目前对于该类疾病的治疗方法，西医以缩宫素类药物促进子宫收缩为主，起效快，但作用时间短，且缩宫素受体达到饱和以后便失去效果，应用范围及效果均有限。

牡丹皮，清热凉血；活血散瘀。
黄连，清热燥湿，泻火解毒。
透骨草，祛风除湿，解毒止痛。
车前子，利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰。
益母草，具有活血、法瘀、调经、消水的功效。
通经草，止咳，调经，祛湿。
草乌头，祛风除湿，散寒止痛，开痰，消肿。
花荵，祛痰，止血，镇静。
金针菜，有止血、消炎、清热、利湿、消食、明目、安神等功效。
乳香，活血行气；通经止痛；消肿生肌。
白槿花，清热解毒。
仙鹤草，有收敛止血，止痢，杀虫的功效。
败酱草，有清热解毒，祛瘀排脓等功效。
赤石脂，具有涩肠，止血，生肌敛疮之功效。
墨旱莲，具有收敛、止血、补肝肾之功效。
猫毛草，清热止渴，解暑利尿，分清浊。
重楼，清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。
地桃花，祛风利湿，消肿，解毒。
木香，行气止痛；调中导滞。
砂仁，理气宽中，化湿和脾，安胎。
葛根，升阳解肌，透疹止泻，除烦止渴。
泽泻，利水渗湿；泄热通淋。
茯苓，渗湿利水，益脾和胃，宁心安神。
槐花，味苦涩，性寒，具有凉血止血的功效。
牛膝，性味苦甘酸平，具有活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨。
鸡血藤为五味子科、大血藤科、菟丝子科、蝶形花科等多种植物的别称，具有补血行血，通经活络的功效。
穿山甲，活血散结；通经下乳；消痈溃坚。
全方配伍，共奏活血散瘀、调经通络、理气宽中之功效，可促进子宫平滑肌收缩，提高内源性激素水平，综合改善子宫复旧不全症状，对产后子宫复旧不全患者治疗效果显著。
临床资料
1、一般资料
本发明对150例产后子宫复旧不全患者进行系统的临床研究。随机分为两组，治疗组75例，对照组75例。
2、治疗方法
治疗组：将本发明选取的各中药原料粉碎后按配比混合均匀，包装成袋备用。使用时加入5000～8000ml开水冲泡，放入足浴桶内，先熏蒸双足心，待温度适宜后，将双足平放于药液中，浸泡15～20min，注意保持水温。每日1次，7天为1疗程，连续使用1-2个疗程。
对照组：采用缩宫素类药物治疗。
3、疗效评定标准
显效：子宫复旧良好，恢复至正常非孕状态，血性恶露干净或基本干净；
有效：子宫复旧较好，与服药前相比，缩小了1/2～2/3，血性恶露减少；
无效：子宫复旧不良，与服药前相比，缩小不足1/3或无缩小，血性恶露无变化或症状反复。
4、治疗结果
如下表1。

从表1可看出，治疗组的显效率以及总有效率均明显高于对照组，说明本发明中药组合物对产后子宫复旧不全患者治疗效果显著，值得更进一步临床推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
博落回12、大血藤10、虻虫5、糯稻根10、地榆炭10、白头翁7、升麻12、葎草10、木蝴蝶15、玉竹5、瓜蒌仁5、牡丹皮7、黄连10、透骨草10、车前子15、益母草15、通经草10、草乌头10、花荵15、金针菜15、乳香15、白槿花10、仙鹤草7、败酱草10、赤石脂12、墨旱莲6、猫毛草10、重楼15、地桃花20、木香5、砂仁3、葛根7、泽泻8、茯苓6、槐花5、牛膝7、鸡血藤10、穿山甲5。
将上述中药原料粉碎后混合均匀，包装成袋备用。使用时将上述中药原料(5g-20g)加入5000～8000ml清水，浸泡30min，大火煮沸，小火慢煎20min，放入41cm×30cm的足浴桶内，先熏蒸双足心，待温度适宜后，将双足平放于药液中，浸泡15～20min，注意保持水温。

1.一种治疗产后子宫复旧不全的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的中药原料组成：博落回10-15、大血藤5-15、虻虫3-12、糯稻根5-15、地榆炭8-15、白头翁5-10、升麻10-15、葎草5-15、木蝴蝶10-20、玉竹3-10、瓜蒌仁2-8、牡丹皮5-10、黄连7-12、透骨草8-15、车前子10-20、益母草10-20、通经草5-20、草乌头5-15、花荵10-15、金针菜10-20、乳香10-20、白槿花3-12、仙鹤草5-10、败酱草5-20、赤石脂10-20、墨旱莲5-20、猫毛草5-15、重楼10-20、地桃花10-20、木香4-15、砂仁3-12、葛根3-10、泽泻5-17、茯苓5-10、槐花5-6、牛膝5-10、鸡血藤8-10、穿山甲3-12。
