本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为耐磨耐火浇注料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数组成,白云岩13~22份、橄榄岩6~11份、氟化碳4~14份、钛白粉8~13份、碳化硅9~14份、聚醚吸附剂3~9份、三聚磷酸铝4~9份、氧化铝6~8份、硅微粉0.3~1.5份、磷酸3~5份。本发明提供的耐磨耐火浇注料,具有很好的机械性能和抗冲击性能,具有耐高温和优越的附着力,用在高温的炉内具可耐磨防脱落。

本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为耐磨耐火浇注料。
背景技术
炉窑用的浇注料要求能耐高温,现有的浇注料制备的耐火浇注料,其耐磨性能有所欠缺,在高温使用环境下,易剥落脱落。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨的耐高温浇注料。
具体技术方案为:
白云岩13~22份、橄榄岩6~11份、氟化碳4~14份、钛白粉8~13份、碳化硅9~14份、聚醚吸附剂3~9份、三聚磷酸铝4~9份、氧化铝6~8份、硅微粉0.3~1.5份、磷酸3~5份。
本发明提供的耐磨耐火浇注料,具有很好的机械性能和抗冲击性能,具有耐高温和优越的附着力,用在高温的炉内具可耐磨防脱落。

白云岩13份、橄榄岩7份、氟化碳14份、钛白粉10份、碳化硅14份、聚醚吸附剂5份、三聚磷酸铝9份、氧化铝7份、硅微粉1.5份、磷酸4份。

白云岩22份、橄榄岩6份、氟化碳4份、钛白粉8份、碳化硅12份、聚醚吸附剂9份、三聚磷酸铝6份、氧化铝8份、硅微粉0.9份、磷酸3份。
实施例3
白云岩17份、橄榄岩11份、氟化碳12份、钛白粉13份、碳化硅9份、聚醚吸附剂3份、三聚磷酸铝4份、氧化铝8份、硅微粉1.5份、磷酸5份。

1.耐磨耐火浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数组成,白云岩13~22份、橄榄岩6~11份、氟化碳4~14份、钛白粉8~13份、碳化硅9~14份、聚醚吸附剂3~9份、三聚磷酸铝4~9份、氧化铝6~8份、硅微粉0.3~1.5份、磷酸3~5份。
