Abstract

本发明为一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置及其生产方法,装置包括壳体,壳体下端的外径与车载点烟器的内径相等,壳体内设有电源适配器,壳体连接有接触头,壳体上端螺纹链接有充电口,充电口与电源适配器连接,其特征在于:壳体上有限位件,限位件与接触头设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,接触头和限位件通过卡扣结构组成相对滑动的卡扣活塞结构,壳体内设置有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶住接触头。生产方法为在生产过程中先将接触头冷却,在所述限位件在80度至110度时将所述接触头装配入所述限位件,限位件冷却后自然形成互相咬合的卡扣结构。

Description

一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车载设备技术领域,特别涉及一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置及其生产方法。
背景技术
车载取电装置,是随车使用的日常充电设备,用于将车内点烟器的取电口中的电源转化成移动电子设备可以使用的充电接口,大大提高了司乘人员的随身电子设备的续航问题。现有的车载取电装置在接入取电口后,随着汽车的行驶颠簸在震动,容易出现车载取电装置与取电口电极接触不稳定,尤其是车上无卡扣位置的充电口接触更不稳定,无法稳定提供的充电功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其包括壳体,壳体下端的外径与车载点烟器的内径相等,壳体内设有电源适配器,壳体下端设置有电源适配器第一电极触点,壳体连接有接触头,接触头的顶部为电源适配器的第二电极触点,壳体上端有充电口,充电口与电源适配器连接,其特征在于:壳体上有限位件,限位件与接触头设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,接触头和限位件通过卡扣结构组成相对滑动的卡扣活塞结构,壳体内设置有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶住接触头。使用时由于弹簧张力始终将接触头顶向触点,所以在颠簸和碰触的情况下始终能保持电极的导通。
优选的,接触头下表面从内到外设置有内柱体和外柱体,外柱体外表面设置有外柱卡扣;限位件相对内柱体和外柱体设置有相互吻合的内限位柱和外限位柱,外限位柱设置有与外柱卡扣卡合的限位卡扣,弹簧通过内柱后顶住接触头。这种结构能使接触头更稳定的与限位件配合,做活塞运动时减少晃动。
优选的,接触头边缘超出或平齐外柱。接触头边缘超出外柱时形成一个扣口,扣口与点烟器内部的扣件相配合。
优选的,外柱卡扣一端有斜面,一端为直角;限位卡扣一端有斜面,一端为直角;外柱卡扣斜面端和限位卡扣斜面端相对设置。这种结构在装配时,斜面便于活塞结构的安装,安装好后,直角使活塞不易于滑开。在装配时可以用强压法或者热缩法。
优选的,电源适配器第一电极触点设置在壳体上的一圈外凸起上。凸起与取电口内径紧配。
优选的,壳体上开有一对通孔,电源适配器第一电极触点为一对弹性卡簧,弹性卡簧位于壳体的通孔内。
优选的,接触头顶部为锥型。锥型顶部也可以设置为安全锤。
一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置卡扣活塞结构的生产方法,其特征在于:包括限位件和接触头,壳体上有限位件,限位件与接触头设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,在生产过程中先将接触头冷却,在限位件在80度至110度时将接触头装配入限位件,限位件冷却后自然形成互相咬合的卡扣结构。
优选的,接触头为金属接触头,限位件为塑料限位件。
优选的,限位件的最佳装配温度为100度。
本发明的有益效果是:可以提高车载取电装置在汽车内使用时的稳定性,保持车载取电装置的末端与取电口电极一直接触,并且可以同时在直筒式和弹片式取电口使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进一步详细说明。
如图1和2所示的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其包括壳体5,壳体5下端的外径与车载点烟器的内径相等,壳体5内设有电源适配器(图中未显示),壳体5连接有接触头1,壳体5上端螺纹链接有充电口6,充电口6与电源适配器连接,其特征在于:壳体5上有限位件2,限位件2与接触头1设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,接触头1和限位件2通过卡扣结构组成相对滑动的卡扣活塞结构,壳体内设置有弹簧3,弹簧3的一端顶住接触头1。
如图3所示的接触头1,顶部101下表面从内到外设置有内柱体103和外柱体102,外柱体102外表面设置有外柱卡扣104,顶部101边缘超出外柱体102,而且接触头1的顶部101为凸出体;限位件2相对内柱体103和外柱体102设置有相互吻合的内限位柱201和外限位柱202,外限位柱202设置有与外柱卡扣104卡合的限位卡扣203。
接触头1为金属接触头,限位件2为塑料限位件。
外柱卡扣104一端有斜面,一端为直角;限位卡扣203一端有斜面,一端为直角;外柱卡扣104斜面端和限位卡扣203斜面端相对设置。在生产时,先将接触头1冷却,当限位件2在80-110度时将接触头1装配入限位件2,最好选择在100度时将接触头1转配进入限位件2中,限位件2冷却后自然形成互相咬合的卡扣结构。
弹簧3通过内柱体103后顶住接触头1的顶部101。
接触头1的顶部101为电源适配器的第二电极触点;壳体上开有一对通孔,电源适配器第一电极触点为一对弹性卡簧4,弹性卡簧4位于壳体的通孔内。当取电装置放进点烟器的取电口时,顶部101和弹性卡簧4都接触到电极后,电源适配器中电路导通,开始正常使用。
使用时,将一种使用可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置放置到车中的取电口,接触头1触碰到取电口的电极,充电口6可以接入充电器进行充电作业。但汽车行驶过程颠簸时,取电器发生位移,接触头1在弹簧3的弹性力的作用下向前顶,使得接触头1继续与第二电极保持接触。整个结构简单,而且适用于直筒式和弹片式取电口,应用范围广。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,限位件2为壳体5,也就是说限位件2和壳体一体成型结构。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,限位件2为金属材料制造而成,装配时,接触头1上的外柱卡扣104的卡扣斜面正对限位件2上的限位卡扣203的斜面,通过强压法将接触头1压入限位件2中,形成互相咬合的卡扣结构。

