Abstract

本发明一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵,由喷嘴(1)、壳体(2)、自动密封滑阀(3)、吸油管道(4)、密封胶圈(5)组成。高压动力燃油从喷嘴高速流出,将飞机燃油箱中通过吸油窗抽吸至壳体,经混合增压,输送至燃油系统管路;当飞机倒飞时,原本在产品下端的吸油管道朝上,暴露在空气中,此时自动密封滑阀靠重力滑落至壳体端面,自动密封滑阀压紧壳体端面上的密封胶圈,防止空气通过吸油窗进入壳体,保证产品正常输送燃油。一种带自动密封滑阀的双端吸油航空燃油射流泵扩大了射流泵的使用范围。本发明设计的一种自动密封滑阀,也可应用于有类似需求的各种泵类设备或其它设备。

一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵
技术领域
本发明一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵属于航空燃油系统,涉及一种带自动密封滑阀、具备双端吸油功能的航空燃油射流泵。
背景技术
带自动密封滑阀的双端吸油航空燃油射流泵主要应用于飞机燃油系统,作为供油泵对燃油增压后进行供油。为尽可能的使用飞机燃油,一般射流泵或者燃油泵吸油口都接近油箱底部。飞机存在倒飞、翻转等飞行姿态,在飞机处于倒飞、翻转等飞行姿态时,油箱底朝上,燃油受重力作用使位于油箱底部泵吸油口露出液面,这时射流泵无法抽吸燃油,使供油中断,对飞机安全很大影响。目前国内采用电动机驱动的双端吸油的供油泵来解决这一问题,双端吸油射流泵国内还没有。电动机驱动的双端吸油的供油泵存在结构复杂、可靠性低、价格较高等缺点。相比于电动机驱动的双端吸油的供油泵,带自动密封滑阀的双端吸油航空燃油射流泵结构简单、可靠性更高、价格低廉等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的:该航空燃油射流泵设置两个吸油管道,且带有自动密封滑阀,可以满足军机燃油系统供输油的要求,扩大了航空燃油射流泵的使用范围。
本发明的技术方案:一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵,包括喷嘴1、壳体2、2个环形密封胶圈5、2个带有吸油窗的吸油管道4,还包括2个自动密封滑阀3,
吸油管道4是一个圆柱体结构,其内部带有一个与圆柱体同轴的盲孔;
自动密封滑阀3是一个圆柱体结构,自动密封滑阀3能够插入吸油管道4的盲孔中,自动密封滑阀3能够与吸油管道4的盲孔间隙配合,自动密封滑阀3能够在重力的作用下,在吸油管道4盲孔中往复运动;
在壳体2外侧的2个燃油入口处分别安装2个密封胶圈5;
再将2个装有自动密封滑阀3的吸油管道4分别安装在壳体3的燃油入口处密封胶圈5的外侧;
其中一个吸油管道4的自动密封滑阀3依靠重力作用压紧密封胶圈5,使燃油入口保持密封状态;
另外一个吸油管道4的自动密封滑阀3依靠重力作用使自动密封滑阀3处于吸油管道4盲孔的底端,使燃油入口保持打开状态,通过吸油管道4上的吸油窗进油。
本发明的有益效果:本发明设计的一种带自动密封滑阀的双端吸油航空燃油射流泵。通过受重力作用的自动滑阀的往复运动,使处于低位的吸油管保持打开状态,高位的吸油口保持关闭状态。满足飞机在各种飞行姿态的供输油要求。
带自动密封滑阀的双端吸油航空燃油射流泵填补空白,该发明扩大了射流泵的使用范围。
本发明设计的一种自动密封滑阀,利用重力作用使吸油管打开、关闭,结构简单可靠。该自动密封滑阀结构也可应用于有类似需求的各种泵类设备或其它设备。

具体实施方式
本发明一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵,包括喷嘴1、壳体2、2个环形的密封胶圈5、2个带有吸油窗的吸油管道4,还包括2个自动密封滑阀3,
吸油管道4是一个圆柱体结构,其内部带有一个与圆柱体同轴的盲孔;
自动密封滑阀3是一个圆柱体结构,自动密封滑阀3能够插入吸油管道4的盲孔中,自动密封滑阀3能够与吸油管道4的盲孔间隙配合,自动密封滑阀3能够在重力的作用下,在吸油管道4盲孔中往复运动;
在壳体2外侧的2个燃油入口处分别安装2个密封胶圈5;
再将2个装有自动密封滑阀3的吸油管道4分别安装在壳体2的燃油入口处密封胶圈5的外侧;
其中一个吸油管道4的自动密封滑阀3依靠重力作用压紧密封胶圈5,使燃油入口保持密封状态;
另外一个吸油管道4的自动密封滑阀3依靠重力作用使自动密封滑阀3处于吸油管道4盲孔的底端,使燃油入口保持打开状态,通过吸油管道4上的吸油窗进油。

1.一种双端吸油航空燃油射流泵,包括喷嘴(1)、壳体(2)、2个环形的密封胶圈(5)、2个带有吸油窗的吸油管道(4),还包括2个自动密封滑阀(3);
吸油管道(4)是一个圆柱体结构,其内部带有一个与圆柱体同轴的盲孔;
自动密封滑阀(3)是一个圆柱体结构,自动密封滑阀(3)能够插入吸油管道(4)的盲孔中,自动密封滑阀(3)能够与吸油管道(4)的盲孔间隙配合,自动密封滑阀(3)能够在重力的作用下,在吸油管道(4)盲孔中往复运动;
在壳体(2)外侧的2个燃油入口处分别安装2个环形的密封胶圈(5);
再将2个装有自动密封滑阀(3)的吸油管道(4)分别安装在壳体(2)的燃油入口处环形的密封胶圈(5)的外侧;
其中一个吸油管道(4)的自动密封滑阀(3)依靠重力作用压紧环形的密封胶圈(5),使燃油入口保持密封状态。
