一种环保型聚氨酯油漆由以下组分及重量份组成羟基丙烯酸树脂0~80,聚酯弹性树脂0~80,醋酸丁酯5~20,醋酸乙酯5~30,有机铋催干剂0.5~1,分散剂0~2,消光剂OK5200~8,手感助剂0~10,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯0~20,PMA?0~20,色粉0~30,流平剂0.1~0.5,HDI固化剂0~35,按比例称取原料并进行混合形成混合原料,将混合好的原料在搅拌机中进行搅拌使其混合均匀,搅拌机转速为600~800R/min,搅拌时间为10~35min,该油漆从根本解决了上述油漆的缺陷,环保、不含有机锡、不含苯类溶剂,降低了对人体及环境的危害,而且油漆效果较好,而且生产成本低。

一种环保型聚氨酯油漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油漆制作领域,具体涉及一种环保型聚氨酯油漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯双组份油漆又叫PU双组份油漆,用于塑胶、木器、五金等素材,广泛用于家电、家私、玩具、运动器材、头盔等行业。目前市面上有两类产品:一种是双组高度弹性聚氨酯手感漆,另一种是双组份通用聚氨酯油漆,都含有不环保的机锡催剂,成分如下:
该油漆大多含有了对人对有害物质,而且使用效果不理想,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种安全环保、效果好的环保型聚氨酯油漆及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型聚氨酯油漆由以下组分及重量份组成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂0~80,
聚酯弹性树脂0~80,
醋酸丁酯5~20,
醋酸乙酯5~30,
有机铋催干剂0.5~1,
分散剂0~2,
消光剂OK5200~8,
手感助剂0~10,
乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯0~20,
PMA0~20,
色粉0~30,
流平剂0.1~0.5,
HDI固化剂0~35。
一种环保型聚氨酯油漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料并进行混合形成混合原料;
(2)将混合好的原料在搅拌机中进行搅拌使其混合均匀,搅拌机转速为600~800R/min,搅拌时间为10~35min。
进一步地,所述混合原料在低速搅拌下加入消光剂OK520或色粉,再以1000~1500R/min的机速搅拌20~30min形成混合均匀的油漆原料,所述油漆原料用砂磨机或三辊机研磨至细度小于10μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所提供的环保型聚氨酯双组份油漆,从根本解决了上述油漆的缺陷,该油漆具有环保、不含有机锡、不含苯类溶剂等优点,降低了对人体及环境的危害,而且油漆效果较好,而且生产成本低。

下面结合具体阐明本发明的实施方式,仅供参考和说明使用,不构成对本发明专利保护范围的限制。
本发明所提供的一种环保型聚氨酯油漆由以下组分及重量份组成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂0~80,
聚酯弹性树脂0~80,
醋酸丁酯5~20,
醋酸乙酯5~30,
有机铋催干剂0.5~1,
分散剂0~2,
消光剂OK5200~8,
手感助剂0~10,
乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯0~20,
PMA0~20,
色粉0~30,
流平剂0.1~0.5,
HDI固化剂0~35。
一种环保型聚氨酯油漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料并进行混合形成混合原料;
(2)将混合好的原料在搅拌机中进行搅拌使其混合均匀,搅拌机转速为600~800R/min,搅拌时间为10~35min。
进一步地,所述混合原料在低速搅拌下加入消光剂OK520或色粉,再以1000~1500R/min的机速搅拌20~30min形成混合均匀的油漆原料,所述油漆原料用砂磨机或三辊机研磨至细度小于10μm,做聚氨酯弹性油漆或聚氨酯消光油或高光罩光油不需此步骤。
使用本发明的UV固化质感油进行印刷时,应符合以下条件:
材质:塑胶(ABS、PS、PC、HIPS)、木器
烘烤固化条件:60℃烘烤40~60分钟
干燥箱
使用设备:喷涂柜、无尘车间、W~61/W~71重力持或手持空气枪
施工粘度:9~10秒/25℃(盐田2#杯)
喷涂距离:10~20CM
雾化空气压力:4.5~6.5Kg/cm2
涂装温/湿度:20~35℃/70±10%PH
涂膜厚度:20~25微米
如下所示,为本发明在相同工艺条件下实施例1至实施例5的配方及效果对比:工艺条件为将混合好的原料在搅拌机中进行搅拌使其混合均匀,搅拌机转速为800R/min,搅拌时间为35min。
所述混合原料在低速搅拌下加入色粉,再以1500R/min的机速搅拌20~30min形成混合均匀的油墨原料,所述油墨原料用砂磨机或三辊机研磨至细度小于10μm,
按下表中的原材料重量配比,按本发明制备方法制成各实例质感油墨:

将上述各种双组份聚氨酯油漆,在本发明确定的喷涂条件下喷涂,喷涂品检测结果如下:
本发明所提供的环保型聚氨酯双组份油漆,从根本解决了上述油漆的缺陷,它的优势在于:环保、不含有机锡、不含苯类溶剂,降低了对人体及环境的危害,而且油漆效果较好,而且生产成本低。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种环保型聚氨酯油漆,其特征在于由以下组分及重量份组成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂0~80,
聚酯弹性树脂0~80,
醋酸丁酯5~20,
醋酸乙酯5~30,
有机铋催干剂0.5~1,
分散剂0~2,
消光剂OK5200~8,
手感助剂0~10,
乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯0~20,
PMA0~20,
色粉0~30,
流平剂0.1~0.5,
HDI固化剂0~35。
2.一种环保型聚氨酯油漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料并进行混合形成混合原料;
(2)将混合好的原料在搅拌机中进行搅拌使其混合均匀,搅拌机转速为600~800R/min,搅拌时间为10~35min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型聚氨酯油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合原料在低速搅拌下加入消光剂OK520或色粉,再以1000~1500R/min的机速搅拌20~30min形成混合均匀的油漆原料,所述油漆原料用砂磨机或三辊机研磨至细度小于10μm。
