本发明提供一种商用车用离合器从动盘,扩大了适于其有效工作的载荷工况范围,有利于避免传动系共振,降低汽车在行驶和怠速时传动系的扭振和噪声。一种商用车用离合器从动盘,包括盘毂、减振盘、从动片和阻尼片,减振盘和从动片沿圆周方向交替设有多个一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口,一级弹簧窗口内安装有一级减振弹簧,二级弹簧窗口内安装有二级减振弹簧,一级减振弹簧两端分别与一级弹簧窗口相接触,二级减振弹簧两端与二级弹簧窗口之间设有正向扭转间隙和反向扭转间隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一直离合器从动盘,本发明具体涉及一种商用车用离合器从动盘。
背景技术
目前,大多离合器从动盘扭转主减振都采用线性特性的扭转减振器,结构较简单,只能在一种载荷工况(通常为发动机最大转矩)下有效的工作。
发明内容
本发明的要解决的技术问题是提供一种商用车用离合器从动盘,扩大了适于其有效工作的载荷工况范围,有利于避免传动系共振,降低汽车在行驶和怠速时传动系的扭振和噪声。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种商用车用离合器从动盘,包括盘毂、减振盘、从动片和阻尼片,减振盘和从动片沿圆周方向交替设有多个一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口,一级弹簧窗口内安装有一级减振弹簧,二级弹簧窗口内安装有二级减振弹簧,一级减振弹簧两端分别与一级弹簧窗口相接触,二级减振弹簧两端与二级弹簧窗口之间设有正向扭转间隙和反向扭转间隙。
所述商用车用离合器从动盘优选方案,盘毂包括固定连接的内盘毂和外盘毂,从动片转动设置在外盘毂外周。
所述商用车用离合器从动盘优选方案,减振盘包括上减振盘和下减振盘,外盘毂与上减振盘和下减振盘通过减振盘铆钉刚性连接。
所述商用车用离合器从动盘优选方案,其还包括有多个扭转减振限位块8,扭转减振限位块8数目与一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口数目总和一致,且位于一级弹簧窗口及二级弹簧窗口内侧,且与上减振盘和下减振盘连接。
所述商用车用离合器从动盘优选方案,一级弹簧窗口数目为三个,二级弹簧窗口数目为三个,且二级弹簧窗口沿圆周方向长度大于一级弹簧窗口沿圆周方向长度。
本发明有益效果:
具有一级减振弹簧和二级减振弹簧,扩大了适于其有效工作的载荷工况范围;工作时只有一级减振弹簧工作,扭转刚度小,有利于避免传动系共振,降低汽车在行驶和怠速时传动系的扭振和噪声。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,下述仅是示例性的不限定本发明的保护范围。
一种商用车用离合器从动盘,包括盘毂、减振盘、从动片1和阻尼片5,盘毂包括固定连接的内盘毂7和外盘毂4,从动片1转动设置在外盘毂4外周;减振盘包括上减振盘2和下减振盘3,外盘毂4与上减振盘2和下减振盘3通过减振盘铆钉6刚性连接;上减振盘2、下减振盘3和从动片1沿圆周方向交替设有三个一级弹簧窗口11和三个二级弹簧窗口12,且二级弹簧窗口12沿圆周方向长度大于一级弹簧窗口11沿圆周方向长度,一级弹簧窗口11内安装有一级减振弹簧9,二级弹簧窗口12内安装有二级减振弹簧10,这样使从动片1与上减振盘2和下减振盘3之间实现了弹性连接,一级减振弹簧9两端分别与一级弹簧窗口11相接触,二级减振弹簧10两端与二级弹簧窗口12之间设有正向扭转间隙和反向扭转间隙,正向扭转间隙大于反向扭转间隙,以扩大适于其有效工作的正向扭转载荷工况范围。
本实施例还包括有6个扭转减振限位块8,其扭转减振限位块8数目与一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口数目总和一致,且位于一级弹簧窗口11及二级弹簧窗口12内侧,且与上减振盘2和下减振盘3连接。
当扭转减振起作用的时候,即从动片1相对于外盘毂4开始转动、一级减振弹簧9被压缩,从动片1与二级减振弹簧10之间预留的正向扭转间隙或反向扭转间隙逐渐变小,这个阶段整个扭转减振只有一级减振弹簧9在工作,扭转刚度小,有利于避免传动系共振,降低汽车在行驶和怠速时传动系的扭振和噪声;当扭矩继续增加,直至预留的正向扭转间隙或反向扭转间隙消失后,此时二级减振弹簧10开始被压缩,整个扭转减振器扭转刚度达到最大,这个阶段适于在发动机最大转矩下有效工作。

Claims (6)

1.一种商用车用离合器从动盘,包括盘毂、减振盘、从动片和阻尼片,其特征在于:减振盘和从动片沿圆周方向交替设有多个一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口,一级弹簧窗口内安装有一级减振弹簧,二级弹簧窗口内安装有二级减振弹簧,一级减振弹簧两端分别与一级弹簧窗口相接触,二级减振弹簧两端与二级弹簧窗口之间设有正向扭转间隙和反向扭转间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述商用车用离合器从动盘,其特征在于:正向扭转间隙大于反向扭转间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述商用车用离合器从动盘,其特征在于:盘毂包括固定连接的内盘毂和外盘毂,从动片转动设置在外盘毂外周。
4.根据权利要求2所述商用车用离合器从动盘,其特征在于:减振盘包括上减振盘和下减振盘,外盘毂与上减振盘和下减振盘通过减振盘铆钉刚性连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述商用车用离合器从动盘,其特征在于:其还包括有多个扭转减振限位块,扭转减振限位块数目与一级弹簧窗口和二级弹簧窗口数目总和一致,且位于一级弹簧窗口及二级弹簧窗口内侧,且与上减振盘和下减振盘连接。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述商用车用离合器从动盘,其特征在于:一级弹簧窗口数目为三个,二级弹簧窗口数目为三个,且二级弹簧窗口沿圆周方向长度大于一级弹簧窗口沿圆周方向长度。
