Abstract
本发明属于开炼机或压延机的辊筒结构领域,公开了一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒。该辊筒包括筒体、安装在筒体两端并带有轨道槽的端盖,以及开设在筒体上的若干个温控通孔,温控通孔通过端盖的轨道槽两两间隔相通形成两条蛇形通孔。该滚筒介质双向流动,并且布满整个辊筒表面,保证了压延机或开炼机筒体工作面的加热或冷却均匀,解决了辊温温差大,温控不均匀的问题,提高了辊筒的加热或冷却效果;该辊筒通孔数量少,结构简单,保证了辊筒有足够的机械强度和刚度;该辊筒在保证机械强度的前提下,可以改变进液管管径、通孔及介质进、出口的大小,来控制介质的流量,进而影响加热或冷却效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及开炼机或压延机的辊筒结构,特别涉及一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒。
背景技术
压延机和开炼机是橡塑产品生产过程中非常重要的设备。在生产过程中,塑料制品一般需要加热升温进行生产,橡胶制品通常需要进行冷却降温进行生产。这就需要对辊筒进行加热冷却,以保持辊温均匀性,保证产品质量;在不同的生产工艺中,需要通过控制辊温,最终达到制品所需的精度要求。因此,压延机和开炼机的辊筒工作面在工作中要求进行温控处理。
现有技术中,辊筒的温控方式大多为钻孔式或中空式;钻孔式辊筒在贴近辊筒表面一定距离沿辊筒母线钻长孔,在辊筒长孔一端钻斜孔,短斜孔用于连接长孔,长斜孔一端与长孔相连通,另一端贯穿到辊筒内腔,作为介质(热媒或冷媒)的进出,长孔和斜孔组成温控通道,每三个长孔、四个短斜孔和两个长斜孔组成一组介质进出流道,进行加热或冷却工作;中空式辊筒一般是在芯轴内部安置长管,长管上开有出液孔,热媒或冷媒由出液孔喷出,对辊筒内壁进行加热或冷却。
现有技术中的辊筒结构存在如下缺点:钻孔式辊筒斜孔数量过多,削弱筒体的强度和刚度;进出介质的温差较大,使得辊温温差也较大;钻孔需要专用设备加工,钻孔成本高,钻孔困难。中空式辊筒筒壁太厚,加热或冷却效率太低,辊筒表面温度很不均匀,温控效果差。因此,提供一种温控效果好并能保证机械强度的辊筒结构具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的开炼机或压延机辊筒结构机械强度不高、温控效果不好的问题,本发明提供了一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒,包括筒体,还包括安装在筒体两端并带有轨道槽的端盖,以及开设在筒体上的若干个温控通孔,温控通孔通过端盖的轨道槽两两间隔相通形成两条蛇形通孔;端盖的轨道槽是由奇数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向外的圆弧两两相连和偶数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向内的圆弧两两相连构成的;其中,第一个奇数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个奇数序号的圆弧接头不相连,第一个偶数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个偶数序号的圆弧接头不相连。
温控通孔和端盖的圆弧接头一一对应,温控通孔分别通过奇数序号和偶数序号的圆弧接头之间的轨道槽相互连通,形成蛇形温控通孔,介质(热媒或冷媒)由辊筒的两端的进液口流入,同时进行工作,保证了辊筒温度的一致性,可以起到很好的加热或冷却效果;蛇形温控通孔布满筒体表面,保证热媒或冷媒能够分布到整个辊筒,大大的提高了介质的温控效果。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒还包括开设在筒体轴心处的通孔、设置在通孔中的进液管及分流回流装置;分流回流装置包括第一密封件、安装在通孔中的出液管以及设置在第一密封件之间的进液管上的出液孔,温控通孔的进液口通过出液孔与分流回流装置相通,第一密封件将出液管固定在通孔内,出液管与通孔相连通。
根据实际生产需要,分流回流装置的数量可以设置一个,也可以设置数个;为了实现介质尽量多的布满辊筒,本发明可以在筒体两端分别设置一个分流回流装置,两条蛇形温控通孔的进液口通过通孔分别与分流回流装置上的出液孔相通,蛇形温控通孔的出液口通过出液管与通孔相通或直接与通孔相连通;如此可以实现介质从芯轴两端进入,保证辊筒的加热或冷却效果最好。
本发明采用第二密封件将进液管末端固定在通孔内,通孔末端设有法兰盘;进液管的末端、法兰盘和第二密封件构成一个介质进入系统;作为优选,法兰盘通过螺栓与筒体相连,法兰盘和筒体之间设有第三密封件。
作为优选,任一温控通孔的进液口也可与介质进入系统相连通。
作为优选,本发明可以在通孔末端设有一个介质进入系统,任一温控通孔的进液口也可与介质进入系统相连通,此条温控通孔的出液口通过与通孔相通的出液管相通;另外一条蛇形温控通孔的进液口仍然与分流回流装置的出液孔相通,此条温控通孔的出液口直接与通孔相连通;如此也可以保证介质同时从两端流入,双向流动,从而使辊筒加热或冷却均匀。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒还包括旋转接头,旋转接头设置在筒体的首端,并且进液管贯穿旋转接头,作用后的介质(热媒或冷媒)通过旋转接头排出。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒,其端盖与筒体之间通过螺栓连接,端盖与筒体之间设有密封圈;防止介质溢流。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒,介质双向流动,并且布满整个辊筒表面,保证了压延机或开炼机筒体工作面的加热或冷却均匀,解决了辊温温差大,加热冷却不均匀的问题,提高了辊筒的加热或冷却效果;该辊筒通孔数量少,结构简单,保证了辊筒有足够的机械强度和刚度;该辊筒在保证机械强度的前提下,可以改变进液管管径、通孔及介质进出口的大小,来控制介质的流量,进而影响加热或冷却效果。

