本发明提供一种导电泡棉及其高效生产工艺,包括:一聚氨酯棉层;第一、第二导电纤维布,分别层叠设置于所述聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,由纤维布层及喷涂于所述纤维布层上、下两面的导电浆料复合形成;热熔胶层,涂覆于第一、第二导电纤维布相对聚氨酯棉一侧,所述第一、第二导电纤维布分别通过热熔胶层与所述聚氨酯棉层连接。所述导电泡棉,减少了导电布的用量,节省了原材料成本,同时也简化了导电泡棉的生产工艺,尤其适合在手机壳防尘、防震场合使用,可减少生产过程中对导电泡棉表面的污染,对环境友好。

一种导电泡棉及其高效生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电泡棉及其高效生产工艺。
背景技术
导电泡棉是由具有导电性和防腐蚀性的导电纤维布,内衬低压缩力的PU泡棉而构成,具有良好的屏蔽效果。导电纤维布是由Polyester纤维表面覆上铜和镍金属表层所构成的金属纤维编织而成,纤维底层是高导电性的铜,表层是防氧化抗腐蚀的镍金属。铜和镍的结合提供极佳的导电性和屏蔽效果。导电泡棉在100KHz到1GHz的频率范围可得到良好的屏蔽效果。
导电泡棉特别适用于容量和闭合压力有限的场合,而且成本较低,在要求良好的贴合性的高性能屏蔽的场合特别适合使用,可以广泛应用于电子机箱、机壳、室内机箱、工业设备、笔记本电脑、移动通讯设备等。
现有的导电泡棉一般是导电布四周包裹泡棉构造,其制作工艺为将泡棉剪裁至一定的形状和尺寸备用,再熔融热熔胶,将熔融好的热熔胶涂覆在导电布表面,再包覆裁剪好的泡棉。
这种四周包裹型导电泡棉在实际只需电磁屏蔽、无需导电的应用中,只用到相对的两面,剩下覆盖有导电布的两面往往不起作用,造成导电布的浪费,考虑原材料成本中导电布往往占到90%之多,这种导电布的浪费是巨大的。另外,在组合多个导电泡棉使用时,需要将导电泡棉粘附在一衬板上面,由于粘结剂对靠近衬板面的导电布的污染及粘附力强,不易对导电泡棉回收利用。
对此,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
专利公开号:CN103313585A,公开了一种导电泡棉,包括硅胶本体和包裹所述硅胶本体的镍箔布,在硅胶本体与镍箔布之间还设有粘结层,所述粘结层将镍箔布与硅胶本体粘接成一体结构;所述镍箔布由聚酰亚胺薄膜、以及依次镀覆于聚酰亚胺薄膜的外表面上的镀铜层和镀镍层构成。一种导电泡棉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将硅胶挤出成型后进行半硫化,半硫化硅胶均匀涂上硅胶处理剂、自然风干后,在镍箔布上涂上硅胶粘结剂,后包覆镍箔布,包裹结束后将产品烘烤加固,得到导电泡棉。本发明具有耐高温、可上锡、可自动焊接的特点,可实现自动贴装;同时该导电泡棉的各层材料间的结合更加紧密,可避免在使用过程中出现脱开现象。然而,该专利是通过在镀覆于聚酰亚胺薄膜的外表面上的镀铜层和镀镍层构成形成导电材质,这种靠单一或两种金属导电的结构,使用寿命会随金属的消耗而缩短,且导电效果并不好。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种导电泡棉及其高效生产工艺,所述导电泡棉,减少了导电布的用量,节省了原材料成本,同时也简化了导电泡棉的生产工艺,尤其适合在手机壳防尘、防震场合使用,可减少生产过程中对导电泡棉表面的污染,对环境友好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种导电泡棉,包括:一聚氨酯棉层;第一、第二导电纤维布,分别层叠设置于所述聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,由纤维布层及喷涂于所述纤维布层上、下两面的导电浆料复合形成;热熔胶层,涂覆于第一、第二导电纤维布相对聚氨酯棉一侧,所述第一、第二导电纤维布分别通过热熔胶层与所述聚氨酯棉层连接。
进一步,所述纤维布层为为玻璃纤维布层、醋酸纤维布层、聚酯纤维布层或聚亚胺纤维布层。
另,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:30~50份,玻璃粉:10~20份,乙醇:5~10份,松油醇:5~10份,双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份,钛酸四乙酯5~8份,E~44型环氧树脂:10~15份,缩水甘油酯1~2份,乙醇胺2~5份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1~2份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:1~5份,甲基咪唑0.1~1份,硅烷偶联剂1~2份,抗氧剂0.1~1份。
