Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,包括手轮和蜗轮箱,所述手轮位于蜗轮箱的侧部,且与蜗轮箱配合转动,蜗轮箱的下方设有连接座,其特征在于:所述连接座的下方设有蝶阀,阀杆穿过蜗轮箱、连接座和蝶阀设置,所述阀杆的下方连接阀板,所述阀板与阀杆固定连接并可随阀杆转动。本发明使用了蜗轮蜗杆传动的方式来操作蝶阀的开闭,这种传动更加有效和实用,能很好地控制液压油的流量,且在连接座之中设有填料压盖,可使阀杆和连接座之间的连接更加紧密。

一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及液压泵站设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀。
背景技术:
泵站是升降机的重要部件,泵站主要是由液压泵、电机、油箱、方向阀、溢流阀等构成的液压源装置,液压系统即可实现各种规定的动作。电机带动油泵旋转,泵从油箱中吸油后打油,将机械能转换为压力能,液压油通过阀组被液压阀实现了方向、压力、流量的调节功能。蝶阀是位于液压泵和油箱之间的负责管道开关的部件,它可以控制进入液压泵的液压油的流量大小,对液压泵的工作起着重要的影响作用。现有技术的蝶阀有的只是简单的齿轮传动控制阀板的转动,但是对于转动轴和轴套之间的密闭问题并没有好地解决。
发明内容:
对于现有技术的蝶阀解决转动轴和轴套之间密闭问题不佳的情况,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,包括手轮和蜗轮箱,所述手轮位于蜗轮箱的侧部,且与蜗轮箱配合转动,蜗轮箱的下方设有连接座,所述连接座的下方设有蝶阀,阀杆穿过蜗轮箱、连接座和蝶阀设置,所述阀杆的下方连接阀板,所述阀板与阀杆固定连接并可随阀杆转动。
按上述技术方案,转动手轮,蜗轮箱的蜗轮转动,阀杆与蜗轮连接,阀杆转动,阀杆与底部的阀板固定,阀杆带动阀板转动,阀板转过一定的角度后可使液压油通过,反向转动手轮可闭合蝶阀。
本发明使用了蜗轮蜗杆传动的方式来操作蝶阀的开闭,这种传动更加有效和实用,能很好地控制液压油的流量,且在连接座之中设有填料压盖,可使阀杆和连接座之间的连接更加紧密。
作为对本发明中连接座的说明,所述连接座之中设有压盖腔,压盖腔为菱形腔,所述压盖腔之中装有填料压盖。所述填料压盖为菱形体,其下部设有定位部,所述定位部插入连接座的底部槽之中,填料压盖的两侧开有连接孔,填料压盖通过安装在连接孔中的螺钉与连接座固定,填料压盖的中心开有阀杆孔安装阀杆。本发明的连接座之内使用了填料压盖,填料压盖的作用主要是紧实阀杆和连接座之间的空隙,使阀杆在转动的过程中更加稳定,如果阀杆受到损坏需要更换,也可将填料压盖方便地取下进行更换。
作为对上述技术方案中蝶阀的一种说明,所述蝶阀的中心设有偏心腔,所述偏心腔为不规则圆形腔,偏心腔之中安装阀板。所述蝶阀的两端面上分别设有四个安装板,所述安装板的中心设有螺纹孔,蝶阀通过安装在螺纹孔中的螺钉与管道固定。由于蝶阀控制液压油流量的需要,不规则的偏心阀板能更好地控制流量的大小和速度,因此,安装阀板的容腔也设置为偏心式,蝶阀的两个端面设有八个安装板,安装板上有螺纹孔,这些螺纹孔可安装螺钉使之与管道固定。
作为对上述技术方案中阀板的说明,所述阀板包括偏心板和固定块两个部分,所述偏心板为不规则圆形板,所述固定块的数量为两个,在两个固定块和偏心板所结合的部分开有竖直的阀杆腔,所述阀杆穿过阀杆腔安装。阀杆穿过阀杆腔,在阀杆转动的时候可带动阀板转动,阀板为偏心式,可在偏心腔内转动以此来控制液压油的流量,为液压泵提供液压油。

