Abstract

本发明涉及一种化工反应釜,组成包括罐身、罐盖,罐盖中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架,支架内设置有密封球面轴承,密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,密封球面轴承的轴承箱与支架固定,圆孔与球体之间固定有柔性密封膜,柔性密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,该密封腔内注满纯水。本发明反应釜使用球轴承实现搅拌桨全方位的搅动,不留死角;选用柔性密封膜密封,使得内部罐内气体不泄露,有效保护操作人员且不会对环境造成污染;由于密封膜上方的密封腔内注有水,因此当罐内压力变化时,密封腔能够对密封膜起到良好的支撑作用,因此密封膜不会鼓起或塌陷,也就不会受到额外的张力,因此不易破损,使用寿命更长。

本发明涉及一种化工反应釜。
背景技术
现在市面上大多数用于制备印染助剂的反应釜没有设置搅拌装置,使得反应的物料搅拌不充分和不均匀,这就直接导致反应速度慢,且反应不完全,浪费了资源,提高了生产成本,且反应后罐内残留下的一些反应介质容易腐蚀,影响了反应设备,不能提高经济效益。
为了解决上述问题,中国实用新型专利CN203123964U,公开了一种用于制备印染助剂的反应装置,其在罐盖上安装有伸入于罐身内的搅拌轴,搅拌轴底端安装有锚形桨叶,实现对物料的搅拌,加快反应速度。
然而某些印染助剂在制备过程中有有害物质挥发出,因此需要在密闭环境中进行搅拌。传统带搅拌反应釜大多采用填料密封或机械密封,填料密封的密封性能差且阻力大、易损耗;而机械密封则价格高,使用一段时间后密封性能下降,维护更换成本高昂。
此外,有时反应需要一定的加热环境,传统只能通过对罐体加热来实现对物料的加热,加热速度缓慢且罐内物料温度不均匀,不利于反应的顺利进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种化工反应釜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的化工反应釜,组成包括罐身、罐盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述罐身上设有投料口、出料口,其特征在于:所述罐盖中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架,所述支架内设置有密封球面轴承,所述密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,密封球面轴承的轴承箱与支架固定,所述圆孔与球体之间固定有柔性密封膜,所述柔性密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,该密封腔内注满纯水;所述罐身底部安装有电加热管,所述电加热管上方的罐身内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴,所述电加热管下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口,所述罐身外设置有将抽水口与喷嘴连接的管路,管路上安装有水泵。
本发明化工反应釜,进一步的改进在于:
1、所述罐盖上安装有观察口。
2、所述罐盖上安装有插入罐身内的温度计。
3、所述柔性密封膜呈环形,内外侧分别通过法兰与球体、罐盖圆孔密封连接。
4、所述罐盖与罐身的接口处卡装接合。
5、所述罐盖上安装有排气管,所述排气管上装有泄压阀。
6、所述喷嘴的喷射方向与搅拌轴转动方向相反。
本发明反应釜使用球轴承实现搅拌桨全方位的搅动,不留死角;选用柔性密封膜密封,使得内部罐内气体不泄露,有效保护操作人员且不会对环境造成污染;由于密封膜上方的密封腔内注有水,因此当罐内压力变化时,特别是压力大幅增加时或压力急剧降低时,密封腔能够对密封膜起到良好的支撑作用,这是因为当外界压力变化时液体的体积随几乎不发生变化,因此密封膜不会鼓起或塌陷,也就不会受到额外的张力,因此不易破损,使用寿命更长。
故,本发明所用的密封结构成本低廉,且能够承受罐内不同的压力变化,具有更强的适应性。
此外,罐身内设置有电加热管,能够对物料进行加热,并且采用水循环喷射的方式提高加热的均匀度,能够迅速将热量传递给罐身内的物料,实现对物料加热的目的,比传统不带加热或者对罐身加热的设备,本发明反应釜能够使物料更均匀的被加热,提高物料的反应速度和平稳性,进一步提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明化工反应釜,组成包括罐身1和设置于罐身1上方的罐盖1',罐盖1'与罐身1的接口处卡装接合,罐盖1'上安装有排气管18,排气管18上装有泄压阀19,罐盖1'上还安装有观察口7、插入罐身1内的温度计15,罐身1上设有投料口5、出料口6,所述罐盖1'安装有伸入于罐身1内由电机2驱动的搅拌轴3,搅拌轴3底部固定有搅拌桨4,罐盖1'中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架8,支架8内设置有密封球面轴承(由轴承箱9和球体10),密封球面轴承的球体10连接搅拌轴3,密封球面轴承的轴承箱9与支架8固定,圆孔与球体10之间固定有环形柔性密封膜11,环形柔性密封膜11内外侧分别通过法兰与球体10、罐盖圆孔密封连接;柔性密封膜11与支架8之间形成密封腔12,该密封腔12内注满纯水;罐身1底部安装有螺旋形电加热管14(见图3),电加热管14上方的罐身1内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴13,电加热管13下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口20,罐身外设置有将抽水口20与喷嘴13连接的管路17,管路17上安装有水泵16。可利用水泵将物料从罐身底部抽出,并从喷嘴喷出,一方面提高搅拌效果,另一方便可提高加热均匀性。如图2所示,本例中,喷嘴13的喷射方向C与搅拌轴转动方向A相反。本例中,搅拌桨除了进行公转外,还进行自传,图中,B为搅拌桨自转转动方向。图中,1为罐身。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种化工反应釜,组成包括罐身、罐盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述罐身上设有投料口、出料口,其特征在于:所述罐盖中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架,所述支架内设置有密封球面轴承,所述密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,密封球面轴承的轴承箱与支架固定,所述圆孔与球体之间固定有柔性密封膜,所述柔性密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,该密封腔内注满纯水;所述罐身底部安装有电加热管,所述电加热管上方的罐身内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴,所述电加热管下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口,所述罐身外设置有将抽水口与喷嘴连接的管路,管路上安装有水泵;
所述罐盖上安装有观察口;
所述柔性密封膜呈环形,内外侧分别通过法兰与球体、罐盖圆孔密封连接。
