透骨草，祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血止痛、解毒化疹。
七叶一枝花，具有清热解毒，消肿止痛的功效。
乌梢蛇，祛风湿，通经络，熄风止痉，止痒解毒。
西河柳，有疏风、解表、透疹、解毒的功效。
木通，利水、清热、通乳。
荆芥穗，性辛，微温，归肺、肝经，有解表散风，透疹的功效。
延胡索，活血；散瘀；理气；止痛。
火麻仁，润肠通便、润燥杀虫。
徐长卿，祛风化湿，止痛止痒。
石韦，利尿通淋，清热止血。
忍冬藤，具有清热解毒，疏风通络的疗效。
地龙，具有清热定惊，痛经活络的功效。
骨碎补，补肾强骨；活血止痛。
博落回，祛风解毒，行气消肿，杀虫。
大血藤，具有清热解毒，活血通络，祛风止痉的作用。
地榆炭，凉血止血，解毒敛疮。
白头翁，有清热解毒、凉血止痢、燥湿杀虫的功效。
附片，温补脾肾，散寒止痛。
荜澄茄，祛风散寒、理气止痛。
合欢皮，解郁，和血，宁心，消痈肿。
红藤，通经活络、散瘀止痛、理气行血、杀虫。
乌药，行气止痛，温肾散寒。
附子，回阳救逆，补火助阳，散寒止痛。
僵蚕，祛风解痉，化痰散结。
全蝎，祛风止痉；通络止痛。
全方配伍，共奏散瘀止痛、通经活络、补肾强骨、舒筋活血之功效，对脊髓损伤疗效显著，值得临床上进一步推广使用。
临床资料
1、病例选择：
选择确诊的脊髓损伤患者196例临床观察，病人随机分成治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组100例，其中男性47例，女性53例，年龄28～61岁，平均病程2年；对照组96例，其中男性46例，女性50例，年龄27～60岁，平均病程2年。治疗组和对照组两组病例的病程、症状轻重程度基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性。
2、药物选择：
治疗组服用本发明中药汤剂，每日1剂，分早晚服用；12天为1个疗程，3～4个疗程即可痊愈，病情严重者遵医嘱酌增用量。
对照组服用盐酸替扎尼定片，病人初次使用宜有2～4周的剂量调整期。开始用量每次2～4mg，6～8小时1次，因本品口服有较强的首过效应，使用时应注意剂量个体化。
3、疗效判定：
(1)治愈：主要症状全部消失，身体恢复如常。
(2)显效：主要症状明显缓解，身体明显好转。
(3)有效：主要症状有所缓解，身体好有所转。
(4)无效：通过治疗后主要症状无减轻或加重。
4、结果：
选用本发明中药汤剂的治疗组中，治愈62例，显效22例，有效15例，无效1例，治愈率62％，总有效率99％。
对照组中治愈28例，显效12例，有效20例，无效36例，治愈率29.2％，总有效率62.5％。
治疗结果显示，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组。
典型病例
宋某，男，23岁。体操运动员，在项目训练中造成脊髓损伤，医院确诊。受损部位以下有知觉，但不能站立，不能独立翻身疼痛。服用西药，有所缓解，但效果不明显。使用本发明药物1个疗程后，疼痛症状减轻，可以自主翻身。使用2个疗程后，疼痛完全消失，可以辅助站立。使用3个疗程后，可以独立站立，损伤部位完全恢复。使用至今，未出现复发症状。现已经可以完全正常生活。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
辛夷10、苍耳子10、佛手12、小蓟9、杜仲5、紫菀8、海藻12、络石藤12、金银花6、龙胆草7、使君子8、紫苏梗15、透骨草15、七叶一枝花15、乌梢蛇12、西河柳15、木通15、荆芥穗3、延胡索15、火麻仁16、徐长卿6、石韦10、忍冬藤15、地龙5、骨碎补7、博落回12、大血藤9、地榆炭10、白头翁7、附片9、荜澄茄8、合欢皮5、红藤10、乌药8、附子9、僵蚕10、全蝎10。
制备方法如下：
(1)按照上述重量份配比将辛夷、苍耳子、佛手、小蓟、杜仲、紫菀、海藻、络石藤、金银花、龙胆草、使君子、紫苏梗、透骨草、七叶一枝花、乌梢蛇、西河柳、木通、荆芥穗、延胡索、火麻仁、徐长卿、石韦、忍冬藤、地龙、骨碎补、博落回、大血藤、地榆炭、白头翁、附片、荜澄茄、合欢皮、红藤、乌药、附子、僵蚕、全蝎混合均匀得到混合物，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：8的比例混合，在水中浸泡60分钟。
(2)将所述步骤(1)中的混合物及水煎煮120分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣。
(3)将所述步骤(2)中所得滤渣与水按照重量比1：6的比例混合，再煎煮100分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合，获得药物的汤剂。

按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
辛夷4、苍耳子11、佛手9、小蓟18、杜仲2、紫菀6、海藻7、络石藤15、金银花10、龙胆草5、使君子10、紫苏梗10、透骨草20、七叶一枝花10、乌梢蛇10、西河柳20、木通10、荆芥穗3、延胡索20、火麻仁10、徐长卿5、石韦16、忍冬藤10、地龙10、骨碎补5、博落回10、大血藤15、地榆炭8、白头翁5、附片11、荜澄茄14、合欢皮3、红藤6、乌药5、附子16、僵蚕17、全蝎7。

1.一种治疗脊髓损伤的中药汤剂，其特征在于它是由以下重量份的中药原料制成：辛夷4-13、苍耳子5-11、佛手9-14、小蓟7-18、杜仲2-15、紫菀6-17、海藻7-14、络石藤10-15、金银花5-10、龙胆草5-10、使君子5-10、紫苏梗10-20、透骨草10-20、七叶一枝花10-20、乌梢蛇10-20、西河柳10-20、木通10-20、荆芥穗3-5、延胡索10-20、火麻仁10-20、徐长卿5-10、石韦7-16、忍冬藤10-20、地龙3-10、骨碎补5-15、博落回10-15、大血藤5-15、地榆炭8-15、白头翁5-10、附片7-11、荜澄茄6-14、合欢皮3-17、红藤6-18、乌药5-17、附子5-16、僵蚕6-17、全蝎7-14。