具体实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,包括手轮10和蜗轮箱20,所述手轮10位于蜗轮箱20的侧部,且与蜗轮箱20配合转动,蜗轮箱20的下方设有连接座30,所述连接座30的下方设有蝶阀50,阀杆40穿过蜗轮箱20、连接座30和蝶阀50设置,所述阀杆40的下方连接阀板70,所述阀板70与阀杆40固定连接并可随阀杆40转动。
如图1和图2所示,所述连接座30之中设有压盖腔300,压盖腔300为菱形腔,所述压盖腔300之中装有填料压盖60。
如图3所示,所述填料压盖60为菱形体,其下部设有定位部63,所述定位部63插入连接座30的底部槽之中,填料压盖60的两侧开有连接孔62,填料压盖60通过安装在连接孔62中的螺钉与连接座30固定,填料压盖60的中心开有阀杆孔61安装阀杆40。
如图2所示,所述蝶阀50的中心设有偏心腔500,所述偏心腔500为不规则圆形腔,偏心腔500之中安装阀板70。
如图1和图2所示,所述蝶阀50的两端面上分别设有四个安装板51,所述安装板51的中心设有螺纹孔,蝶阀50通过安装在螺纹孔中的螺钉与管道固定。
如4所示,所述阀板70包括偏心板71和固定块72两个部分,所述偏心板71为不规则圆形板,所述固定块72的数量为两个,在两个固定块72和偏心板71所结合的部分开有竖直的阀杆腔700,所述阀杆40穿过阀杆腔700安装。
实际工作中,转动手轮10,蜗轮箱20的蜗轮转动,阀杆40与蜗轮连接,阀杆40转动,阀杆40与底部的阀板70固定,阀杆40带动阀板70转动,阀板70转过一定的角度后可使液压油通过,反向转动手轮10可闭合蝶阀。本发明的连接座30之内使用了填料压盖60,填料压盖60的作用主要是紧实阀杆40和连接座30之间的空隙,使阀杆40在转动的过程中更加稳定,如果阀杆40受到损坏需要更换,也可将填料压盖60方便地取下进行更换。由于蝶阀50控制液压油流量的需要,不规则的偏心阀板70能更好地控制流量的大小和速度,因此,安装阀板70的容腔也设置为偏心式,蝶阀50的两个端面设有八个安装板51,安装板51上有螺纹孔,这些螺纹孔可安装螺钉使之与管道固定。阀杆40穿过阀杆腔700,在阀杆40转动的时候可带动阀板70转动,阀板70为偏心式,可在偏心腔500内转动以此来控制液压油的流量,为液压泵提供液压油。

1.一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:包括手轮(10)和蜗轮箱(20),所述手轮(10)位于蜗轮箱(20)的侧部,且与蜗轮箱(20)配合转动,蜗轮箱(20)的下方设有连接座(30),所述连接座(30)的下方设有蝶阀(50),阀杆(40)穿过蜗轮箱(20)、连接座(30)和蝶阀(50)设置,所述阀杆(40)的下方连接阀板(70),所述阀板(70)与阀杆(40)固定连接并可随阀杆(40)转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述连接座(30)之中设有压盖腔(300),压盖腔(300)为菱形腔,所述压盖腔(300)之中装有填料压盖(60)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述填料压盖(60)为菱形体,其下部设有定位部(63),所述定位部(63)插入连接座(30)的底部槽之中,填料压盖(60)的两侧开有连接孔(62),填料压盖(60)通过安装在连接孔(62)中的螺钉与连接座(30)固定,填料压盖(60)的中心开有阀杆孔(61)安装阀杆(40)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶阀(50)的中心设有偏心腔(500),所述偏心腔(500)为不规则圆形腔,偏心腔(500)之中安装阀板(70)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶阀(50)的两端面上分别设有四个安装板(51),所述安装板(51)的中心设有螺纹孔,蝶阀(50)通过安装在螺纹孔中的螺钉与管道固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于升降机泵站的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(70)包括偏心板(71)和固定块(72)两个部分,所述偏心板(71)为不规则圆形板,所述固定块(72)的数量为两个,在两个固定块(72)和偏心板(71)所结合的部分开有竖直的阀杆腔(700),所述阀杆(40)穿过阀杆腔(700)安装。
