Abstract

本发明涉及一种架空管道托架,具体的说是一种用于支撑高温管道的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,属于管道托架技术领域。其包括上套卡箍和下套卡箍,上套卡箍内侧表面设有上软质隔热层,下套卡箍内侧表面依次设有下套卡箍下软质隔热层、硬质隔热层和下套卡箍上软质隔热层,下套卡箍的前后两侧设有能够拆卸的圆弧挡板,下套卡箍下软质隔热层和硬质隔热层卡在下套卡箍前后两侧的圆弧挡板内。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,省去上套卡箍硬质隔热层,省材又省时间;软质隔热层由纳米保温棉制成,抗压强,导热低,寿命长,且下套卡箍内分两层成铺设,增强管托的整体隔热性与使用寿命。

组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托
技术领域
本发明涉及一种架空管道托架,具体的说是一种用于支撑高温管道的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,属于管道托架技术领域。
背景技术
目前,随着国家节能减排政策的逐步实施,越来越多的小型电厂与燃煤电厂被关闭,实行集中供热,蒸汽管网也在不断整合,蒸汽输送距离也越来越长,而隔热管托是支撑蒸汽管道的,蒸汽管道的热量会随着管托对外散出,因此隔热管托的隔热层好坏是架空管道能否实现长距离输送的关键。现在的隔热管托也是有上下卡箍加隔热层组成,隔热管托的隔热层有软质隔热层与硬质隔热层组成,软质隔热层一般为硅酸铝针刺毯,直接黏贴在硬质隔热层上,硬质隔热层由高铝水泥、陶粒等隔热材料浇筑在卡箍上的,内有螺纹钢拉筋,但它们存在一些缺陷:
1、硅酸铝针刺毯软质隔热层抗压性教小,卡箍收紧压实后导热系数变大,且运行时间长后容易分解;
2、硬质隔热层与卡箍形成一个整体,上下卡箍安装拧螺栓紧固时硬质隔热层上下45°处容易开裂,且现场无法修补;
3.硬质隔热层耐高温性差,使用寿命短,蒸汽管道长年输送250℃左右的蒸汽,管托隔热层经过长年的高温烘烤,隔热层出现粉末化;
4、生产周期长,硬质隔热层与下套卡箍是连接在一起的整体,硬质隔热层要在管托下料、整形、焊接等工序之后才能浇筑,而硬质隔热层浇筑后需要3-5天的保养周期(同建筑混凝土结构);
5、上卡箍也有硬质隔热层,但上卡箍不与管托支撑体直接接触,所以上卡箍无需硬质隔热层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,提高了保温隔热效果,提高了抗压抗折性能,隔热层能现场组装更换,使用寿命更长。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托包括上套卡箍和下套卡箍,上套卡箍的两端设有上连接耳板,下套卡箍的两端设有下连接耳板,上套卡箍和下套卡箍通过穿过上连接耳板和下连接耳板的螺栓紧固件连接成一体,其特征是:上套卡箍内侧表面设有上软质隔热层,下套卡箍内侧表面依次设有下套卡箍下软质隔热层、硬质隔热层和下套卡箍上软质隔热层,下套卡箍的前后两侧设有能够拆卸的圆弧挡板,下套卡箍下软质隔热层和硬质隔热层卡在下套卡箍前后两侧的圆弧挡板内。
进一步的,上套卡箍和下套卡箍为弧形。
进一步的,上套卡箍和上连接耳板之间设有加强拉筋。
进一步的,下套卡箍外侧表面上连接支撑体,支撑体下端连接底座进行支撑。
进一步的,上套卡箍采用钢板弯折制成,上连接耳板由上套卡箍的两端边向外弯折形成。
进一步的,下套卡箍采用钢板弯折制成,下连接耳板由下套卡箍的两侧边向外弯折形成。
进一步的,上软质隔热层由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。
进一步的,下套卡箍上软质隔热层由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。
进一步的,下套卡箍下软质隔热层由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为6-10mm。
进一步的,下硬质隔热层厚度为60-100mm,由多块拼接而成。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,省去上套卡箍硬质隔热层,省材又省时间;软质隔热层由纳米保温棉制成,抗压强,导热低,寿命长,且下套卡箍内分两层成铺设,增强管托的整体隔热性与使用寿命;硬质隔热层耐高温性能强,强度高,分多块连接铺设,45°角也不会因为紧固而开裂,即使在运输吊装过程中硬质隔热层受损,也可以现场更换,方便售后处理;硬质隔热层是与卡箍不是连接的整体,故可以与管托其它下料、整形、焊接工序分离开来,缩短制造周期。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~3所示,本发明主要包括弧形的上套卡箍1和下套卡箍7,上套卡箍1的两端设有上连接耳板5,下套卡箍7的两端设有下连接耳板6。上套卡箍1和下套卡箍7通过穿过上连接耳板5和下连接耳板6的螺栓紧固件4连接成一体。
上套卡箍1采用厚度为6-12mm钢板弯折制成,上连接耳板5由上套卡箍的两端边向外弯折形成。上套卡箍1和上连接耳板5之间设有加强拉筋3,通过加强拉筋3提高连接处的强度。
下套卡箍7采用厚度为6-12mm钢板弯折制成,下连接耳板6由下套卡箍7的两侧边向外弯折形成。
下套卡箍7外侧表面上连接支撑体12,支撑体12下端连接底座13进行支撑。
上套卡箍1内侧表面设有上软质隔热层2,下套卡箍7内侧表面依次设有下套卡箍下软质隔热层10、硬质隔热层8和下套卡箍上软质隔热层11。所述下套卡箍7的前后两侧设有能够拆卸的圆弧挡板9,下套卡箍下软质隔热层10和硬质隔热层8卡在下套卡箍7前后两侧的圆弧挡板9内。
在使用时,上套卡箍1内侧的上软质隔热层2直接与高温蒸汽管道14接触,所述上软质隔热层2由密度为220kg/m3,导热系数为0.018w/m.k的纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。所述下套卡箍7内下套卡箍上软质隔热层11直接与高温蒸汽管道接触,下套卡箍上软质隔热层11由密度为220kg/m3,导热系数为0.018w/m.k的纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。下硬质隔热层8设置在下套卡箍上软质隔热层11与下套卡箍下软质隔热层10之间,且下套卡箍下软质隔热层10与硬质隔热层8卡在下套卡箍7两侧的圆弧挡板9内,能够拆卸。下套卡箍下软质隔热层10由密度为220kg/m3,导热系数为0.018w/m.k的纳米保温棉制成,厚度为6-10mm,下硬质隔热层8由特质材料磨具内压制烘烤成型,耐高温性强,抗压高,厚度为为60-100mm,由多块拼接而成。
本使用新型结构巧妙合理,省时省材,适合工厂批量生产,硬质隔热层耐高温耐抗压,且可拆卸组装,便于吊装、运输、施工中受损后的修补。

