技术领域
本发明涉及一种无刷电动机,其具有:外转动件,在所述外转动件(转子)上设置有永磁体元件;和定子,所述定子具有电磁的定子极,其中电磁的定子极分别具有由铁材料制成的极靴、极齿和极脚;并且具有围绕极的铁元件的绝缘覆层;和具有电线圈绕组,所述电线圈绕组设置在绝缘覆层上。
背景技术
这种电动机是已知的。因为例如实用新型文献DE202008017892U1示出用于电动机的定子的定子区段,其中所述定子区段形成具有极脚、极齿13和极靴12的相应的定子极,所述定子极在绝缘覆层侧上具有与极齿13成直角设置的表面,其中在极齿13上和在极脚12上涂覆相应的绝缘层。极靴12在其端部区域处在右侧和左侧相对实心地构成。

发明内容

该目的通过一种无刷电动机来实现,其具有:外转动件(转子),在所述外转动件上设置有永磁体元件;和定子,所述定子具有电磁的定子极,其中电磁的定子极分别具有由铁材料制成的极靴、极齿和极脚;并且具有围绕定子极的铁元件的绝缘层;和具有电线圈绕组,所述电线圈绕组设置在绝缘层上,其中极靴在横截面中优选在朝其端部区域的方向上具有自由圆部(Freiformrundung)并且在极靴的下侧上以相对于极齿成>90°的角度以向外朝端部伸展的方式变窄,在所述极靴的下侧上施加有绝缘层,其中极靴上的绝缘层相对于极齿成直角地延伸到用于线圈绕组容纳部的表面上、即在极靴处的绝缘层的原则上相对置的表面上。
由此得到位置精确的绕组的引导和磁极的成形的功能分离的优点,其中通过选择自由圆部来降低漏磁。由此,在电动机中显著地降低旋转损耗并且提高功率。
此外,如下电动机是优选的,其中转子具有14个转子极并且定子具有12个定子槽,其中定子的电磁极具有3相绕组。
也优选的是电动机的用于减小间隙长度和速度差的尽可能紧凑的结构。

在图1中示出定子区段1或电磁的定子极,所述定子极具有极靴2、极齿3和极脚6。相应的由铁材料或铁叠片组构成的极在如下部位处由绝缘覆层4覆盖,在所述部位处稍后施加线圈绕组。

通过本发明研发一种驱动器,所述驱动器应用成本有利的可批量生成的定子。所述驱动器在用于飞轮(Flyer)上的绕组的槽引导方面进行优化。位置精确的绕组的引导和磁极的成形的功能分离显著地降低旋转损耗。通过定子极7的结构上的设计方案,以取决于(定子的)内半径21的选择的方式降低泄磁并且在应用中提高功率。
在12个定子槽中应用14个转子极以及3相绕组是有利的。流动损耗的降低需要用于减小间隙长度和速度差的尽可能紧凑的结构。
也能够使用其他的马达几何形状作为外转动件,例如18个转子极和12个定子槽或者18个转子极和20个定子槽。然而,这些与更高的制造耗费联系在一起。

Claims (3)

1.一种无刷电动机,其具有:外转动件(转子),在所述外转动件上设置有永磁体元件;和定子,所述定子具有电磁的定子极7,其中所述电磁的定子极7分别具有由铁材料制成的极靴16、极齿12和极脚17;并且具有围绕所述定子极7的铁元件的绝缘层11;和具有电线圈绕组,所述电线圈绕组设置在所述绝缘层11上,
其特征在于,
所述极靴16在横截面中优选在朝其端部区域的方向上具有自由圆部13并且在所述极靴16的下侧上以相对于所述极齿12成>90°的角度以向外朝端部伸展的方式变窄,在所述极靴的下侧上施加有所述绝缘层11,其中所述极靴16上的所述绝缘层11相对于所述极齿12成直角地延伸到用于线圈绕组容纳部的表面14上、即在所述极靴16处的所述绝缘层11的大致相对置的表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述电动机具有14个转子极和12个定子槽,其中所述定子具有3相绕组。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述定子具有用于减小间隙长度的紧凑的结构(在各个极靴之间?在转子和定子之间的气隙?)。
