Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于捆绑一个物品或一组物品的电缆扎带。特别是,本发明涉及具有柔性头的低轮廓电缆扎带。
背景技术
使用电缆扎带来捆绑或者固定一组物品是公知的。传统构造的已知电缆扎带是在一端具有头部、另一端具有尾部并且在两者之间具有纵向的条带的细长元件。该条带包裹在物品捆外侧并且尾部插入到头部中的孔或者通道。电缆扎带的头部典型地包括闭锁元件,其与条带的本体是可啮合的以致于当尾部被拉出头部中的通道时,闭锁元件将条带固定在头部中。
在特定情况下,优选低轮廓电缆扎带,因为它们定位低,便于捆绑和抵抗阻碍。为保持低轮廓,条带以基本上平行于带本体的方向插入到头部。
传统的电缆扎带工具被用于穿过传统电缆扎带头部以拉出电缆扎带的尾部。这些工具典型地不能有效地用在低轮廓电缆扎带上。
此外,在这些电缆扎带中,需要保持低插入力使尾部进入头部,并且需要高保持力抵抗抽回。
发明内容
低轮廓扎带包括在一端具有尾部的拉长的条带。设置在条带另一端的闭锁头具有用于可插入地接收尾部并使之贯穿其中的通道。条带包括在所述尾部和闭锁头部之间的设置有多个凹口的平表面。闭锁头包括基部和柔性连接到基部的头部,在两者之间形成所述通道。头部包括多个闭锁齿,这些齿延伸进入通道,当尾部被插入时,与所述带本体的凹口啮合。在把条带插入插入所述通道时,凹口所啮合的齿的数量小于闭锁齿的总数。头部是可柔性枢转的,使得当试图将条带从所述头部抽回时,有更多的闭锁齿与凹口啮合。

具体实施方式
图1-5示出了本发明的电缆扎带10。电缆扎带10是细长的元件,其包括闭锁头部12,相对的尾部14以及在两者之间的细长的带本体16。带本体16典型的是平面形状的,其具有第一和第二相对的主表面18和20。头部12包括贯穿其中的通道22。通道22包括带入口端24和带出口端26。带表面18包括沿着其长度上的多个间隔分离的齿形凹口24。
闭锁头部12包括形成在带本体16的一端的基部30和与基部30间隔的头部32。通道22被限定在基部30和头部22之间。
头部32通过柔性连接部34连接到基部30,所述柔性连接部34允许头部32相对于基部30枢轴旋转。柔性连接部34由一对间隔分离的柔性板条(rail)34a和34b所形成,在两者之间也限定了通道22。
基部30和头部32包括相互面对的表面30a和32a。基部的表面30a通常是平的,以支承带本体16的平面20。表面32a包括多个齿38,更全面地示于图4和5,其延伸进入通道22。
另外参考图3-5,所示的三个齿38从表面32a延伸进入通道22。可以理解为该数字仅仅是一个示例。
三个齿38a、38b、38c按照带本体插入到通道22的方向(箭头A)被依次设置。最后的齿38c比连续凹进的其它两个齿38a和38b更进一步地延伸进入通道。
齿38c被定位成这样,即,在将带本体16插入到通道22时,单个的齿38c(或少于所有的齿)啮合带本体16上的凹口24。凹口24与单个齿38c的啮合允许带本体16容易地使用低插入力以箭头A的方向插入贯穿通道22。
一旦条带被紧紧地捆绑,若试图以与箭头A相反的箭头B(图5)的方向移动该条带,例如解开捆绑,头部32会向内枢转向基部30。柔性板条34a和34b允许头部32的这样旋转。
在本发明中,齿是固定的并且头部32是柔性的或者可转动的,由此提供更大的保持力。
带本体16以某个角度从通道22中延伸出来,与通道之间的夹角优选为大约40°到50°。在该角度上,头部32受柔性连接部影响而转动,使得另外的齿38a和38b也啮合凹口。多个齿与凹口的啮合为条带在头部提供较大的保持力。该角度也允许低轮廓扎带使用传统的电缆扎带工具来捆紧。
因此,本发明提供了低轮廓电缆扎带,其允许尾部以低插入力插入到头部,一旦捆绑,则为条带在头部提供较大的保持力。
前面描述以及所示结构的各种变化目前对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。因此,本发明的特定公开范围在后面的权利要求中所阐明。

Claims (13)

1.一种低轮廓扎带,包括:
细长的条带,在其一端具有尾部;以及
在所述条带的另一端的闭锁头,所述闭锁头具有贯穿其中的通道,用于可插入地接收所述尾部;
所述条带包括在所述尾部和所述闭锁头之间的具有多个凹口的平带面;
所述闭锁头包括基部和头部,所述头部柔性连接到所述基部,同时所述通道形成在两者之间;
所述头部包括多个延伸进入所述通道的闭锁齿,用于与所述带本体的所述凹口相啮合;
在带本体插入到所述通道中时,与所述凹口啮合的闭锁齿的数量小于闭锁齿的总数,并且所述头部是可柔性枢转的,使得当试图将所述条带从所述头部抽回时,有更多数量的所述闭锁齿与所述凹口啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述头部相对于所述基部是可转动的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述头部通过一对间隔分开的板条连接到所述基部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述板条是柔性的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述头部包括三个齿,并且其中当所述条带插入到所述通道中时,所述凹口啮合所述齿中的一个。
6.根据权利要求5所述的低轮廓扎带,其中在插入方向的最后的齿延伸进入所述通道的距离要远于另外两个所述齿。
7.根据权利要求5所述的低轮廓扎带,其中当试图从所述头部抽回所述条带时,所有的三个所述齿均啮合所述凹口。
8.根据权利要求1所述的低轮廓扎带,其中,当插入时,所述尾部以大约40°-50°的角度从所述头部延伸出来。
9.一种低轮廓扎带,包括:
细长的条带,在其一端具有尾部;以及
在所述条带的另一端的闭锁头,所述闭锁头具有贯穿其中的通道,用于可插入地接受所述尾部;
所述条带包括在所述尾部和所述闭锁头之间的具有多个凹口的平带面;
所述闭锁头包括基部和头部,所述头部柔性连接到所述基部,同时所述通道形成在两者之间;
所述头部包括多个延伸进入所述通道的闭锁齿,用于与所述带本体的所述凹口相啮合;
在将带本体插入所述通道时,所述齿之一啮合所述凹口,并且所述头部相对于所述基部可转动,因而当试图从所述通道抽回所述条带时,能使所有的所述齿与所述凹口啮合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述闭锁头的所述基部通过一对间隔分开的柔性板条连接到所述头部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的低轮廓扎带,其中所述头部包括三个齿,并且其中当所述条带插入到所述通道中时,所述凹口啮合所述齿中的一个。
12.根据权利要求11所述的低轮廓扎带,其中当试图从所述头部抽回所述条带时,所有的三个所述齿均啮合所述凹口。
13.根据权利要求9所述的低轮廓扎带,其中,当插入时,所述尾部以大约40°-50°的角度从所述头部延伸出来。