另有,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:30~40份,玻璃粉:10~15份,乙醇:5~8份,松油醇:8~10份,双酚A型环氧树脂5~8份,钛酸四乙酯5~8份,E~44型环氧树脂:10~15份,缩水甘油酯1~2份,乙醇胺2~4份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1~2份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:1~3份,甲基咪唑0.1~0.5份,硅烷偶联剂1~2份,抗氧剂0.2~0.5份。
再,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:40份,玻璃粉:13份,乙醇:8份,松油醇:9份,双酚A型环氧树脂5份,钛酸四乙酯6份,E~44型环氧树脂:12份,缩水甘油酯2份,乙醇胺3份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:2份,甲基咪唑0.1份,硅烷偶联剂2份,抗氧剂0.3份。
再有,所述玻璃粉体为SnO-ZnO-P2O5系玻璃。
且,所述导电浆料的配制方法包括如下步骤:
1)将导电石墨粉、玻璃粉及乙醇在球磨机中球磨混合10~20h,混合完成后,在30~40℃下抽真空,得混合粉体;
2)将步骤1)所得混合粉体与其余成分在混合机内混合搅拌1~3h,用三辊研磨机反复轧制2~4次,用刮板细度计检测浆料细度≤15μm,在100~150℃下烘干20~30min,在580~600℃下烧结10~20min,得所述导电浆料。
另,所述导电浆料粘度为20~40Pa·s。
同时,本发明还提供一种导电泡棉的高效生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将导电浆料通过增压泵,由喷头以雾状形式均匀喷涂在纤维布层表面,所述纤维布层的喷涂速度为10~15m/min,喷涂后的纤维布送入烘箱,在80~100℃下烘烤5~10min,得导电纤维布;
2)将热熔胶均匀涂布与步骤1)所得导电纤维布一面,形成热熔胶层,将涂有热熔胶的热熔胶的导电纤维布分别层叠设置于聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,热轧,得所述导电泡棉。
本发明的有益效果在于:
所述导电泡棉,导电纤维布采用特制导电浆料在纤维布表面喷涂形成,导电效果好,且导电浆料为无铅浆料,节能环保,所得导电泡棉具有很好的导电性,较高的屏蔽效能,优良的抗氧化性,防腐蚀性能以及较好的很好的耐磨性能价格低廉。

参照图1,本发明所述的一种导电泡棉,包括:一聚氨酯棉层1;第一、第二导电纤维布2、3,分别层叠设置于所述聚氨酯棉层1上、下表面,由纤维布层(未图示)及喷涂于所述纤维布层上、下两面的导电浆料(未图示)复合形成;热熔胶层4,涂覆于第一、第二导电纤维布2、3相对聚氨酯棉1一侧,所述第一、第二导电纤维布2、3分别通过热熔胶层4与所述聚氨酯棉层1连接。
进一步,所述纤维布层为为玻璃纤维布层、醋酸纤维布层、聚酯纤维布层或聚亚胺纤维布层。
另,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:30~50份,玻璃粉:10~20份,乙醇:5~10份,松油醇:5~10份,双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份,钛酸四乙酯5~8份,E~44型环氧树脂:10~15份,缩水甘油酯1~2份,乙醇胺2~5份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1~2份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:1~5份,甲基咪唑0.1~1份,硅烷偶联剂1~2份,抗氧剂0.1~1份。

且,所述导电浆料的配制方法包括如下步骤:
1)将导电石墨粉、玻璃粉及乙醇在球磨机中球磨混合10~20h,混合完成后,在30~40℃下抽真空,得混合粉体;
2)将步骤1)所得混合粉体与其余成分在混合机内混合搅拌1~3h,用三辊研磨机反复轧制2~4次,用刮板细度计检测浆料细度≤15μm,在100~150℃下烘干20~30min,在580~600℃下烧结10~20min,得所述导电浆料。
另,所述导电浆料粘度为20~40Pa·s。
