Abstract
具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,包括胎面花纹,所述胎面花纹包括沿轴向设置的花纹沟和花纹块,花纹块设置多个刀槽花纹,所述刀槽花纹的中部宽度A小于端部宽度a,中部深度H大于端部深度h。本发明将轮胎胎面的细小刀槽花纹设计为宽度及深度同时变化的细小刀槽,中间部分刀槽较细且较深,用以提高轮胎的牵引性能,而两端宽度则较浅且逐渐加宽,用来帮助钢片快速脱模,且防止轮胎沿刀槽方向撕裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及充气轮胎领域,具体涉及一种具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎。
背景技术
充气轮胎的胎面部分通常有刀槽花纹,刀槽花纹是一种宽度大约在胎面宽度的约0.1%到1%的花纹沟。胎面上刀槽花纹的存在增加了胎面上咬合边的数量,在每个咬合边上的局部高压提高了胎面的清扫和抓地作用。刀槽花纹在不破坏其刚性的同时可改善胎面的柔性。刀槽花纹一般通过将钢制刀片插入铸件或机制模具或胎面环状体内而形成。然而由于刀槽花纹一般很细,钢制刀片很薄,不易从胎面中抽出,易存在折断在胎面中的风险,另一方面,由于细小的花纹刀槽在行驶过程中容易沿着细小刀槽撕裂,导致轮胎性能受损,影响轮胎使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,能够帮助钢片快速脱模,且防止轮胎沿刀槽方向撕裂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,包括胎面花纹,所述胎面花纹包括沿轴向设置的花纹沟和花纹块,花纹块设置多个刀槽花纹,所述刀槽花纹的中部宽度A小于端部宽度a,中部深度H大于端部深度h。
所述刀槽花纹的胎面形状为V型、S型、T型或Z型。
所述刀槽花纹的长度为50~100mm。
所述中部宽度A的范围为0.5~3mm,中部深度H的范围为3~15mm。
所述端部宽度a比中部宽度A宽0.5~2mm,中部深度H比端部深度h深3~10mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将轮胎胎面的细小刀槽花纹设计为宽度及深度同时变化的细小刀槽,中间部分刀槽较细且较深,用以提高轮胎的牵引性能,而两端宽度则较浅且逐渐加宽,用来帮助钢片快速脱模,且防止轮胎沿刀槽方向撕裂。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,包括胎面花纹,胎面花纹包括沿轴向设置的花纹沟和花纹块,花纹块设置多个刀槽花纹,刀槽花纹的宽度由中间向两端逐渐加宽,刀槽花纹的深度由中间向两端逐渐变浅即中部宽度A小于端部宽度a,中部深度H大于端部深度h,刀槽花纹的长度为50~100mm,随胎面设计变化而变化;刀槽花纹中部宽度及深度根据轮胎规格及具体使用条件而定,中部宽度A的范围为0.5~3mm,中部深度H的范围为3~15mm,端部宽度a比中部宽度A宽0.5~2mm,中部深度H比端部深度h深3~10mm。
如图2所示,刀槽花纹的胎面形状不局限于V形,同时可以为S形,T形,Z形或其他不规则形状,可用于胎面的任意部分。
本发明专利在保留一般刀槽花纹能力的同时,对刀槽花纹两端宽度及深度进行调整,使轮胎硫化后能够保证钢片顺利从胎面中抽出,并且可以防止轮胎形式过程中胎面沿钢片方向撕裂,从而更好的提高轮胎的加工及使用性能。

1.具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,包括胎面花纹,所述胎面花纹包括沿轴向设置的花纹沟和花纹块,花纹块设置多个刀槽花纹,其特征在于:所述刀槽花纹的中部宽度A小于端部宽度a,中部深度H大于端部深度h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,其特征在于:所述刀槽花纹的胎面形状为V型、S型、T型或Z型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,其特征在于:所述刀槽花纹的长度为50~100mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,其特征在于:所述中部宽度A的范围为0.5~3mm,中部深度H的范围为3~15mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具有细小刀槽花纹的轮胎,其特征在于:所述端部宽度a比中部宽度A宽0.5~2mm,中部深度H比端部深度h深3~10mm。
