子宫复旧不全是产后较常见的并发症。在正常情况下，分娩后，由于子宫体肌纤维收缩及缩复作用，肌层内的血管管腔狭窄甚至栓塞，使局部血液供应明显减少，子宫肌细胞缺血发生自溶而逐渐缩小，胞质减少，因而子宫体积明显缩小，子宫腔内的胎盘剥离面随着子宫的逐渐缩小而相应缩小，加之子宫内膜的再生使剥离面得以修复，子宫通常在产后5～6周时恢复到接近非孕时状态，这个过程称为子宫复旧。当上述复旧功能受到阻碍时，即发生子宫复旧不全。子宫复旧不全最突出的临床表现是血性恶露持续时间延长，从正常的仅持续3天，延长至7～10天，甚至更长。若病因为胎盘残留，则血性恶露持续时间长，而且血量也明显增多，此时恶露常浑浊或伴有臭味。有时能见到坏死的残留胎盘组织和(或)胎膜组织随恶露一起排出。在血性恶露停止后，若有脓性分泌物流出，提示伴有子宫内膜炎症。病人在这段期间常有腰痛及下腹部坠胀感，但也有少数病人血性恶露量极少，而主要是下腹部出现剧烈疼痛。
目前对于该类疾病的治疗方法，西医以缩宫素类药物促进子宫收缩为主，起效快，但作用时间短，且缩宫素受体达到饱和以后便失去效果，应用范围及效果均有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗产后子宫复旧不全的中药汤剂。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是：
一种治疗产后子宫复旧不全的中药汤剂，其是由下列重量份的原料药制成的：海金沙10-15、女贞子5-10、冬青5-10、博落回10-15、大血藤5-15、地榆炭8-15、白头翁5-10、升麻10-15、牡丹皮5-10、萹蓄6-17、三棱8-12、漏芦10-15、全蝎5-10、僵蚕5-10、威灵仙8-15、紫菀6-17、海藻7-14、茺蔚子10-15、络石藤10-15、合欢花10-20、金铃子2-14、半夏5-16、黄连7-12、透骨草8-15、龙葵5-14、槟榔6-17、石韦7-16、石见穿5-16、忍冬藤10-20、地龙3-10、骨碎补5-15、菊花10-20、防风5-10、泽泻2-15、紫花地丁3-15、马鞭草8-15、姜黄7-12、牛蒡子8-15、藜芦5-15。
优选的，各中药原料的用量为：海金沙12、女贞子6、冬青7、博落回12、大血藤10、地榆炭10、白头翁10、升麻15、牡丹皮8、萹蓄7、三棱10、漏芦12、全蝎6、僵蚕8、威灵仙10、紫菀12、海藻10、茺蔚子12、络石藤12、合欢花15、金铃子10、半夏10、黄连10、透骨草15、龙葵12、槟榔7、石韦10、石见穿10、忍冬藤15、地龙5、骨碎补10、菊花15、防风7、泽泻5、紫花地丁5、马鞭草10、姜黄10、牛蒡子12、藜芦10。
上述中药汤剂的制备方法如下：
(1)按照上述重量份配比将海金沙、女贞子、冬青、博落回、大血藤、地榆炭、白头翁、升麻、牡丹皮、萹蓄、三棱、漏芦、全蝎、僵蚕、威灵仙、紫菀、海藻、茺蔚子、络石藤、合欢花、金铃子、半夏、黄连、透骨草、龙葵、槟榔、石韦、石见穿、忍冬藤、地龙、骨碎补、菊花、防风、泽泻、紫花地丁、马鞭草、姜黄、牛蒡子、藜芦混合均匀得到混合物，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：8的比例混合，在水中浸泡60分钟。
(2)将所述步骤(1)中的混合物及水煎煮120分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣。
(3)将所述步骤(2)中所得滤渣与水按照重量比1：6的比例混合，再煎煮100分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合，获得药物的汤剂。
本发明的药理及有益效果如下：
本发明有针对性的选取海金沙、女贞子、冬青、博落回、大血藤、地榆炭、白头翁、升麻、牡丹皮、萹蓄、三棱、漏芦、全蝎、僵蚕、威灵仙、紫菀、海藻、茺蔚子、络石藤、合欢花、金铃子、半夏、黄连、透骨草、龙葵、槟榔、石韦、石见穿、忍冬藤、地龙、骨碎补、菊花、防风、泽泻、紫花地丁、马鞭草、姜黄、牛蒡子、藜芦共39味中药原料熬制成中药汤剂。
其中：海金沙，清利湿热，通淋止痛。
女贞子，补益肝肾，明目，清虚热。
冬青，祛风湿，补肝肾，强筋骨。
博落回，祛风解毒，行气消肿，杀虫。
大血藤，具有清热解毒，活血通络，祛风止痉的作用。
地榆炭，凉血止血，解毒敛疮。
白头翁，有清热解毒、凉血止痢、燥湿杀虫的功效。
升麻，发表透疹，清热解毒，升阳举陷。
牡丹皮，清热凉血；活血散瘀。
萹蓄，利尿通淋，杀虫，止痒。
三棱，治症瘕，积聚，胁肋胀痛，食积胀痛，痛经，闭经，产后瘀血腹痛，跌打损伤。
漏芦，清热、解毒、排脓、消肿和通乳的功效。
全蝎，息风镇痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。
僵蚕，祛风定惊，化痰散结。
威灵仙，祛风除湿，通络止痛。
紫菀，润肺下气；化痰止咳。
海藻，清热、软坚散结、软坚、消痰、利水退肿。
茺蔚子，活血调经；清肝明目。
络石藤，祛风通络、凉血消肿。
合欢花，解郁安神，滋阴补阳，理气开胃，活络止痛。
金铃子，舒肝行气止痛，驱虫。
半夏，燥湿化痰；降逆止呕；消痞散结。
黄连，清热燥湿，泻火解毒。
透骨草，祛风除湿，解毒止痛。
龙葵，清热解毒，利尿。
槟榔，驱虫；消积；下气；行水。
石韦，利尿通淋，清热止血。
石见穿，活血化瘀，清热利湿，散结消肿。
忍冬藤，具有清热解毒，疏风通络的疗效。
地龙，具有清热定惊，痛经活络的功效。
骨碎补，补肾强骨；活血止痛。
菊花，散风清热，平肝明目，清热解毒。
防风，有祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉的功效。
泽泻，利水,渗湿,泄热。
紫花地丁，清热解毒；凉血消肿。
马鞭草，有凉血、散瘀、通经、清热、解毒、止痒、驱虫、消胀的功效。
姜黄，行气破瘀，通经止痛。
牛蒡子，疏散风热；清热解毒透疹；宣肺利咽散肿。
藜芦，辛、苦，寒，有毒。具有涌吐风痰，杀虫疗疮之功效。
全方配伍，共奏活血散瘀、调经通络、行气止痛、解郁安神之功效，对产后子宫复旧不全患者治疗效果显著。
临床资料
1、一般资料
本发明对115例产后子宫复旧不全患者进行系统的临床研究。随机分为两组，治疗组60例，对照组55例。
2、治疗方法
治疗组：选用本发明药物汤剂，每次服用1剂，每天早、晚各服1次，7天为一个疗程，连续服用1-2个疗程。
对照组：采用缩宫素类药物治疗。
3、疗效评定标准
显效：子宫复旧良好，恢复至正常非孕状态，血性恶露干净或基本干净；
有效：子宫复旧较好，与服药前相比，缩小了1/2～2/3，血性恶露减少；
无效：子宫复旧不良，与服药前相比，缩小不足1/3或无缩小，血性恶露无变化或症状反复。
4、治疗结果
如下表1。

