Abstract

本发明涉及纱线领域,尤其是一种复合式纱线,它包括内芯和包覆膜,所述的内芯由蚕丝、氨纶丝、粘胶丝和玻纤丝加捻而成,四种材质的细度一致;所述的包覆膜包覆在加捻后的内芯外表面。所述内芯中的蚕丝、氨纶丝、粘胶丝、玻纤丝的比例为10:8:4:1。该复合式纱线,利用包覆膜将多种不同性能的丝加捻后包覆在一起,能有效的提高连接牢固,确保在使用过程中各个丝不会发生断裂等情况,同时纱线整体具有各种丝的性能,提高使用性能和附加值。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线领域,尤其是一种复合式纱线。
背景技术
现在纺织业相对发达,纱线的种类繁多,大都为单种纱线由多股加捻而成,其功能单一;而部分由多种纱线加捻而成,根据其不同纱线的比例不同,其性能差异较大,但均属于性能指向基本相同的纱线。对于性能差异较大的材质无法进行合股加捻。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能对多种性能差异较大的纱线进行复合而成的复合式纱线。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的复合式纱线,它包括内芯和包覆膜,所述的内芯由蚕丝、氨纶丝、粘胶丝和玻纤丝加捻而成,四种材质的细度一致;所述的包覆膜包覆在加捻后的内芯外表面。
作为优化,所述内芯中的蚕丝、氨纶丝、粘胶丝、玻纤丝的比例为10:8:4:1。
本发明所得到的复合式纱线,利用包覆膜将多种不同性能的丝加捻后包覆在一起,能有效的提高连接牢固,确保在使用过程中各个丝不会发生断裂等情况,同时纱线整体具有各种丝的性能,提高使用性能和附加值。

实施例1:
