技术领域
本发明涉及领域,特别是一种无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法。
背景技术
胶贴是人们日常生活中常用的物品,它可以粘贴在墙上用于悬挂物品,然而普通塑胶材质和采用常规加工方式制作的胶贴具有承重量小,所用的制作材料不环保,遇水易脱落,多为一次性用品,不能重复使用,一旦在使用时沾上污物或者灰尘都会丧失粘贴能力,造成严重的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
a、选料,选取整块的硅胶原料备用;
b、混炼,将步骤a中选好的整块硅胶原料放入混炼机内混炼至软化,然后向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,然后再依次加入架桥剂(硫化剂)和色胶继续混炼,混炼完成后从混炼机中取出混合物比用;
c、压制成型,取部分步骤c中混炼完成的混合物,将该混合物涂布在PET胶片的上表面上并放入压延机内,通过压延机压制成双层复合片状结构;
d、烘烤定型,将步骤c压制成的双层复合片状结构放入隧道炉内烘烤定型;
e、复膜,将步骤d中烘烤定型的双层复合片状结构放入复膜机内并在硅胶片的表面上复上PE保护膜;
f、收卷分切,将步骤e中复有PE保护膜的双层复合片状结构卷成卷,然后通过切卷机分切成指定长度的圆柱形段;
g、冲压成型,将步骤f中分切好的每段结构进行开料处理并放入模切机内冲压成指定形状的自粘胶贴。
所述步骤a中选取的整块的硅胶原料是KT50度硅胶原料。
所述步骤b中向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,混炼的时间为15分钟。
所述步骤b中依次加入架桥剂和色胶继续混炼,混炼的时间为5分钟。
所述步骤d中的隧道炉为前中后三节结构。
所述隧道炉中每节结构的温度都不相同,所述前中后三节结构内的温度依次为170±10℃、185±10℃和185±10℃。
所述步骤d中隧道炉内烘烤定型的时间为3分钟。
所述步骤g中开料处理是指将e中的圆柱形料分切为指定尺寸的片材。
所述步骤b中的骆驼粉添加量为300g/kg,色胶的添加量为7.0g/kg,架桥剂的添加量为12g/kg。
所述步骤b中加入架桥剂的时间为硅胶原料开始混炼后90±5秒。
利用本发明所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法制得的胶贴,制作材料环保,自粘底胶面与墙壁等光滑面通过物理静电吸附原理来粘贴,方便简单,而且使用后不留痕迹,承重量大、防水防污、可以重复使用,用途广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1所示,一种无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:a、选料,选取整块的硅胶原料备用;b、混炼,将步骤a中选好的整块硅胶原料放入混炼机内混炼至软化,然后向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,然后再依次加入架桥剂(硫化剂)和色胶继续混炼,混炼完成后从混炼机中取出混合物比用;c、压制成型,取部分步骤c中混炼完成的混合物,将该混合物涂布在PET胶片的上表面上并放入压延机内,通过压延机压制成双层复合片状结构;d、烘烤定型,将步骤c压制成的双层复合片状结构放入隧道炉内烘烤定型;e、复膜,将步骤d中烘烤定型的双层复合片状结构放入复膜机内并在硅胶片的表面上复上PE保护膜;f、收卷分切,将步骤e中复有PE保护膜的双层复合片状结构卷成卷,然后通过切卷机分切成指定长度的圆柱形段;g、冲压成型,将步骤f中分切好的每段结构进行开料处理并放入模切机内冲压成指定形状的自粘胶贴。其中,所述步骤a中选取的整块的硅胶原料是KT50度硅胶原料;所述步骤b中向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,混炼的时间为15分钟;所述步骤b中依次加入架桥剂和色胶继续混炼,混炼的时间为5分钟;所述步骤d中的隧道炉为前中后三节结构;所述隧道炉中每节结构的温度都不相同,所述前中后三节结构内的温度依次为170±10℃、185±10℃和185±10℃;所述步骤d中隧道炉内烘烤定型的时间为3分钟;所述步骤g中开料处理是指将e中的圆柱形料分切为指定尺寸的片材;所述步骤b中的骆驼粉添加量为300g/kg,色胶的添加量为7.0g/kg,架桥剂的添加量为12g/kg;所述步骤b中加入架桥剂的时间为硅胶原料开始混炼后90±5秒。
本技术方案的特点是利用全新的方法利用硅胶来制造粘贴结构,将硅胶与PET胶片烘压制成双层复合结构,结构牢靠;本结构可采用物理静电吸附的方式与光滑的平面连接,可循环使用,克服了普通粘胶受潮或者沾有污物后丧失粘贴能力的难题。
在本技术方案中,硅胶片的制备过程为:选取硅胶原料并加入混炼机内混炼至软化,然后向软化的硅胶原料内加入骆驼粉一起混炼,再向混炼机内依次放入架桥剂(即硫化剂)、色胶一起混炼,混炼完成后的取出混合物质备用。将混炼后的混合物质涂布于PET胶片的上表面上,然后一起经过压延机压制成大块的双层片状结构,然后一起送入设置有隧道炉烘烤定型,最后将定型好的样品经过复膜机在硅胶片的上表面上PE保护膜完成复膜。
在本技术方案中,PET胶片是为了增加硅胶片的硬度并且PET胶片本身耐湿、耐高温,有很好的隔潮隔热的作用,适合比较复杂的使用环境。硅胶片为主要粘贴层,硅胶属于环保材料,且吸附力强,只要是光滑壁面都可以物理静电自粘,十分方便。PE保护膜是为了保护硅胶片(主要层)不被生产、包装、运输等过程中弄脏而影响粘力。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
a、选料,选取整块的硅胶原料备用;
b、混炼,将步骤a中选好的整块硅胶原料放入混炼机内混炼至软化,然后向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,然后再依次加入架桥剂(硫化剂)和色胶继续混炼,混炼完成后从混炼机中取出混合物比用;
c、压制成型,取部分步骤c中混炼完成的混合物,将该混合物涂布在PET胶片的上表面上并放入压延机内,通过压延机压制成双层复合片状结构;
d、烘烤定型,将步骤c压制成的双层复合片状结构放入隧道炉内烘烤定型;
e、复膜,将步骤d中烘烤定型的双层复合片状结构放入复膜机内并在硅胶片的表面上复上PE保护膜;
f、收卷分切,将步骤e中复有PE保护膜的双层复合片状结构卷成卷,然后通过切卷机分切成指定长度的圆柱形段;
g、冲压成型,将步骤f中分切好的每段结构进行开料处理并放入模切机内冲压成指定形状的自粘胶贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中选取的整块的硅胶原料是KT50度硅胶原料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中向软化的硅胶原料中加入骆驼粉继续混炼,混炼的时间为15分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中依次加入架桥剂和色胶继续混炼,混炼的时间为5分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中的隧道炉为前中后三节结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述隧道炉中每节结构的温度都不相同,所述前中后三节结构内的温度依次为170±10℃、185±10℃和185±10℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中隧道炉内烘烤定型的时间为3分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤g中开料处理是指将e中的圆柱形料分切为指定尺寸的片材。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的骆驼粉添加量为300g/kg,色胶的添加量为7.0g/kg,架桥剂的添加量为12g/kg。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无痕自粘胶贴的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中加入架桥剂的时间为硅胶原料开始混炼后90±5秒。