从表1可看出，治疗组的显效率以及总有效率均明显高于对照组，说明本发明汤剂对产后子宫复旧不全患者治疗效果显著，值得更进一步临床推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
海金沙12、女贞子6、冬青7、博落回12、大血藤10、地榆炭10、白头翁10、升麻15、牡丹皮8、萹蓄7、三棱10、漏芦12、全蝎6、僵蚕8、威灵仙10、紫菀12、海藻10、茺蔚子12、络石藤12、合欢花15、金铃子10、半夏10、黄连10、透骨草15、龙葵12、槟榔7、石韦10、石见穿10、忍冬藤15、地龙5、骨碎补10、菊花15、防风7、泽泻5、紫花地丁5、马鞭草10、姜黄10、牛蒡子12、藜芦10。
制备方法如下：
(1)按照上述重量份配比将海金沙、女贞子、冬青、博落回、大血藤、地榆炭、白头翁、升麻、牡丹皮、萹蓄、三棱、漏芦、全蝎、僵蚕、威灵仙、紫菀、海藻、茺蔚子、络石藤、合欢花、金铃子、半夏、黄连、透骨草、龙葵、槟榔、石韦、石见穿、忍冬藤、地龙、骨碎补、菊花、防风、泽泻、紫花地丁、马鞭草、姜黄、牛蒡子、藜芦混合均匀得到混合物，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：8的比例混合，在水中浸泡60分钟。
(2)将所述步骤(1)中的混合物及水煎煮120分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣。
(3)将所述步骤(2)中所得滤渣与水按照重量比1：6的比例混合，再煎煮100分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合，获得药物的汤剂。

海金沙10、女贞子10、冬青10、博落回15、大血藤5、地榆炭8、白头翁10、升麻10、牡丹皮5、萹蓄17、三棱8、漏芦10、全蝎10、僵蚕5、威灵仙8、紫菀17、海藻7、茺蔚子15、络石藤10、合欢花10、金铃子14、半夏5、黄连12、透骨草8、龙葵5、槟榔17、石韦7、石见穿16、忍冬藤10、地龙10、骨碎补5、菊花10、防风10、泽泻2、紫花地丁15、马鞭草8、姜黄12、牛蒡子8、藜芦5。
制备方法同实施例1。

制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种治疗产后子宫复旧不全的中药汤剂，其特征在于是由下列重量份的原料药制成的：海金沙10-15、女贞子5-10、冬青5-10、博落回10-15、大血藤5-15、地榆炭8-15、白头翁5-10、升麻10-15、牡丹皮5-10、萹蓄6-17、三棱8-12、漏芦10-15、全蝎5-10、僵蚕5-10、威灵仙8-15、紫菀6-17、海藻7-14、茺蔚子10-15、络石藤10-15、合欢花10-20、金铃子2-14、半夏5-16、黄连7-12、透骨草8-15、龙葵5-14、槟榔6-17、石韦7-16、石见穿5-16、忍冬藤10-20、地龙3-10、骨碎补5-15、菊花10-20、防风5-10、泽泻2-15、紫花地丁3-15、马鞭草8-15、姜黄7-12、牛蒡子8-15、藜芦5-15。
