一种轮毂用自动调压带,其特征是:带体中包括带面、带箍、箍带、带钩、安装拉孔;所述带体的中部设置有带面;带面的两边设置有带箍;所述带箍中设置有箍带;所述箍带的两头设置有带钩;所述带箍上,接近带箍两头的两侧设置有安装拉孔;采用设置于带箍两侧的安装拉孔、端头斜面、带钩便于带体安装于自动调压轮毂中,连接成筒体;采用弹性密封带面与轮毂内底隔离形成轮毂内底腔,让超标的胎压由带面扩充至轮毂内底腔,使胎压保持至设定范围内;当胎压降低于时,带面向轮胎充气室回弹,使胎腔压力自动恢复在设定范围内,以最简便的装置调节胎内体积,使车辆行驶更安全又节油舒适。

本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体地说是一种轮毂用自动调压带。
背景技术
为防治车辆长时间、高速、高温气候行驶引起胎压升高发生暴胎,防治气温降低导至胎压降低,使车辆行驶更安全节油,一种“节油型温控自动调压轮毂”,专利号:2013 10419 539.6采用温控支架、密封圈来调节胎内的体积来达到自动调压的目的,其较多的组件生产成本高,适用范围少。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种轮毂用自动调压带,便于安装,成本低。
按照本方案,一种轮毂用自动调压带,其特征是:带体1中包括带面3、带箍5、箍带2、带钩6、安装拉孔7;
所述带体1的中部设置有带面3;带面3的两边设置有带箍5;
所述带箍5中设置有箍带2;
所述箍带2的两头设置有带钩6;
所述带箍5上,接近带箍5两头的两侧设置有安装拉孔7;
所述带面3、带箍5由弹性体组成;
所述弹性体是弹性密封材料;
所述带钩6外表同时设置有弹性体;
所述带体1两端设置成端头斜面4;
所述斜面4连接从而使带体1成筒体。
本发明的技术效果在于:采用设置于带箍5两侧的安装拉孔7、端头斜面4、带钩6使带体1安装于自动调压轮毂中,从而使带体1连接成自动调压带;采用弹性密封带面3与轮毂内底隔离形成轮毂内底腔,让超标的胎压由带面3扩充至轮毂内底腔,使胎压保持至设定范围内;当胎压降低于时,带面3向轮胎充气室回弹,使胎腔压力自动恢复在设定范围内,以最简便的装置调节胎内体积,使车辆行驶更安全又节油舒适。

如图所示,本申请一种轮毂用自动调压带的带体1中包括带面3、带箍5、箍带2、带钩6、拉孔7、端头斜面4;
所述带面3设置于带体1的中部;所述带箍5设置于带面3的两边;
所述箍带2设置于带箍5中;
所述带钩6设置于箍带2的两头;
所述安装拉孔7设置于接近带箍5两头的外侧;
所述带面3、带箍5由弹性体组成;

所述带钩6外表同时设置有弹性体;
所述带体1两端设置成端头斜面4;

所述带体(1)的中部设置有带面(3);带面(3)的两边设置有带箍(5);
所述带箍(5)中设置有箍带(2);
所述箍带(2)的两头设置有带钩(6);
所述带钩(6)外表同时设置有弹性体;
所述带体(1)两端设置成端头斜面(4);
所述带箍(5)上,接近带箍(5)两头的外侧设置有安装拉孔(7);
所述端头斜面(4)连接从而使带体(1)成筒体;
所述带面(3)、带箍(5)由弹性体组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮毂用自动调压带,其特征是:所述带面(3)、带箍(5)、带钩(6)外表的弹性体是弹性密封材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮毂用自动调压带,其特征是:采用设置于带箍(5)两侧的安装拉孔(7)、端头斜面(4)、带钩(6)使带体(1)安装于自动调压轮毂中,从而使带体(1)连接成自动调压带。
