技术领域
本发明属于食品机械技术领域。
背景技术
碳酸化过程是指在碳酸饮料生产过程中二氧化碳溶解于水的过程,这个过程是在密闭容器内完成的。汽水混合机就是混合水与CO2的设备,CO2溶于水中需要一定的作用时间,两者之间有较大的接触面积,即可缩短作用时间,又可保证水对CO2的吸收。汽水混合机通常都具有较大的的水气接触面积,并能维持气水混合时的压力。
现有的汽水混合机通常为薄膜式汽水混合罐,这种薄膜式汽水混合罐包括罐体,罐体上设置有CO2通入阀,罐体内的中心管下端与罐体外的净冷水入口相连接,中心管上端设有净水出口,该中心管由上至下套有直径逐渐增大的若干浅口的圆盘,净冷水在圆盘上形成水膜并溢流至下方的圆盘中,水膜与罐体内的CO2接触,CO2溶解于净冷水中。这种混合罐的缺点在于:CO2的溶解速度与水膜的表面积成正比关系,水膜的表面积受限于圆盘的直径,而圆盘的直径必然小于罐体的直径,而对于一些企业,限于经济原因无法购入大型的薄膜式汽水混合罐(罐体直径较大),因此需要通过增加圆盘数量来提高水膜的总表面积,而圆盘数量的增加则会导致圆盘之间的排列得较为紧凑,增加圆盘的安装难度,并且圆盘间狭小的缝隙不利于CO2的流动,CO2的溶解速度反而降低,饮料的碳酸化耗时更长。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种无需增加圆盘数量、即可提高CO2溶解速度的薄膜式碳酸化机构。
本方案中的薄膜式碳酸化机构,包括筒状的外壳,该外壳上部设置有压力表、CO2输入管,外壳的底部设置有碳酸水出口管、净冷水管,所述外壳的底部动密封配合有竖直的旋转管,该旋转管伸出外壳的管体上固定有从动齿轮,该从动齿轮啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与电机输出轴连接,旋转管置于外壳内部的管体上布置有若干圆盘,圆盘的直径由上至下逐渐增大;所述净水冷管插入旋转管内,净冷水管与旋转管之间设置有密封圈,净冷水管的上端高于旋转管的上端。
有益效果:本发明通过在净冷水管外套旋转管,而圆盘是固定在旋转管上,由主动齿轮传来的扭矩经从动齿轮、静冷水管后,使得圆盘旋转,圆盘上的净冷水在离心力的作用下从圆盘边缘处甩出,形成细小的水滴,这些水滴可以吸收外壳内的CO2,与此同时,净冷水在圆盘盘面上形成水膜,水膜可将外壳内充有的CO2吸收,这样就使得水膜和水滴同时吸收CO2,使得CO2的溶解速度逐渐提高。本发明无需增加额外的圆盘,利用圆盘旋转来提高CO2溶解速度。
进一步,所述圆盘的盘面上开有若干呈渐开线分布的分流槽,使得圆盘上多余的净冷水进入分流槽内,圆盘旋转时,净冷水则从分流槽留向圆盘边缘,形成水滴,而位于圆盘盘面其他部位(非分流槽)的净冷水则会形成水膜。
进一步,所述外壳由外筒和内筒构成双层结构,外筒由钢板焊接而成,抗冲击能力强,内筒为不锈钢胆,耐酸碱度高,内筒和外筒之间的夹层中填充有隔热材料,保证外壳内的净冷水不会因为热交换温度升高。
进一步,所述主动齿轮的轴孔与传动轴平键连接,该传动轴通过联轴器与旋转电机输出轴连接,用于传递扭矩。
进一步,CO2输入管上安装有CO2止逆阀,防止CO2倒灌。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:外壳1、压力表2、CO2输入管3、旋转管4、净冷水管5、主动齿轮6、从动齿轮7、传动轴8、碳酸水出口管9、圆盘10、分流槽11。
实施例薄膜式碳酸化机构基本如附图1、图2所示:薄膜式碳酸化机构,包括外壳1,该外壳1是由外筒和内筒构成双层圆筒结构,外筒由钢板焊接而成,内筒为不锈钢胆,内筒和外筒之间的夹层中填充有隔热材料,本实施例中的隔热材料选用气凝胶毡。
该外壳1的顶部装有压力表2,该压力表2可监测外壳1内部的气压。外壳1的上部开有CO2输入管3,该CO2输入管3外接CO2发生器,CO2输入管3上安装有CO2止逆阀。该外壳1的底部竖直贯穿有中空的旋转管4,该旋转管4与外壳1之间采用密封环进行径向密封,该旋转管4位于外壳1外的部位上键连接有从动齿轮7,该从动齿轮7与主动齿轮6啮合,主动齿轮6的轴孔与传动轴8平键连接,该传动轴8通过联轴器与旋转电机输出轴连接;该旋转管4位于外壳1内的部位上焊接有若干圆盘10,旋转管4位于所有圆盘10的中心上,这些圆盘10的直径由上至下依次增大。
净冷水管5从旋转管4的管心中插入至外壳1的内部,净冷水管5的下端外接净冷水箱,净冷水管5的上端与旋转管4的内圆通过密封圈进行密封,净冷水管5的上端高于旋转管4的上端。外壳1的底部还连接有碳酸水出口管9。
本实施例中的圆盘10结构如图2所示:该圆盘10中心为旋转管4,圆盘10的盘面上开有若干呈渐开线分布的分流槽11,该分流槽11呈弧形。
本实施例的工作过程为:CO2从CO2输入管3进入外壳1内,净冷水从净冷水管5由下至上泵入外壳1内,净冷水管5上端溢出的水流向圆盘10中,并在圆盘10的表面(除去分流槽11的其他部位)形成水膜,吸收外壳1内充有的CO2,多余的水则沿着圆盘10边缘流入下方直径更大的圆盘10上。传动轴8转动,使得主动齿轮6带动从动齿轮7旋转,从而旋转管4带动圆盘10旋转,圆盘10的导向槽内积有的净冷水则因为离心力从圆盘10边缘甩出,形成细小的水滴,这些水滴会吸收外壳1内的CO2,这样,外壳1内充满的CO2则全部被净冷水形成的水膜和水滴吸收,大大提高了CO2的溶解速度。

1.薄膜式碳酸化机构,包括筒状的外壳,该外壳上部设置有压力表、CO2输入管,外壳的底部设置有碳酸水出口管、净冷水管,其特征在于,所述外壳的底部动密封配合有竖直的旋转管,该旋转管伸出外壳的管体上固定有从动齿轮,该从动齿轮啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与电机输出轴连接,旋转管置于外壳内部的管体上布置有若干圆盘,圆盘的直径由上至下逐渐增大;所述净水冷管插入旋转管内,净冷水管与旋转管之间设置有密封圈,净冷水管的上端高于旋转管的上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜式碳酸化机构,其特征在于:所述圆盘的盘面上开有若干呈渐开线分布的分流槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄膜式碳酸化机构,其特征在于:所述外壳由外筒和内筒构成双层结构,外筒由钢板焊接而成,内筒为不锈钢胆,内筒和外筒之间的夹层中填充有隔热材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的薄膜式碳酸化机构,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮的轴孔与传动轴平键连接,该传动轴通过联轴器与旋转电机输出轴连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的薄膜式碳酸化机构,其特征在于:所述CO2输入管上安装有CO2止逆阀。
