Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料包含以下重量份的原料:聚己内酰胺8-12、衣康酸二甲酯4-6、硅酸镁20-30、氧化锰3-6、TPE树脂50-70、间规聚苯乙烯20-35、亚磷酸酯6-8、鲸蜡醇4-6、酯化碳酸钙10-14、色母料5-8、助剂2-3;该电缆料以TPE树脂作为基料,佐以聚己内酰胺、间规聚苯乙烯等高分子材料,改进了TPE树脂的力学性能,再结合预先经衣康酸二甲酯处理的氧化锰及硅酸镁、鲸蜡醇等成分和具有促混合、抑烟等功效的助剂,使得本发明电缆料具有优良的力学性能和耐热性能,且隔氧防火、抗压耐磨,性能稳定安全,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的统称,以橡胶、塑料、尼龙等材质作为基料,结合增塑剂、填料、色母料、抗氧剂等辅助成分制成,不同电缆种类和使用环境对电缆料的性能有不同的要求,市售电缆料大都存在不耐划伤折叠、易腐蚀氧化内部金属导线、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大、不耐潮湿寒热等缺点,制约着电缆的安全性和使用寿命,因此,急需研发新型的性能均衡、环保安全、实用性强的电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,改进了TPE树脂为主要基材的电缆料的使用性能,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己内酰胺8-12、衣康酸二甲酯4-6、硅酸镁20-30、氧化锰3-6、TPE树脂50-70、间规聚苯乙烯20-35、亚磷酸酯6-8、鲸蜡醇4-6、酯化碳酸钙10-14、色母料5-8、助剂2-3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:无水乙醇6-8、氮化铝粉12-15、锡酸锌2-3、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1-2、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2-3,制备方法为:先将锡酸锌、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂、三乙醇胺硼酸酯与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,随后将氮化铝粉投入混合溶液中,研磨分散20-30min后,将粉体室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将衣康酸二甲酯加热至35-40℃,待其熔融后,加入氧化锰,搅拌分散均匀,冷却至分散后备用;
(2)将聚己内酰胺、TPE树脂、间规聚苯乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入亚磷酸酯、鲸蜡醇,继续搅拌分散30-50min,随后物料冷却至室温,再加入其它剩余物料及步骤(1)所得物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀后,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
所述的双螺杆挤出机各段的温度为:加料段:90-100℃、压缩段:180-220℃、均化段180-190℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
有益效果:以TPE树脂作为基料,佐以聚己内酰胺、间规聚苯乙烯等高分子材料,改进了TPE树脂的力学性能,再结合预先经衣康酸二甲酯处理的氧化锰及硅酸镁、鲸蜡醇等成分和具有促混合、抑烟等功效的助剂,使得本发明电缆料改进了传统TPE树脂不耐温变的特性,耐热性能得到提高,且隔氧防火、抗压耐磨,性能稳定安全,实用性强。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己内酰胺10、衣康酸二甲酯5、硅酸镁24、氧化锰4、TPE树脂66、间规聚苯乙烯30、亚磷酸酯8、鲸蜡醇6、酯化碳酸钙12、色母料7、助剂2。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:无水乙醇8、氮化铝粉15、锡酸锌3、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂2、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3,制备方法为:先将锡酸锌、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂、三乙醇胺硼酸酯与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,随后将氮化铝粉投入混合溶液中,研磨分散30min后,将粉体室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将衣康酸二甲酯加热至35-40℃,待其熔融后,加入氧化锰,搅拌分散均匀,冷却至分散后备用;
(2)将聚己内酰胺、TPE树脂、间规聚苯乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入亚磷酸酯、鲸蜡醇,继续搅拌分散50min,随后物料冷却至室温,再加入其它剩余物料及步骤(1)所得物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀后,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
其中双螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:加料段:90℃、压缩段:210℃、均化段190℃、机头温度:130℃。
本实施例电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己内酰胺8-12、衣康酸二甲酯4-6、硅酸镁20-30、氧化锰3-6、TPE树脂50-70、间规聚苯乙烯20-35、亚磷酸酯6-8、鲸蜡醇4-6、酯化碳酸钙10-14、色母料5-8、助剂2-3;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:无水乙醇6-8、氮化铝粉12-15、锡酸锌2-3、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1-2、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2-3,制备方法为:先将锡酸锌、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂、三乙醇胺硼酸酯与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,随后将氮化铝粉投入混合溶液中,研磨分散20-30min后,将粉体室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将衣康酸二甲酯加热至35-40℃,待其熔融后,加入氧化锰,搅拌分散均匀,冷却至分散后备用;
(2)将聚己内酰胺、TPE树脂、间规聚苯乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入亚磷酸酯、鲸蜡醇,继续搅拌分散30-50min,随后物料冷却至室温,再加入其它剩余物料及步骤(1)所得物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀后,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种耐温变改性TPE树脂电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双螺杆造粒机各段的温度分别为:加料段:90-100℃、压缩段:180-220℃、均化段180-190℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