具体实施方式
本发明旨在提供一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒,以解决现有技术中现有技术中的开炼机或压延机辊筒结构机械强度不高、温控效果不好的问题。
为了使本领域技术人员能够更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施方式和附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒,包括筒体A,还包括安装在筒体两端并带有轨道槽的端盖B,以及开设在筒体上的若干个温控通孔D,温控通孔D通过端盖B的轨道槽L两两间隔相通形成两条蛇形通孔;端盖的轨道槽L是由奇数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向外的圆弧两两相连和偶数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向内的圆弧两两相连构成的;其中,第一个奇数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个奇数序号的圆弧接头不相连,第一个偶数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个偶数序号的圆弧接头不相连。
在一种具体的实施方式中,辊筒筒体表面开设有两条蛇形温控通孔D,通孔D之间通过端盖的轨道槽L相连通,其中,端盖的圆弧接头通过圆弧轨道槽两两间隔相通,如图2、3所示,奇数序号(1-3-5-7-9-11-13-15-17-19-21-23)的圆弧接头为一组,连通成一条蛇形温控通孔,偶数序号的圆弧接头(2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24)为一组,连通成另外一条温控通孔,其中,1和23号圆弧接头不连接,2和24号圆弧接头不连接。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒还包括开设在芯轴轴心处的通孔C、设置在通孔中的进液管C1及分流回流装置;分流回流装置包括第一密封件C4-1(或C4-2)、安装在通孔中的出液管C1以及设置在第一密封件C4-1(或C4-2)之间的进液管上的出液孔C2-1(或C2-2),温控通孔的进液口E1通过出液孔C2-1(或C2-2)与分流回流装置相通,第一密封件C4-1(或C4-2)将出液管C3-1(或C3-2)固定在通孔C内,出液管C3-1(或C3-2)与通孔C相连通。
根据实际生产需要,分流回流装置的数量可以设置一个,也可以设置数个;为了实现介质尽量多的布满辊筒,在一种具体的实施方式中,如图1和图2所示,本发明在滚筒两端分别设置一个分流回流装置,两条蛇形温控通孔的进液口E1和F1通过通孔分别与分流回流装置上的出液孔C2-1和C2-2相通,蛇形温控通孔的出液口E2直接与通孔C相连通,F2通过出液管C3-1与通孔相通;如此可以实现介质从芯轴两端进入,保证辊筒的加热或冷却效果最好。
本发明采用第二密封件将进液管C1末端固定在通孔内,通孔末端设有法兰盘H;进液管的末端、法兰盘和第二密封件G构成一个介质进入系统;作为优选,法兰盘H通过螺栓I与筒体相连,法兰盘H和筒体1之间设有第三密封件J。
在一种优选的实施方式中,如图3和图4所示,本发明提供的双向温控滚筒的任一温控通孔的进液口也可与介质进入系统相连通;如果在通孔末端位置设置一个介质进入系统,任一温控通孔的进液口F1也可与介质进入系统相连通,此条温控通孔的出液口F2通过与通孔相通的出液管相通;另外一条蛇形温控通孔的进液口E1仍然与分流回流装置的出液孔相通,此条温控通孔的出液口E2直接与通孔相连通;如此也可以保证介质同时从两端流入,双向流动,从而使辊筒加热或冷却均匀。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒还包括旋转接头K,旋转接头设置在筒体的首端,并且进液管C贯穿旋转接头,作用后的介质(热媒或冷媒)通过旋转接头排出。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒,其端盖与筒体之间通过螺栓连接,端盖与筒体之间设有密封圈。
本发明提供的双向温控辊筒在工作时,介质(热媒或冷媒)由进液管进入出液或介质进入系统,然后进入与出液孔相通的蛇形通孔的进液口,或者进入和介质进入系统直接连通的蛇形通孔的进液口,通过进液口进入两条蛇形温控通孔对滚筒进行加热或者冷却,作用后的介质分别从两条蛇形温控通孔的出液口,最后通过通孔由旋转接头直接排出,或者通过进入出液管由旋转接头排出。

1.一种开炼机或压延机的双向温控辊筒,包括筒体,其特征在于:还包括安装在筒体两端带有轨道槽的端盖,以及开设在筒体上的若干个温控通孔,温控通孔通过端盖的轨道槽两两间隔相通形成两条蛇形通孔;端盖的轨道槽是由奇数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向外的圆弧两两相连和偶数序号的圆弧接头通过铣削向内的圆弧两两相连构成的;其中,第一个奇数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个奇数序号的圆弧接头不相连,第一个偶数序号的圆弧接头和最后一个偶数序号的圆弧接头不相连;特征在于:辊筒还包括开设在筒体轴心处的通孔、设置在通孔中的进液管及分流回流装置,分流回流装置包括第一密封件、安装在通孔中的出液管以及设置在第一密封件之间的进液管上的出液孔,温控通孔的进液口通过出液孔与分流回流装置相通,第一密封件将出液管固定在通孔内,出液管与通孔相连通;辊筒还包括旋转接头,旋转接头设置在筒体的首端,并且进液管贯穿旋转接头;端盖与筒体之间通过螺栓连接,端盖与筒体之间设有密封圈。
