本发明公开了一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,由内到外依次包括医疗器械本体、覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层,所述覆膜层由聚醚型聚氨酯材料缝合固定在医疗器械上构成,所述纳米涂层通过在覆膜层上均匀涂布纳米银水溶液制得,所述药物携带层通过在含有磺酸基团的苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中添加药物后分小块涂布在纳米涂层上制得。本发明是一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,采用特殊的结构构造,覆膜层为不通透的具有生物相容性的高分子材料,表面药物携带层为含有磺酸基的聚合物,可以抑制血栓的形成,降低术后并发症的发生率,携载生物活性的药物,并且能够控制药物的缓慢释放,提高治疗效果,同时,纳米涂层的存在保证了医疗器械的抗菌效果,降低医疗器械引发的细菌感染性疾病,降低病患痛苦。

本发明涉及医疗器械加工领域,具体涉及一种抗菌型介入医疗器械。
背景技术
介入医疗器械是近二十年来新兴的医疗器械技术,在减少对病人的创伤,提高疾病治疗效果方面起着非常重要的作用,但同时不可忽视的是通过医用器件产生的细菌感染性疾病已经成为临床各科室关注的重要问题之一,不仅发生率高,更重要的是,发生感染后,会引起愈合不良,甚至导致死亡,因此,在不断完善介入医疗器械的同时也要注重抗菌型医疗器械的发展应用。本发明介绍了一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,采用特殊的结构构造,覆膜层为不通透的具有生物相容性的高分子材料,表面药物携带层为含有磺酸基的聚合物,磺酸基团的存在,赋予了聚合物与肝素相同的表面特性和适当的亲水性,可以抑制血栓的形成,降低术后并发症的发生率,且该含有磺酸基团的聚合物中还含有亲脂性的主链,能够与药物达到分子水平相容,所以该介入医疗器械的含有磺酸基团的聚合物涂层还能够携载生物活性的药物,并且能够控制药物的缓慢释放,提高治疗效果,同时,纳米涂层的存在保证了医疗器械的抗菌效果,降低医疗器械引发的细菌感染性疾病,降低病患痛苦。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌型介入医疗器械。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,由内到外依次包括医疗器械本体、覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层,所述覆膜层由聚醚型聚氨酯材料缝合固定在医疗器械上构成,所述纳米涂层通过在覆膜层上均匀涂布纳米银水溶液制得,所述药物携带层通过在含有磺酸基团的苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中添加药物后分小块涂布在纳米涂层上制得,所述覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层的厚度均为0.6~0.8mm。
优选的,所述纳米银水溶液通过将亲水性纳米银颗粒超声分散在水中制得,所述纳米银水溶液中纳米银的质量百分含量为5%~15%。
优选的,所述药物包括抗增生、抗炎和/或抗血栓形成的药物,所述介入医疗器械包括人体管腔支架以及用于胆道、食道或尿道管腔内的医疗器械。
有益效果是:本发明是一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,采用特殊的结构构造,覆膜层为不通透的具有生物相容性的高分子材料,表面药物携带层为含有磺酸基的聚合物,磺酸基团的存在,赋予了聚合物与肝素相同的表面特性和适当的亲水性,可以抑制血栓的形成,降低术后并发症的发生率,且该含有磺酸基团的聚合物中还含有亲脂性的主链,能够与药物达到分子水平相容,所以该介入医疗器械的含有磺酸基团的聚合物涂层还能够携载生物活性的药物,并且能够控制药物的缓慢释放,提高治疗效果,同时,纳米涂层的存在保证了医疗器械的抗菌效果,降低医疗器械引发的细菌感染性疾病,降低病患痛苦。

下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
本发明一种抗菌型介入医疗器械的具体实施方式:一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,由内到外依次包括医疗器械本体、覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层,所述覆膜层由聚醚型聚氨酯材料缝合固定在医疗器械上构成,所述纳米涂层通过在覆膜层上均匀涂布纳米银水溶液制得,所述药物携带层通过在含有磺酸基团的苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中添加药物后分小块涂布在纳米涂层上制得,所述覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层的厚度均为0.6~0.8mm。所述纳米银水溶液通过将亲水性纳米银颗粒超声分散在水中制得,所述纳米银水溶液中纳米银的质量百分含量为5%~15%。所述药物包括抗增生、抗炎和/或抗血栓形成的药物,所述介入医疗器械包括人体管腔支架以及用于胆道、食道或尿道管腔内的医疗器械。
经过上述工艺步骤后,得到的一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,其采用特殊的结构构造,覆膜层为不通透的具有生物相容性的高分子材料,表面药物携带层为含有磺酸基的聚合物,磺酸基团的存在,赋予了聚合物与肝素相同的表面特性和适当的亲水性,可以抑制血栓的形成,降低术后并发症的发生率,且该含有磺酸基团的聚合物中还含有亲脂性的主链,能够与药物达到分子水平相容,所以该介入医疗器械的含有磺酸基团的聚合物涂层还能够携载生物活性的药物,并且能够控制药物的缓慢释放,提高治疗效果,同时,纳米涂层的存在保证了医疗器械的抗菌效果,降低医疗器械引发的细菌感染性疾病,降低病患痛苦。

1.一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,其特征在于,由内到外依次包括医疗器械本体、覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层,所述覆膜层由聚醚型聚氨酯材料缝合固定在医疗器械上构成,所述纳米涂层通过在覆膜层上均匀涂布纳米银水溶液制得,所述药物携带层通过在含有磺酸基团的苯乙烯-异丁烯二嵌段或三嵌段共聚物中添加药物后分小块涂布在纳米涂层上制得,所述覆膜层、纳米涂层和药物携带层的厚度均为0.6~0.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,其特征在于:所述纳米银水溶液通过将亲水性纳米银颗粒超声分散在水中制得,所述纳米银水溶液中纳米银的质量百分含量为5%~15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型介入医疗器械,其特征在于:所述药物包括抗增生、抗炎和/或抗血栓形成的药物,所述介入医疗器械包括人体管腔支架以及用于胆道、食道或尿道管腔内的医疗器械。
