Abstract
本发明公开了一种锅炉管防护涂层,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:30-45%,Cr:15-20%,Ti:5-8%,Al:1-3%,Si:5-10%,Fe:6-10%,Mo:12-16%,Cu:1-3%,B:0.5-1%,Nb:0.5-1%,余量为不可避免的杂质。本发明公开的锅炉管防护涂层具有较高的耐腐蚀磨损能力,与基体结合力强,可有效地延长锅炉管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锅炉管防护涂层。
背景技术
锅炉管使用时经常处于高温和高压条件,管子在高温烟气和水蒸气的作用下会发生磨损和腐蚀,造成的生产危害和经济损失十分大。腐蚀和磨损发生的主要原因是高温下锅炉中沸腾的高硬度粒子对管壁高速冲刷,同时燃烧产生的SO2等有毒气体对管壁有强烈的腐蚀作用,此外腐蚀产生的FeS在高温下硬度很低,加剧了管壁的磨损。因此在工程应用中,就需要对锅炉管道采取一定的防护措施,以降低其磨损和腐蚀速度,提高管道使用年限,降低总成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锅炉管防护涂层,以提高锅炉管的耐腐蚀磨损能力。
该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:30-45%,Cr:15-20%,Ti:5-8%,Al:1-3%,Si:5-10%,Fe:6-10%,Mo:12-16%,Cu:1-3%,B:0.5-1%,Nb:0.5-1%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
优选地,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:40-42%,Cr:18-20%,Ti:6-7%,Al:1-2%,Si:8-9%,Fe:8-10%,Mo:14-15%,Cu:1-2%,B:0.5-0.8%,Nb:0.5-0.8%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
更优选地,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:40%,Cr:18%,Ti:6%,Al:1%,Si:8%,Fe:9%,Mo:14%,Cu:2%,B:0.5%,Nb:0.5%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
上述锅炉管防护涂层采用等离子喷涂工艺喷涂,电压设为50-60V,电流为450-550-A,主气压为0.6Mpa,次气压为0.5Mpa,送分量为10g/min,喷涂距离为100mm,喷涂制成的涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:1)该涂层材料具有优异的抗氧化、氮化、硫化能力;2)采用等离子喷涂工艺,增强了本发明中涂层材料与基体的结合力,并且涂层的厚度较薄;3)该涂层的使用寿命强,继而增强了锅炉管的使用寿命,节约了成本。

实施例一
一种锅炉管防护涂层,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:40%,Cr:18%,Ti:6%,Al:1%,Si:8%,Fe:9%,Mo:14%,Cu:2%,B:0.5%,Nb:0.5%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
实施例二
一种锅炉管防护涂层,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:35%,Cr:20%,Ti:8%,Al:2%,Si:8%,Fe:7%,Mo:13%,Cu:1%,B:0.5%,Nb:0.5%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
实施例三
一种锅炉管防护涂层,该涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:42%,Cr:16%,Ti:7%,Al:2%,Si:6%,Fe:8%,Mo:12%,Cu:1%,B:1%,Nb:0.5%,余量为不可避免的杂质。

1.一种锅炉管防护涂层,其特征在于,所述的涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:30-45%,Cr:15-20%,Ti:5-8%,Al:1-3%,Si:5-10%,Fe:6-10%,Mo:12-16%,Cu:1-3%,B:0.5-1%,Nb:0.5-1%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的锅炉管防护涂层,其特征在于,采用等离子喷涂工艺喷涂,电压设为50-60V,电流为450-550-A,主气压为0.6Mpa,次气压为0.5Mpa,送分量为10g/min,喷涂距离为100mm。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的锅炉管防护涂层,其特征在于,所述的涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:40-42%,Cr:18-20%,Ti:6-7%,Al:1-2%,Si:8-9%,Fe:8-10%,Mo:14-15%,Cu:1-2%,B:0.5-0.8%,Nb:0.5-0.8%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的锅炉管防护涂层,其特征在于,所述的涂层材料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:Ni:40%,Cr:18%,Ti:6%,Al:1%,Si:8%,Fe:9%,Mo:14%,Cu:2%,B:0.5%,Nb:0.5%,余量为不可避免的杂质。
