Abstract
本发明提供了一种咪唑类离子液体对苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将氯化1‑丁基‑3‑甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;(2)将苎麻织物放入26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1‑丁基‑3‑甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率100%‑120%;(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至100ºC‑120ºC,保温3h;(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。该整理方法简单易行,整理后的苎麻织物具有良好的抗刺痒感,同时也保留了苎麻织物原有的优良特性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品染整技术领域,尤其是一种咪唑类离子液体对苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理方法。
背景技术
苎麻是我国特有的纤维原料,又被称为“中国草”,拥有悠久灿烂的历史。苎麻纤维是一种天然纤维素纤维,透气性好,吸湿放湿性好,穿着具有凉爽感,特别适合作为夏装面料。脱胶后的苎麻纤维具有丝一般的光泽,其织物具有挺括、凉爽、透气、轻盈、抗菌、保健等优点,因此苎麻织物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
但是,苎麻纤维刚度大、硬而挺,纺纱过程中纤维抱合力差,纱线结构松散,毛羽较多,所成织物穿着时会产生刺痒感。苎麻织物的这种令人不适的刺痒感极大的限制了苎麻织物在服用领域的开发利用。
目前,消除苎麻织物刺痒感的主要方法是纤维素酶整理和树脂覆盖整理。苎麻纤维素酶可以使苎麻纤维表面微纤溶解弱化,由表及里逐层剥离,有利于降低纤维刚度,改善手感和消除刺痒感,但是,通常也容易使织物的强力降低。树脂覆盖整理是将聚氨酯等高聚物覆盖在苎麻纤维表面,使纤维表面的微纤不能接触人体皮肤,从而消除刺痒感,但是该方法也使织物丧失了苎麻纤维的优良特性和亲肤感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种咪唑类离子液体对苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理方法,该整理方法从苎麻织物刺痒感产生的机理出发,采用氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑作为纤维素溶剂,对苎麻纤维表面进行微溶解,使产生刺痒感的微纤在苎麻纤维表面形成纤维素浓溶液,再通过凝固浴重新在苎麻纤维表面形成再生纤维素薄膜。该整理方法简单易行,成本低廉,整理后的苎麻织物具有良好的抗刺痒感,同时也保留了苎麻织物原有的优良特性。
本发明所述的一种咪唑类离子液体对苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理方法,通过下列步骤实现:(1)将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;(2)将苎麻织物放入26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率100%-120%;(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至100ºC-120ºC,保温3h;(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。
本发明的有益效果在于,(1)天然苎麻纤维分子量较大,一般大于1000000,并且氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑对苎麻织物进行浸渍处理,温度较低,因此只能对苎麻纤维表面的部分纤维素和微纤进行溶解,实现抗刺痒感效果,同时不会损伤苎麻纤维内部,不会造成纤维及织物物理机械性能的降低;(2)在苎麻织物表面部分溶解的纤维素形成纤维素浓溶液在凝固浴中重新凝固形成再生纤维素薄膜,起到覆盖苎麻纤维表面的作用,进一步提高抗刺痒感整理效果,同时不会改变苎麻纤维表面性能。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
(1)将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;
(2)将10g苎麻织物放入100mL的26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;
(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率120%;
(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至100ºC,保温3h;
(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水(乙醇与水的体积比为1:1)溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。
实施例2
(1)将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;
(2)将5g苎麻织物放入100mL的26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;
(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率110%;
(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至120ºC,保温3h;
(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水(乙醇与水的体积比为2:1)溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。
实施例3
(1)将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;
(2)将10g苎麻织物放入100mL的26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;
(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率100%;
(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至110ºC,保温3h;
(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水(乙醇与水的体积比为1:2)溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

1.一种咪唑类离子液体对苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑加热至90ºC;
(2)将苎麻织物放入26%(w/w)氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍1min,水洗、烘干;
(3)将预处理的苎麻织物多次浸轧氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溶液,轧余率100%-120%;
(4)将浸轧后的苎麻织物加热至100ºC-120ºC,保温3h;
(5)取出苎麻织物,放入乙醇/水溶液中凝固20min,然后水洗、烘干。
