背景技术
金属纱线生产工艺是用一根0.025mm的金属丝作芯，选择合用的纤维在包覆纺纱机器上进行包覆，按照所需要的细度设定标准。以前的生产工艺是把一根或两根纱线和一根金属丝并在一起加捻而成，这种生产工艺存在着以下的缺陷：1、一根纱线和一根金属丝并线加捻生产的金属纱线金属丝全部外漏；2、两根纱线和一根金属丝并线加捻，产出的金属纱线有三分之一金属丝外露；3、染色难，金属丝不着色；4、织造难，外露金属丝对织机损伤严重；5、面料过水后，纱线缩水，金属丝不缩水，造成金属丝凸显断裂，从而使面料多成残次品，更无法穿着。
