Abstract
本发明公开一种曲面液晶面板,包括:TFT基板、与TFT基板对应设置的CF基板、及设于TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶层,所述CF基板包括滤光区和公共电极;其中,所述的滤光区包括红色滤光区、绿色滤光区以及蓝色滤光区,相邻两滤光区之间设置黑色遮光区进行间隔;所述TFT基板具有数条数据线和像素电极,该数条数据线等间距排列;在每一所述的数据线的正上方还设有屏蔽电极;所述的屏蔽电极与所述的CF基板的公共电极电压相同。当该曲面液晶面板在曲面状态下时,TFT基板的每一行像素电极所对应的CF基板的滤光区为同一色的滤光区,避免了画素电极与彩色滤光区错位形成的混色问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示器件领域,尤其涉及一种曲面液晶面板。
背景技术
液晶显示装置具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛应用。近年来,曲面液晶显示器以他的更宽广的可视角度、减少近距离观看的失真度、产品的差异化等优点逐渐受到青睐。曲面液晶显示器从中央到边缘都能提供最佳的观看效果,而普通的液晶显示器在屏幕边缘方面的呈现能力一直相对不太理想。曲面液晶显示器整片屏幕呈弧形设计,可提供宽阔的全影像效果,不论是在屏幕中央还是边缘四周,都能带来同样的视觉享受,并且在近距离观看时还减少了离轴观看到的失真度。
曲面液晶面板是曲面液晶显示器的核心组成部分。现有的曲面液晶面板的制程过程为:先完成制作平面状态的液晶面板,再将此平面状态的液晶面板弯曲,形成曲面液晶面板。如图1所示,现有的曲面液晶面板处于平面状态时,其TFT基板100的相邻数据线101之间的间隔与CF基板300的黑色矩阵301在数据线101排列方向上的间隔相等,均为L,即黑色矩阵301与每一数据线101对应。
但当对该液晶面板进行弯曲,使其处于曲面状态时,如图2所示,箭头所示为弯曲方向。由于曲面液晶面板具有一定的弧度,弯曲后的CF基板300与TFT基板100之间会产生相对滑动。CF基板300以其中心为基点,其左侧相对于TFT基板100向左滑动,其右侧基板相对于TFT基板100向右滑动,使得黑色矩阵301与数据线101不再对应,而是相对于曲面液晶面板的径向产生了错位,从而导致TFT基板100与CF基板的像素区域不匹配,出现漏光、串扰等缺陷,造成曲面液晶面板的显示图像失真,光学品味下降。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的问题,本发明给出一种曲面液晶面板,包括:TFT基板、与TFT基板对应设置的CF基板、及设于TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶层,所述CF基板包括滤光区和公共电极;其中,所述的滤光区包括红色滤光区、绿色滤光区以及蓝色滤光区,相邻两滤光区之间设置黑色遮光区进行间隔;所述TFT基板具有数条数据线和像素电极,该数条数据线等间距排列;在每一所述的数据线的正上方还设有屏蔽电极;所述的屏蔽电极与所述的CF基板的公共电极电压相同。
进一步,在所述的数据线与所述的屏蔽电极之还设有绝缘层;
进一步,所述的屏蔽电极的宽度大于所述的数据线的宽度;
进一步,所述的屏蔽电极采用与所述的像素电极相同的导电材料或不同导电材料,且该屏蔽电极不与像素电极电性连接。
有益效果:通过本发明的技术方案,当该曲面液晶面板在曲面状态下时,TFT基板的每一行像素电极所对应的CF基板的滤光区为同一色的滤光区,避免了画素电极与彩色滤光区错位形成的混色问题,由于去掉了CF基板的纵向黑色遮光区,确保曲面状态下,TFT基板的画素电极与CF基板彩色滤光区的错位不会对开口率造成影响,保证了面板弯曲后的最大开口率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
为了克服现有技术的问题,本发明提供一种曲面液晶面板,如图3-4所示,该面板包括TFT基板100、与TFT基板对应设置的CF基板200、及设于TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶层300。所述CF基板200包括滤光区201和公共电极205,其中,滤光区201为红色滤光区、或绿色滤光区或蓝色滤光区;如图4所示的CF基板的仰视图,CF基板的红色滤光区202、绿色滤光区203、蓝色滤光区204以黑色遮光区206进行间隔排列。所述TFT基板具有数条数据线101,该数条数据线等间距排列;在每一所述的数据线101的正上方设有屏蔽电极105,以及像素电极102;其中,所述的屏蔽电极105不与像素电极102电性连接,该屏蔽电极105采用与像素电极102相同的导电材料或其他可以导电的材料制作;同时,其屏蔽电极105的宽度H大于数据线101的宽度W,在数据线101与屏蔽电极105之还设有绝缘层106。屏蔽电极105与所述的CF基板上的公共电极205电压相同。
当给屏蔽电极105施加与CF基板上的公共电极205相同的电压时,在屏蔽电极105与公共电极205相对的区域里电势差为零,又因在数据线101与屏蔽电极105之还设有绝缘层106,故液晶不受数据线电场影响,从而消除了数据线周边漏光。
当该曲面液晶面板在曲面状态下时,如图5所示,箭头所示为弯曲方向。TFT基板的每一行像素电极102所对应的CF基板的滤光区为同一色的滤光区,避免了画素电极与彩色滤光区错位形成的混色问题,由于去掉了CF基板的纵向黑色遮光区,确保曲面状态下,TFT基板的画素电极与CF基板彩色滤光区的错位不会对开口率造成影响,保证了面板弯曲后的最大开口率。同时,在数据线上方的屏蔽电极屏蔽了数据线电场,消除了数据线周边的漏光,从而保证了液晶面板在弯曲后不会产生因上下基板偏移所造成的光学品质的下降;另外,本发明的设计方案只是现行液晶面板生产工艺的设计变更,不需要对制程设备进行升级改造,因此降低了曲面液晶面板的设计生产难度,拓宽了曲面液晶面板的技术源头。
Claims (4)
1.一种曲面液晶面板,包括:TFT基板、与TFT基板对应设置的CF基板、及设于TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶层,所述CF基板包括滤光区和公共电极;其中,所述的滤光区包括红色滤光区、绿色滤光区以及蓝色滤光区,相邻两滤光区之间设置黑色遮光区进行间隔;所述TFT基板具有数条数据线和像素电极,该数条数据线等间距排列;在每一所述的数据线的正上方还设有屏蔽电极;所述的屏蔽电极与所述的CF基板的公共电极电压相同;当该曲面液晶面板在曲面状态下时,TFT基板的每一行像素电极所对应的CF基板的滤光区为同一色的滤光区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种曲面液晶面板,其特征在于:在所述的数据线与所述的屏蔽电极之间还设有绝缘层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种曲面液晶面板,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽电极的宽度大于所述的数据线的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种曲面液晶面板,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽电极采用与所述的像素电极相同的导电材料或不同导电材料,且该屏蔽电极不与像素电极电性连接。
