技术领域
本发明涉及到一种复合机收卷装置,尤其涉及一种布类与无纺布等复合加工上胶的一种复合机收卷装置。
背景技术
目前,众所周知,现有的复合加工布类的收卷装置,为单一结构比较简单,而不能很好的用于硬质材料收卷工作,硬质材料在收卷过程中容易出现断裂,使得复合后收卷效果不到保证,复合后收卷出来的硬质材料产品整体性较差、粘度不牢、出现断裂,造成大量报废,不能满足复合生产加工的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于布类、硬质材料与其它纺织品、无纺布等复合加工的一种复合机收卷装置,解决了老式装置出现材料断裂,复合精度低,浪费材料的难题,使收卷精度大大提高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种复合机收卷装置,由液压系统、加热增湿器、过布轴、舒展辊、收卷辊、成品卷、传动电机、机架、液压调偏系统所组成,机架由槽钢焊接而成,下端装有舒展辊,舒展辊下端装有传动电机,传动电机与收卷辊连接,收卷辊装在机架上平面,两根收卷辊之间为成品卷,收卷辊前端装有过布轴,过布轴前端装有加热增湿器,机架前端装有液压系统,机架最下端装有液压调偏系统。
收卷装置的液压系统为液压调偏系统提供液压驱动,实现收卷时的调偏纠正,收卷时成品料经过加热增湿器时加热增湿器吹风口向布料上喷蒸汽使硬质材料表面软化,达到最佳收卷效果。
本发明的优点是:上述复合机收卷装置用于复合机械产品的纺织品的收卷,尤其适合硬质材料或要求精度高的硬质纺织品的增湿软化收卷,使复合出来的产品具有整体性好、粘度强、耐水洗、对齐性好等特点。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图所示,一种复合机收卷装置,由液压系统、加热增湿器、过布轴、舒展辊、收卷辊、成品卷、传动电机、机架、液压调偏系统所组成,机架由槽钢焊接而成,下端装有舒展辊,舒展辊下端装有传动电机,传动电机与收卷辊连接,收卷辊装在机架上平面,两根收卷辊之间为成品卷,收卷辊前端装有过布轴,过布轴前端装有加热增湿器,机架前端装有液压系统,机架最下端装有液压调偏系统。

1.一种复合机收卷装置,由液压系统、加热增湿器、过布轴、舒展辊、收卷辊、成品卷、传动电机、机架、液压调偏系统所组成,其特征在于:机架由槽钢焊接而成,下端装有舒展辊,舒展辊下端装有传动电机,传动电机与收卷辊连接,收卷辊装在机架上平面,两根收卷辊之间为成品卷,收卷辊前端装有过布轴,过布轴前端装有加热增湿器,机架前端装有液压系统,机架最下端装有液压调偏系统。
2.根据权利要求1,收卷装置的液压系统为液压调偏系统提供液压驱动,实现收卷时的调偏纠正,收卷时成品料经过加热增湿器时加热增湿器吹风口向布料上喷蒸汽使硬质材料表面软化,达到最佳收卷效果。