1.一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其包括壳体,所述壳体下端的外径与车载取电口的内径相等,所述壳体内设有电源适配器,所述壳体下端设置有所述电源适配器第一电极触点,所述壳体连接有接触头,所述接触头的顶部为所述电源适配器的第二电极触点,所述壳体上端有充电口,所述充电口与所述电源适配器连接,其特征在于:所述壳体上有限位件,所述限位件与所述接触头设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,所述接触头和所述限位件通过所述卡扣结构组成相对滑动的卡扣活塞结构,所述壳体内设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端顶住所述接触头。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述接触头下表面从内到外设置有内柱体和外柱体,所述外柱体外表面设置有外柱卡扣;所述限位件相对所述内柱体和外柱体设置有相互吻合的内限位柱和外限位柱,所述外限位柱设置有与所述外柱卡扣卡合的限位卡扣,所述弹簧通过所述内柱后顶住所述接触头。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述接触头边缘超出或平齐所述外柱体。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述外柱卡扣一端有斜面,一端为直角;所述限位卡扣一端有斜面,一端为直角;所述外柱卡扣斜面端和所述限位卡扣斜面端相对设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述电源适配器第一电极触点设置在所述壳体上的一圈外凸起上。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上开有一对通孔,所述电源适配器第一电极触点为一对弹性卡簧,所述弹性卡簧位于所述壳体的通孔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置,其特征在于:所述接触头顶部为锥型。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置卡扣活塞结构的生产方法,其特征在于:包括限位件和接触头,所述壳体上有限位件,所述限位件与所述接触头设置有互相咬合的卡扣结构,在生产过程中先将所述接触头冷却,在所述限位件在80度至110度时将所述接触头装配入所述限位件,限位件冷却后自然形成互相咬合的卡扣结构。
9.如权利要求8所述的带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置卡扣活塞结构的生产方法,其特征在于:所述接触头为金属接触头,所述限位件为塑料限位件。
10.如权利要求8所述的带可伸缩接触头的车载取电装置卡扣活塞结构的生产方法,其特征在于:所述限位件的最佳装配温度为100度。
