本发明公开了一种电线剥线冲单机械装置,包括支架、主动轴、从动轴、主动轮、从动轮和输线机构,主动轴和从动轴分别连接主动轮和从动轮,主动轮和从动轮上设置有传送带,传送带上设置有多个置线槽,每个置线槽上等距离分布有若干个固线块,支架底部上设置有滚道,主动轮和从动轮放置在滚道上,支架上靠近从动轮的位置上设置有一空腔,空腔内设置有一滑块a,滑块a终端连接从动轴,滑块a内置有弹簧,弹簧连接滑块a始端的挤压块,支架上还设置有一滑动导轨,滑动导轨上活动安装有滑块b,滑块b内设有一输线机构。本发明结构简单,微调旋钮的设置能够实现不同规格产品的剥线冲单作业,通用性好,成本投入低,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种电线的作业机械技术领域,尤其涉及了一种电线剥线冲单机械装置。
背景技术
在电线的生产加工过程中,电线的剥线和冲单是一项重要的工序,所谓剥线冲单就是将电线线头处的包皮剥掉,然后在剥线后的线头上包上铝片或者铜片接头,传统的剥线和冲单是分两道工序完成的,即先在剥线机上进行剥线,再将剥线完成的电线在冲单机上进行冲单,由于这种方法工作效率低下、操作繁复,目前大多数的工厂均在剥线冲单机上进行剥线和冲单一次性完成,工作效率大大提高,但是现有技术的剥线冲单机的通用性较差,一般只能对同一规格的电线进行剥线冲单,局限性较大,加大了成本的投入。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种结构简单、通用性好以及成本高的电线剥线冲单机械装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种电线剥线冲单机械装置,包括支架、主动轴、从动轴、主动轮、从动轮和输线机构,所述支架上安装有主动轴和从动轴,所述主动轴和从动轴分别连接主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮和从动轮上设置有传送带,所述传送带上设置有多个置线槽,每个置线槽上等距离分布有若干个固线块,所述支架底部上设置有滚道,所述主动轮和从动轮放置在滚道上,所述支架上靠近从动轮的位置上设置有一空腔,所述空腔内设置有一滑块a,所述滑块a终端连接从动轴,所述滑块a内置有弹簧,所述弹簧连接滑块a始端的挤压块,所述支架上还设置有一滑动导轨,所述滑动导轨上活动安装有滑块b,所述滑块b内设有一输线机构,所述输线机构与置线槽通过放线盘相连接。
进一步地,所述输线机构包括电线盒和绕线组本体,所述绕线组本体由若干个绕线组单体组成。
进一步地,置线槽的数量与绕线组单体的数量相等。
进一步地,所述滑块a始端还连接有微调旋钮,所述微调旋钮调节主动轮和从动轮在滚道上滚动调整距离。
进一步地,所述挤压块为拱形结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,微调旋钮能够调节主动轮和从动轮的间距,适合不同的规格产品作业,通用性好,而且本发明输线整齐,减少了因一根电线弯曲而影响其他电线的现象,有效的提高了工作效率,成本投入低。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种电线剥线冲单机械装置,包括支架1、主动轴2、从动轴3、主动轮4、从动轮5和输线机构15,支架1上安装有主动轴2和从动轴3,主动轴2和从动轴3分别连接主动轮4和从动轮5,主动轮4和从动轮5上设置有传送带6,传送带6上设置有多个置线槽61,每个置线槽61上等距离分布有若干个固线块7,支架1底部上设置有滚道8,主动轮4和从动轮5放置在滚道8上,支架1上靠近从动轮5的位置上设置有一空腔9,空腔内9设置有一滑块a10,滑块a10终端连接从动轴3,滑块a10内置有弹簧11,弹簧11连接滑块a10始端的挤压块12,支架1上还设置有一滑动导轨13,滑动导轨13上活动安装有滑块b14,滑块b14内设有一输线机构15,输线机构15与置线槽61通过放线盘16相连接,滑块b14的往复运动方向与主、从动轮4、5相同,保证输线的方向与滑块b14的位置处于同一平面内。
其中,输线机构15包括电线盒151和绕线组本体152,绕线组本体152由若干个绕线组单体1521组成,置线槽61的数量与绕线组单体1521的数量相等,每个绕线组单体1521均对应有一个置线槽61,保证输线整齐,减少了因一根电线弯曲而影响其他电线的现象,性能稳定。
另外,滑块a10始端还连接有微调旋钮17,微调旋钮17调节主动轮4和从动轮5在滚道8上滚动调整距离,通过调节主动轮4和从动轮5的间距,适合不同的规格产品作业。挤压块12为拱形结构,拱形挤压块12受压时会把这个力传给相邻的部分抵住拱足散发的力,能够承受更大强度的压力,使用寿命长,而且相较于其他形状而言,拱形能够节省材料,成本低。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,微调旋钮的设置能够实现不同规格产品的剥线冲单作业,通用性好,成本投入低,易于推广。

1.一种电线剥线冲单机械装置,包括支架、主动轴、从动轴、主动轮、从动轮和输线机构,所述支架上安装有主动轴和从动轴,所述主动轴和从动轴分别连接主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮和从动轮上设置有传送带,所述传送带上设置有多个置线槽,每个置线槽上等距离分布有若干个固线块,其特征在于:所述支架底部上设置有滚道,所述主动轮和从动轮放置在滚道上,所述支架上靠近从动轮的位置上设置有一空腔,所述空腔内设置有一滑块a,所述滑块a终端连接从动轴,所述滑块a内置有弹簧,所述弹簧连接滑块a始端的挤压块,所述支架上还设置有一滑动导轨,所述滑动导轨上活动安装有滑块b,所述滑块b内设有一输线机构,所述输线机构与置线槽通过放线盘相连接,所述输线机构包括电线盒和绕线组本体,所述绕线组本体由若干个绕线组单体组成,置线槽的数量与绕线组单体的数量相等,所述滑块a始端还连接有微调旋钮,所述微调旋钮调节主动轮和从动轮在滚道上滚动来调整距离。
