮同时并排安装在同一连接支架上,所述连接支架的中部通过转轴铰接于两侧后臂底部固定的铰接座上;前臂两侧的导轮和后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件均位于主轨道架的对应滑槽内,使副轨道架可相对主轨道架移动。
本发明所述的一种嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,副轨道的后臂两侧是通过同轴可转双滚轮组件安装于主轨道的滑槽内,当副轨道架随主轨道架一同直线滑行时,副轨道架的前臂和后臂呈直线,在前臂两侧的导轮和后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件的两个滚轮处于相对于滑槽平行的同一直线位置,可保证副轨道相对主轨道的顺畅直线滑动。而当驱动结构驱动副轨道前臂、后臂在铰接处曲折时,前臂两侧的导轮与主轨道架内滑槽的接触方向不变,而后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件的两个滚轮可以绕转轴自由摆动,使两个滚轮在曲折的整个过程中始终可以处于主轨道架的滑槽内,并仍保持与滑槽的双点接触,同时该两个滚轮的方向与前臂的导轮的方向能保持在与滑槽平行一条直线上,此时副轨道架在导轮及这两个滚轮的支撑下,仍然可以沿主轨道架的滑槽移动,并不影响前臂及后臂之间的曲折。其在前、后臂曲折的同时,保证了副轨道架在主轨道架内的顺畅滑动,提高了滑行机构的可靠性和安全性,同时也使漂浮物的收放操作更加简单、方便。

具体实施方式
一种嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,如图1和图2所示,包括主轨道架1,可沿主轨道架1两侧的滑槽滑动的副轨道架20,所述副轨道架分为前臂21和后臂22,前臂21一端与后臂22一端铰接连为一体,在前臂21两侧的端部安装有导轮3,在后臂22两侧的中部安装有同轴可转双滚轮组件40,所述同轴可转双滚轮组件40包括两个滚轮41,两个滚轮同时并排安装在同一连接支架42上,所述连接支架的中部通过转轴43铰接于两侧后壁底部固定的铰接座5上;前臂两侧的导轮3和后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件40均位于主轨道架的对应滑槽内,使副轨道架可相对主轨道架移动。
在副轨道架20的后臂22上还设置有与主轨道架1侧壁相抵的横向限位滚轮6,以限制副轨道架沿水平方向移动,保证副轨道架20可沿主轨道架1的滑槽做直线运动。
所述嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,当主副轨需要直线滑行时,驱动机构驱动前臂21和后臂22,使副轨前后呈直线状态,此时副轨道的导轮3、副轨道的同轴可转双滚轮组件40的两个滚轮41以及副轨道架均处于与主轨道架滑槽平行的状态,副轨道架可相对主轨道架顺畅的上下滑行。
当驱动机构驱动副轨道架的前臂21与后臂22相对于铰接处曲折时,限制在主轨道架1的滑槽内的同轴可转双滚轮组件40的连接支架42会绕转轴43摆动,使两个滚轮41仍能保持同时于主轨道架的滑槽抑制,从而使前臂的导轮3和后臂的两个滚轮41仍然同时处于与主轨道架1滑槽平行的状态,因而在曲折副轨道架时,导轮3和同轴可转双滚轮组件40仍然可以在滑槽内顺畅滑行,从而承载整个曲折时的副轨道架在主轨道架的滑槽内顺畅滑行。其完全克服了曲折对滑行的影响,保障了嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构收放小艇时的正常运行,提高了滑行机构的安全性和可靠性,也使漂浮物的收放操作更加简单、自由、方便。

1.一种嵌套式主、副轨道架滑行机构,包括设置于船艉滑道内两侧的主轨道架,在两侧主轨道架上均设置滑槽,副轨道架位于主轨道架内,其包括前臂和后臂,前臂一端与后臂一端铰接连为一体,由驱动机构驱动前、后臂相对铰轴曲折或者伸直;其特征在于:在前臂两侧的端部安装有导轮,在后臂两侧的中部安装有同轴可转双滚轮组件,所述同轴可转双滚轮组件包括两个滚轮,两个滚轮同时并排安装在同一连接支架上,所述连接支架的中部通过转轴铰接于两侧后臂底部固定的铰接座上;前臂两侧的导轮和后臂两侧的同轴可转双滚轮组件均位于主轨道架的对应滑槽内,使副轨道架可相对主轨道架移动;在副轨道架的的后臂上还设置有与主轨道架侧壁相抵的横向限位滚轮。
