本发明提供了一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,所述的无害固化填充物中各原料及其质量份数为:粉煤灰90份;水泥10份;水40-50份;聚羧酸减水剂0.20-0.30份;聚羧酸保坍剂0.20-0.30份;本发明制备的无害固化填充物浆体泌水率低于5%,固化填充率在95%以上。

一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,属于废气管道处置技术领域。
背景技术
截止2011年,我国油气管道总长度约为9.1万千米,到2015年将达到15万千米左右。管道腐蚀、年久老化、人为破坏、违反安全规定、各种辅助设备损坏、地质灾害等造成严重的管道安全事故。
管道老龄化是世界性的问题,设计寿命一般为33年,线路截断阀(如球阀)仅为20年。我国自大庆、辽河、胜利等油田相继发现以来,管道工业迅速兴起,20世纪60年代末70年代初建成了数千公里管道,大部分在东北地区,这些管道大多数现已进入或接近老龄范围。
我国有关管道废弃的研究、实践较少,尚未形成系统科学的管道废弃处理技术体系,尚无管道废弃处理的标准规范,废弃处理技术研究基本处于空白。通过少数废弃管道案例的处置,积累了一些经验。
不同国家废气管道处置方式本质上并无实质性差异,对废弃输油管道的处置:应基于当前和未来的土地利用以及潜在的安全风险和环境破坏评估,作出废弃管道处置决策,并对废弃管道需要采取的主要措施给出要求,主要包括残留物清理、物理隔离、末端封堵和整段封堵。
整段封堵作为处置废气管道的一种有效手段,但存在以下技术问题:用于固化填充的物质,其流动性能要满足连续填充施工作业技术要求,另外,还要实现最终永久固化,具有良好的稳定性,不会产生二次安全环保危害;目前该无害固化填充物鲜有报道。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物;所述的无害固化填充物中各原料及其质量份数为:粉煤灰90份;水泥10份;水40-50份;聚羧酸减水剂0.20-0.30份;聚羧酸保坍剂0.20-0.30份。
所述的无害固化填充物中还可添加AOS引气剂0.01份,CMC增稠剂0.02份。
所述的粉煤灰为三级灰。
所述的水泥的强度等级为32.5。
所述的聚羧酸减水剂为固含量在10%的聚羧酸减水剂。
所述的聚羧酸保坍剂为固含量在10%的聚羧酸保坍剂。
进一步优化,所述的无害固化填充物中各原料及其质量份数为:粉煤灰90份;水泥10份;水45份;聚羧酸减水剂0.30份;聚羧酸保坍剂0.30份;
所述的聚羧酸减水剂为:固含量在10%的聚羧酸减水剂;
所述的聚羧酸保坍剂为:固含量在10%的聚羧酸保坍剂。
所述的粉煤灰为三级灰。
所述的水泥的强度等级为32.5。
所述的无害固化填充物的密度ρ=1530kg/m3。
本发明制备的无害固化填充物具有良好的流动性,其流动性能较好的满足了连续填充施工作业技术要求,可以实现最终永久固化;稳定性好,不会产生二次安全环保危害;浆体泌水率低于5%,固化填充率在95%以上。

下面对本发明进行全面试验,见实施例1-10;
其中,F-粉煤灰;C-水泥;W-水;
该实施例1-10的相关实验数据,见表1;其固化填充率随时间的变化,见图1。从图1中不难得出,实施例2、实施例6和实施例7试验的填充率在95%以上,能够满足填充要求。实施例6在流动度,泌水量和填充率上均表现其具有优异性能。

1.一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的无害固化填充物中各原料及其质量份数为:粉煤灰90份;水泥10份;水40-50份;聚羧酸减水剂0.20-0.30份;聚羧酸保坍剂0.20-0.30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的无害固化填充物中还可添加AOS引气剂0.01份,CMC增稠剂0.02份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的粉煤灰为三级灰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的水泥的强度等级为32.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的聚羧酸减水剂为固含量在10%的聚羧酸减水剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的聚羧酸保坍剂为固含量在10%的聚羧酸保坍剂。
7.一种用于整段封堵废弃管线的无害固化填充物,其特征在于:所述的无害固化填充物中各原料及其质量份数为:粉煤灰90份;水泥10份;水45份;聚羧酸减水剂0.30份;聚羧酸保坍剂0.30份;