同时,本发明还提供一种导电泡棉的高效生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将导电浆料通过增压泵,由喷头以雾状形式均匀喷涂在纤维布层表面,所述纤维布层的喷涂速度为10~15m/min,喷涂后的纤维布送入烘箱,在80~100℃下烘烤5~10min,得导电纤维布;
2)将热熔胶均匀涂布与步骤1)所得导电纤维布一面,形成热熔胶层,将涂有热熔胶的热熔胶的导电纤维布分别层叠设置于聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,热轧,得所述导电泡棉。

一聚氨酯棉层;
第一、第二导电纤维布,分别层叠设置于所述聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,由纤维布层及喷涂于所述纤维布层上、下两面的导电浆料复合形成;
热熔胶层,涂覆于第一、第二导电纤维布相对聚氨酯棉一侧,所述第一、第二导电纤维布分别通过热熔胶层与所述聚氨酯棉层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述纤维布层为为玻璃纤维布层、醋酸纤维布层、聚酯纤维布层或聚亚胺纤维布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:30~50份,玻璃粉:10~20份,乙醇:5~10份,松油醇:5~10份,双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份,钛酸四乙酯5~8份,E~44型环氧树脂:10~15份,缩水甘油酯1~2份,乙醇胺2~5份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1~2份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:1~5份,甲基咪唑0.1~1份,硅烷偶联剂1~2份,抗氧剂0.1~1份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:30~40份,玻璃粉:10~15份,乙醇:5~8份,松油醇:8~10份,双酚A型环氧树脂5~8份,钛酸四乙酯5~8份,E~44型环氧树脂:10~15份,缩水甘油酯1~2份,乙醇胺2~4份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1~2份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:1~3份,甲基咪唑0.1~0.5份,硅烷偶联剂1~2份,抗氧剂0.2~0.5份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述导电浆料包括如下重量份的成分:导电石墨粉:40份,玻璃粉:13份,乙醇:8份,松油醇:9份,双酚A型环氧树脂5份,钛酸四乙酯6份,E~44型环氧树脂:12份,缩水甘油酯2份,乙醇胺3份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑1份,丁基溶酐乙酸酯:2份,甲基咪唑0.1份,硅烷偶联剂2份,抗氧剂0.3份。
6.根据权利要求3中任一项所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述玻璃粉体为SnO-ZnO-P2O5系玻璃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述导电浆料的配制方法包括如下步骤:
将导电石墨粉、玻璃粉及乙醇在球磨机中球磨混合10~20h,混合完成后,在30~40℃下抽真空,得混合粉体;
将步骤1)所得混合粉体与其余成分在混合机内混合搅拌1~3h,用三辊研磨机反复轧制2~4次,用刮板细度计检测浆料细度≤15μm,在100~150℃下烘干20~30min,在580~600℃下烧结10~20min,得所述导电浆料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述导电浆料粘度为20~40Pa·s。
9.一种如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的导电泡棉的高效生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将导电浆料通过增压泵,由喷头以雾状形式均匀喷涂在纤维布层表面,所述纤维布层的喷涂速度为10~15m/min,喷涂后的纤维布送入烘箱,在80~100℃下烘烤5~10min,得导电纤维布;
将热熔胶均匀涂布与步骤1)所得导电纤维布一面,形成热熔胶层,将涂有热熔胶的热熔胶的导电纤维布分别层叠设置于聚氨酯棉层上、下表面,热轧,得所述导电泡棉。