Claims (10)

1.一种组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,包括上套卡箍(1)和下套卡箍(7),上套卡箍(1)的两端设有上连接耳板(5),下套卡箍(7)的两端设有下连接耳板(6),上套卡箍(1)和下套卡箍(7)通过穿过上连接耳板(5)和下连接耳板(6)的螺栓紧固件(4)连接成一体,其特征是:上套卡箍(1)内侧表面设有上软质隔热层(2),下套卡箍(7)内侧表面依次设有下套卡箍下软质隔热层(10)、硬质隔热层(8)和下套卡箍上软质隔热层(11),下套卡箍(7)的前后两侧设有能够拆卸的圆弧挡板(9),下套卡箍下软质隔热层(10)和硬质隔热层(8)卡在下套卡箍(7)前后两侧的圆弧挡板(9)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述上套卡箍(1)和下套卡箍(7)为弧形。
3.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述上套卡箍(1)和上连接耳板(5)之间设有加强拉筋(3)。
4.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述下套卡箍(7)外侧表面上连接支撑体(12),支撑体(12)下端连接底座(13)进行支撑。
5.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述上套卡箍(1)采用钢板弯折制成,上连接耳板(5)由上套卡箍的两端边向外弯折形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述下套卡箍(7)采用钢板弯折制成,下连接耳板(6)由下套卡箍(7)的两侧边向外弯折形成。
7.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述上软质隔热层(2)由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述下套卡箍上软质隔热层(11)由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为10-20mm。
9.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述下套卡箍下软质隔热层(10)由纳米保温棉制成,厚度为6-10mm。
10.如权利要求1所述的组装式耐高温耐抗压保温隔热管托,其特征是:所述下硬质隔热层(8)厚度为60-100mm,由多块拼接而成。
